The prices, deals, and sales are fantastic and no place has better deals than here! They have any sports or outdoor stuff you may need. Also, with me being a huge Ohio State fan this place is like paradise with how much Ohio State apparel they have at such a low price!

Poor customer service and lazy employees. You ask for help and they are like "deer in the highlights". Then they just point off in the distance where the item supposedly is. This is poor service as good stores walk you to the spot. Then there is all of this wasted time and energy related to coupons. It's like Russian Roulette in terms of whether they will take the coupon or not. Just reduce your prices and skip the idiotic and inefficient coupon process. I will never go there again!

I went in here to purchase some new golf shoes. This was my first visit to any Dunhams store.As I entered, I glanced around and to my right and see the golf equipment and supplies. As in my experience with other stores, everything related would be located in this area. Not so.I asked the cashier for information on the location, and she said they are in the shoe department. Okay, I thought, shoes alright. So anyway I look in the shoes and after going around the shoe department five times, I look off towards another area and here are maybe six or seven selections.Not exactly the best selections, IMO.The more I thought about it, I became more irritated. I had almost left because I couldn't find any golf shoes in a huge sporting store. IMO, it should not be that hard to locate an item such as that! They should use a different approach to their marketing efforts when it comes to things such as this.

Inventory is a mess and service sucks...BUT it is the only place in town to purchase sports supplies...if you have to have more golf balls today because your heading to the course and already hit your last one into a pond last weekend, Duhnams will get you by. If you have a couple days, just click a couple buttons on Amazon and save yourself the trouble.

Stock for sure. THE help...lifeless idiots quite frankly... look at you like you are disturbing their peace at checkout. NOT even a did you find everything you were looking for? Not everyone walking in wants to buy a doggone gun. I LOOK FOR this particular store to close.

I'll admit that the only reason I stepped 1 foot into this store is due to my need for tennis balls for helping support a camper cover over vent pipes, without tearing, while overwintering.Very few patrons, due in part to the pandemic, although this is not much different than before things got crazy (say, 2 years ago).The merchandise is fine, mind you. Typical prices. Employees are rarely seen, save for the register area. I simply don't think of their stores when setting out to buy anything, including the very items that they sell.

Employees were wearing masks half covering their faces or not at all. Less than helpful staff. Teenagers working were more interested in having fun and chatting to themselves than helping anyone. The gear I came for was very over priced. Terrible experience.

Great store!!! I do really wish that when they discount things that they would go for the unloading instead of squeezing for the dollar. It just seems that they would probably draw a bigger customer pool if they would slash costs more often. Still love to shop there.

Went in looking for one item but there was a sale so walked out with a lot more than intended. The younger fella working behind the gun counter was a great help he was done with his shift but stuck around to make sure i got everything i needed

On the positive side bought my kayak from here, enjoyed it so much went back 2 weeks later bought another one for my daughter. I got a price match on both of them. The first one with no problem .But the 2nd I had to argue and fight with the salesman for it. On the downside of this store the sales people are hard to find when you need help and it's more of a clothing store very small collection on hunting and fishing

This store is packed full of any accessory needed for every sport and hunting equipment from guns and ammo to tree stands and portable blinds. Also an impressive inventory of clothing and gear.

Tons of merchandise in this store. You can pick up a good deal when they are having sales. They currently have an excellent supply of kayaks. Seems that they could have a few more associates working the floor.

Stood there waiting for almost 30 min for them to tell me that they didn't have in stock what I wanted. Then he tells me they have an older model with less features they will drop the price of to match the newer and better model.

I called ahead of time to see availability and price on a gun. They said that they would pricematch Vance ourdoors. I drive out of my way to the store to purchase, was told they couldn’t match it anymore. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Store is OK but the website is seriously like 10 years behind with the search engine. In this day and age of information. If a person online cannot find the item through a simple search within a couple tries they are going to go elsewhere. And if they can't find it online first, they sure as heck aren't going to the store to look for it. Just FYI to the Tech Dept.

Would rate higher but it was difficult to find someone to help so three stars. Good prices and the Zanesville store is large. The firearms and accessories dept. sucks; very little variety. Bought a handgun but not holster available for that gun. Boo hoo.

Had a incident with a ball glove. Could have sworn that there was a tag on it saying like $4. It was a small glove for my daughter. In hind sight yeah that seemed dumb on my part. So after getting through the check out the 2 employees were not the kindess. Yes I was wrong but they were rude. Store has a bunch of sports equipment and athletic clothes.

I would give no stars to a location that has the lowest customer service that I have ever experienced. The prices are over inflated. The same product at one place in the store is marked 20 dollars higher than another location for the same product. Watch buying things there they will RIP you off. I say buy online dont buy there. Save your money.

They are okay. They have a decent selection of sports equipment and bicycle accessories. They have a limited selection of bicycles. Their weights are low quality. Most of the clothes are good quality but they are name brand ergo pricy.

don't expect the site to be correct at all when looking at available inventory, there office is in Michigan and was told its been shut down for a month. Was a waste of a trip in. If things are not being kept up to date then shut down the site or take the store availability off the site.

Not sure if I went in on a bad day, but they didn't have much of anything in my size as far as clothing goes. Store is kind of crowded with displays but overall you know that you can get what you need there.
