Store is a mess! Employee was rude. Wasn’t upfront to check anyone out but can yell at my kids from across the store. Self check had an error code for the receipt terminal and no one was around to help so I fixed it my self. Unfortunately this location is close to my house, but I will have to start going to another location.

This store at 907 west Main Street is a total joke…. merchandise all over the floors that keeps you from walking down the isle, trash, stocking carts full and in way of shelves that you have to move them yourself just to get what yur wanting off the shelf, and most of the shelves were BARE If it doesn’t get cleaned up I will never go back. I DO NOT recommend this store at all. I didn’t take pictures but I wish I did

shelves are almost never stocked, a few of thier cashiers aren't very polite, not very attentive. store always smells funny because the coolers frequently go down and food spoils. literally have seen carts of cold products just sitting aisles WAITING to be put away. without a doubt the worst grocery store i have ever been in( 5 states, 50 years experience talking here)

Very messy, products on floor unorganized. Stock still in drop off carts blocking aisles and products on shelf. This store is a mess. This is the one on West main in Zanesville,Ohio. Clerk seemed nice. Have been to others in and around Muskingum county and they are clean and organized.

Very dirty store can't hardly walk around with a cart waited 15 minutes for the cashier because she was out side talking to some guy would not recommend this store at all

This store has almost everything I have ever went in there looking for. The men and women working there work aimlessly to keep the store stocked and orderly and to me I believe they all need praised. The Store iS never not busy so it takes them a few sometimes to get stocking the Shelves but I promise it's not lack trying

The employees here are very nice I go here all the time, they are very hard workers at this location and are always very helpful and courteous.. And they always have everything I need.. definitely a plus to have this store in this location.

The cashier was such a nice dude. There was an item I was going to get multiple of that appeared to be $1 on the tag, like, I attempted to match the item number and all but when I got to the register it was like, $3 a piece. I said, "hey it's totally cool just could you take them off I dont want them." Well he actually made them a dollar instead, I was actually shocked and asked, "are you sure? You really dont have to do that..." but he said he was sure. I'm not sure if it was because of the amount of stuff I'd bought or what but DEFINITELY go back to this dollar general just because the staff was nice

This location is THE WORST in the Zanesville area. The aisles are hard to get through because of all the boxes sitting around. Need more employees to help get the items stocked and keep the aisles clear if the cluttered mess!

For a new store seems somewhat disorganized and merchandise is not on shelves still in boxes and not opened for easy accessibility. Seems like they have a lot of merchandise but hard to find.

Carts containing new inventory were everywhere. I purchased a game card for my granddaughter and it wasn't activated. I think I'll go to another Dollar General next time.

Its very clean. The only issue I have is they always have putaway carts in isles making it difficult to walk.

Complete trash the parking lot and side walks are filled with trash people hang out but the front doors and everything is always in the middle of the aisle still on the shopping pallets and the shelves are never stock the employee are never wearing their masks and they are always standing by the front door smoking cigarettes
