I took my sweeper for a repair and they were very transparent, honest, kind, experienced, and knowledgeable. They fixed my sweeper in less than 24 hours. Im very satisfied with the experience I had and I will now be a life long customer. They had a good variety and selection of cleaners and smell good stuff! If you're in the market for even as something as simple as shampoo for your carpets, go here. These are the professionals and they know what they're doing. My carpet shampooer was on the fritz after only having it 1 year. They got it in right away, contacted Bissell and really went to bat for me, getting me a new machine.I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with the overall outcome, the shampoo they sold me (being perfect for my needs and works excellent!), as well as the timeliness and overall customer service. Thank you for putting the customers first! Your knowledge and pride in your business does not go unnoticed!

They are wonderful. Anything I drop off they usually have it fix in a week or less. Very knowledgeable staff when you ask them things. They also fix Dyson. Not very many places I know are certified too.

Took my Oreck into Bob's Sweeper Mart to get it serviced. Since Oreck has pulled out of the Columbus this shop was the closest servicer under warranty. They are located an hour away. The name of the company was Bob's Sweeper Mart in Zanesville, Ohio. I would highly recommend this shop. They are professional and a delight. Since I was from out of town, they rushed my service so that I could get it done same day. I was very appreciative. They honored my warranty that Oreck was suppose too.Thanks Bob. I appreciate you and your shop.
