Went in to get a 12 pk pop and cash back . Went to self checkout was very fast and convenient. The greeters were very nice and respectful. Love Walmart will always go there

This Walmart is much larger than other Walmart's in the area and they seem to be A LOT quicker than the other ones, too!!! The staff there is a lot friendlier, and their work ethic seems unrivaled. The only downside here is the parking. It seems the lot is always full so finding a spot close to the door is luck at its finest!

i just tried to use a family mobile phone, and when I opened it their sim card number was already activated. Then we tried to swap it out for a new SIM number and they refunded our money back so we can purchase it and we left empty handed due to waiting a few unknown business days. Do not recommend.

Walmart has good prices on groceries. I like their produce. Just don't shop there often cause it seems to take me longer than running into smaller store. I would definitely recommend Walmart if you have the time.

Horrible, waited 6 hours for my online order. Ordered at 4, got delayed to 7, then 8, decided I’ll go pick it up myself, app told me no, decided I wanted to cancel and get my money back, said it couldn’t be canceled. Went into the store, manager said it was there and I could just go to pickup and grab it, I check in for curbside, wait 20 minutes, still nothing so I talk to one of the pickup guys, they tell me they don’t have my order, I go back and talk to another manager and they tell me there’s nothing they can do and it’s not on their end

Ordered tires specifically "ready for install" my appointment has been canceled same day 3 times now due to "parts delay" but when I call they say the parts are there. So why aren't you keeping appointment times?

they keep getting my review removd LOL Goldie Rd location whoever in charge of package up the ship from store delivery orders put cereal in my shoes, me & delivery driver got on camera i opened the sealed bag to try on shoe before accepting delivery & cereal stuffed in only the 1 shoe. Valentines day 2024. Refuse to order food or any items from them ever again Austintown only decent store for walmart plus. i reported the store to company & the manager claim they look at camera them ppl prob still work there. Wouldn't trust food orders through this location if was u. Thanks for the free squirrel food & free shoes!!

Hand sinks in the men's room didn't work. None of them. Was like attempting a magic trick trying to get the hands free faucets to flow. I've briefly squirted then stopped and could not get going again.Decent store. Currently undergoing a partial remodel or rest of some sort.

Worker's are usually pretty nice and the store is well stocked and clean, they dont carry g-fuel anymore which was a little upsetting since i literally asked a worker a few weeks ago about it and he said they'd get more in a week which they never did

Semi Truck parking, bathrooms were very clean, great customer service. Only thing I can complain about was the money center was down. Which I need the money that was sent to me immediately. We are from out of town and was a terrible inconvenience. Worker said that she wasn't sure if it was corporate or not. But was very helpful in finding the next nearest walmart. Called that walmart and they said the money center was down corporate side. Called corporate financial services and was on hold for 40+ minutes ended up hanging up automated system never said what # we were in line or how long our wait time was All workers and customers were wearing masks. There was a Jackson Hewitt there as well.

Just like every other walmart. I5 is priced and organized exactly as advertised. Would i advocate for shopping local instead? Sure. But walmart is the only place that carries specific things that meet my dietary restrictions, so i still have to get things from there. Just dont go on a holiday if theyre open-- there's never enough cashiers on holidays and the lines for self checkout are just insane. But really if u like walmart, this one is the best one locally. The other 3 i know of in the greater Youngstown area just dont have as friendly of fellow customers cuz they're so bougie. This one is alright tho. And yeah, having mostly rude customers is something that will keep me away from stores/restaurants.

This Walmart is generally clean, and the staff are always friendly. The prices are reasonable and I can do all my shopping in one stop.

This is the worst walmart ever.. Avoid it if u can....The employees are rude and do not want to help. The store is always crowded and the checkout registers are ALWAYS half staffed. They try to get you to use the self checkout by not manning the registers. The store is unorganized and its just a miserable experience..

I asked for a 24 pcs meal (hot food), and when i told the sales associate that she put the price for the regular 24 pcs, she asked her coworker if she was right. That was fine with me ,maybe she was new. The problem came when the coworker started to comment about the common sense ( that basically I didn't have). They commented on and on about that, but in the end, she corrected the mistake about the price, but she never apologized about her comment.

Ghetto trash. Avoid if you can. Only worse Walmarts are Cleveland ones. Go to a different trashy Walmart, they’re all bad, but certain ones are worse. Due to the fact that theft is so high at Walmart, everyone, including honest customers like me, gets looked at as if they are thieves. No thanks.

Just witnessed a walmart employee picking up carts in parking lot. There was a little trash in one. Instead of bringing it to the trash can he just tossed it on the parking lot pavement. Nasty.

Walmart Supercenter is a big store, to which you can find anything for a Human things to Dog food to electronics to clothing and an some decent shoes to your advantage

This is my favorite Walmart. I can get in and out super fast. Plus they even change their self checkout from the square to 3 in a line checkouts. This location is always well stocked and customer service is good too if I need help. I do pickup orders too and they are great. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my groceries. I always go to this one vs the location in Cortland (they are always out of stock on everything). They are redoing things in this store so it is a little disheveled and pickup is now mixed in with regular parking.

This Walmart is pretty decent..my only problem is the never have enough cashier's on duty for the amount of customers they have. Also some of the people at the deli can be very rude which is a downside because we go to the deli almost every time we come. The ppl in the electronics department is almost always super nice and friendly. This is also a smaller supercenter compared to what I'm use to in California.

I hate all the cameras I'm not that big, and self checkout isn't convenient, but they have a bunch of stuff not high end stuff but average stuff.
