Some staff sees you waiting on them and they don't care. Nobody seems happy here. I haven't had one good experience at this store. I now only use CVS pharmacy, even though it's way out of my way, because of the subpar customer service here. The only time I have to occasionally go into this store is to return a FedEx package and even that isn't pleasant. Please do better Walgreens. At least the manager and a corporate representative responded quickly to my email complaint with promptness and courtesy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSThis location is horrible in all ways.Let's start off with they will bait and switch you at the register.They had a coupon sign IN THE STORE for $5 off when you buy 2 make up products.I scanned the coupon like the sign said and when the coupon didn't work a "manager" Lexi was called up. And manager is in quotes because this is the poorest excuse of a manager I've met to date. Beyond unprofessional and RUDE off rip. Who approved this person to be management ? They probably need reevaluated as well. Because WHAT?!I asked about the coupon and she told me "sometimes it doesn't work and if I don't like it I can call the 1800 #" I advised her that's false advertising then, and she proceeded to ARGUE with me saying it's not, when I was just trying to pay and get tf out of there...I got the second make up taken off and paid for what I came for. But I'll NEVER be back. Like I can't order my stuff online.. Lol.This place is also ran down, looks like a dump barely had make up to choose from as well.Lexi's position clearly needs reevaluated, this choice was bad for business.Also lexi if you're reading this, I am calling the 1800 # but not about the coupon, about your poor performance as a manager. Have the day you sldeserve 🤡

I have historically been able to walk into a Walgreens and have them price match their online price for the EXACT same product. They declined this for me this time; same product I always buy. I'm not offended that they did not price match their own price but they did lose a customer over a couple bucks. Guess Walmart will be getting my business for the EXACT same product.

I would give 0 reviews if I can! The people that work there are very rude, ignorant, and disorganized. I had 2 absessed teeth and my whole face was swollen. Went to er got pain meds and even though my Dr said it was ok to fill the pharmacist refused to fill it!!!! Very inhumane and wrong!!! I will be switching pharmacies!

Such a great staff, they made things so easy & simple for me..... I used to live in this Area & Moved away to Florida for the last 12 Years+, & I used a Walgreens there(FL), & I just moved back up to this Area & this Walgreens Staff at this store made my transition so easy, which means a lot, because of my Neurological Diseases & disorders (Arnold Chiari Malformation/ Syringomyelia Etc) it causes difficulties in my life ....So it was soo nice to see this Walgreens staff be so friendly & accommodating, & being extremely helpful, while I go through this difficult transition ( Moving & getting my new healthcare providers set up while transitioning from Providers)...I highly recommend this store, they are very friendly, helpful, informative, & treat you very well.. which means a lot, especially when you are disabled... thank you again to this staff

My sister in law was attacked by a wild dog Labor Day weekend, urgent care ordered antibiotics, however all pharmacies were closing at 6pm for 2 days, Walgreens stayed around 10 minutes past their closing time to be available to provide her prescriptions, thank you Walgreens!
