My dog is large and intimidating to most but he is welcomed and well treated when he is here. Atmosphere is friendly and you can tell they are knowledgeable and love the animals they service. She is so helpful with "in between" grooming info. Maximus will have regular groomings here as I am not able to be as detailed as I thought. Thank you so much for your services, we'll be back soon.

Jeannie is simply awesome. When I returned to the area a few months ago, I was searching for a groomer other than the scary big box stores for my Bichon. I found the Grooming Jeannie, and I am so glad I did. She is truly an animal lover, and grooming artist. My sweet dog loves her and always comes home looking fantastic. Very, very good experience! I have a rescued dog that is very afraid of getting groomed. She was very patient with my Niko and helped him to stay calm. It was easy making an appointment with her and she was very professional! Very reasonable prices as well. My baby boy (dog) looks extremely handsome thanks to the grooming Jeannie btw. Great overall experience. I would recommend for anyone in the Youngstown and surrounding areas to get their pets groomed with the grooming Jeannie!

My dog has issues because of when he was a puppy. His first haircut they sliced him open twice ,so he's scared to death of groomers. He goes nuts, bites an puts up a fight . No one would do him. Jeannie really knows her stuff. She is so gentle with our babies. My one has seizures and Jeannie just goes with the flow and talked her thru it. She is absolutely amazing and down to earth. And she has great prices. She will always be my forever groomer and I am proud to call her a friend.

Absolutely love Jeannie. She's a gem. First time having my St. Bernard groomed and she did a fantastic job. Most likely cheaper than her competitors. I highly recommend her. ❤❤❤❤

I would give zero stars if possible. I was always happy with her work until this past time. I took my 20 year old cat in because of his matted fur.They were so bad I told her if you have to shave them out im okay with that. I didnt mean shave my whole cat. Half of his neck isn't shaved and he looks awful. I had to explain to the vet why he looked so bad because it looks like someone who isn't a professional did the work. She charged 65 dollars and my fiance tipped her 10. He didn't know how bad he looked until he got home because he was in the cage. When he sent me a picture I could have cried. Never going back again.

Staff was super friendly and professional! She dealt with my difficult cat, Vegas, wonderfully and did a beautiful job! Vegas hasn't stopped purring since we got home! I would recommend this business to anyone needing pet grooming!
