I waited in line for an hour. I get up to the window and get put on hold while watch them tale 5 more people inside thru the window. Rite aid already called and told me my medicine was ready. They tell me to circle around the building and pull up to the second lane. Mind you the line is wrapped clear around the building. I do what they say and wait another half hour to get told that they can’t send my medicine thru the tube and I have to go to the back of the Line for the 3rd time. I tried to explain what was going on and the pharmacist cutt of the speaker and they her hand at me and walked away. This is not my first bad encounter. I was so angry I left and am switching to another rite aid, this is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever witnessed.

Had an appointment for a flu shot. Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was told someone would be calling me back. I waited for 30 minutes while they constantly checked out other customers at the drive-through and in the store. If someone has an appointment whoever comes after should have to wait. I ended up leaving with no flu shot. I will never schedule to get a vaccine here again. Do not go here for vaccines. Stick to your regular doctor’s office!

I tried to refill my handicapped daughter’s medication and the pharmacist working the drive thru window argued with me and accused me of missing medication when I know for a fact I have given my daughter the correct dosage especially because I always use the syringe they gave me to measure it out! She was rude and treated me like some druggy. I am just a mother trying to keep her daughter who is not even 2 and has more health issues than one can process. It was very rude and unprofessional.

I always go to the rite aid in cornersburg. They greet me by name they are extremely helpful with any of my needs and also give me a heads up on specials and sales. The staff is always nice and helpful and they always greet you and treat you like you're one of their own and make sure they can take care of you

I had my sons prisciption sent there because it said they closed at 7. Get there and they are closed. It said online open until 7. On the door of building it said open until 7. On the window of the drive thru, open until 7. I walk in and they say "nope, closed at 6". So now I have a suffering child in a ton of pain and no way to get his meds.

I continue to use your Rite Aid store because of your employee, Mary! You can tell she is smiling behind that mask! She is always helpful, happy and looks like she enjoys her job! Value this employee, they are not easy find!

Definitely switching pharmacies been going here over a year an tired of being judged based on what medicine you get. They are super nice until they see you're script. An it's every single time an someone different too.

The office people are horrible they always talking to me like they have a attitude. I tried 3 times to get a refill on my inhaler and they won’t call it in telling me I have to make a appointment to see them when I’m on an inhaler for the rest of my life. If I could put 0 stars I honestly would

Dez, Ivy, and Ryan in the pharmacy are super helpful and nice!! They always go the extra mile to help you. However, the pharmacy Tech Eileen has ALWAYS given me attitude when I call!!!! She seems extremely judgmental. Which is why I always ask for Dez, Ryan or Ivy. I'm not sure how much longer I'll stay with them if this continues.

Worst experience ever .. had a appointment for a vaccine ... Extremely rude pharmacy tech told me I didn't have an appointment when I did. Highly recommend you avoid this place.

I'm very disappointed with the service of this Farmacy , My Mom, Sister, and my niece, have been, waiting for their prescription for over weeks, this is the third time this Farmacy has failed to do their job, If this doesn't Change I will contact corporate, Because my family needs their Medicine ASAP, no ifs or buts.
