They were great when I first switched to them. I am nervous now because I switched all of our scripts to this rite aid because of how awesome, knowledgeable, and kind the pharmacist was....however, the last month or so I have not seen him there. He was so caring and helpful. Now, they keep messing up our prescriptions. My son had to wait over the holiday weekend without an EXTREMELY necessary medication because they dropped the ball with a prior authorization. Didn't even notify the doctor. Very disappointed. I'm worried I just can't find a great dependable pharmacy anymore. I switched almost a year ago from another rite aid. ( That one said they couldn't get a medication that the other rite aid could..yeah, that makes sense?!?) Just hope they get it together. It just seems this is the type of service we are stuck with in every aspect of our lives now with how the job force has become. 🤷‍♀️

This pharmacy is a freaking train wreck that can't answer the phone and can't process prescriptions in a reasonable time frame. Nothing but excuses for their non existence of customer service. They busy laughing having fun on cell phones and have no sense of urgency. Do Hubbard a favor and shut them down. The store itself will not answer the phone. We shouldn't have to pay for their bankruptcy issues, but you would think you would think they would try harder instead of quitting.

Called in for refill. Used automated fill to make it easy. Message said my prescriptions would be ready AM next day. Went to pick up in the evening to give time and was told 2 had to be ordered. They would be in either later that evening or AM next day. Went next day at 5pm and was only handed 1 out of the three. When I inquired about the other 2 I was told "they are probably in that bin but I haven't gotten to it yet". I stated the one I was out of can I just wait. I was told " I wouldn't, its going to be awhile". I'm glad to see your pharmacy staff understands the need for people to have medications. I gave Rite Aid 2 days to fill my BP meds and I have to wait to get it on day 3 because you didn't want to unpack a delivery. Now I'm going to miss a day of my meds. Thanks for caring!! 😞

Pharmacy seriously needs to adjust thier attitudes and not be so rude.. I have used this pharmacy for a few years,and always seem to get some judgy cashier who acts like I am an imposition to her precious time.Here is my advice, if they don't want to work with the public, get a diffrent job.

Never answer their phone. I've been waiting on them to fill my script for almost 2 weeks. I've been out of my meds for a week now. Probably going to die, but hey that isn't their problem right? Very disappointed. Will be switching pharmacies soon.

This poor pharmacy is always understaffed 😔 I love this pharmacy and have been going here for years but the last few months havent been their best. I'm not here to bash them but they need help ASAP.

2 scripts were sent on December 2nd and they had 1 ready on December 6th. Lied to me said they didn't get the other script. Found out they did have it on December 7th at 915 am they said they would have it ready by around noon. We'll at 600 it still isn't ready and they claim that it may not be done til tomorrow when I am completely out of the medication. They need to get better i m changing pharmacy.

This is the third time I've gone to pick up my prescriptions and they were not ready. It s not that I called them on an hour before,Igave them over 25 hours lead time Very disappointed in a place I've done business with for many years

On my last 3 visit over the last month, no cashier was at the register and no where to be seen when I was ready to pay. There is no bell or other mechanism to notify the staff that a coustomer wants to check out. I find this frustrating! I am starting to avoid stopping and going to the CVS up the street, which is a shame as I really otherwise perfer Rite-Aide in all other areas.When the cashier is busy away from the register and out of site, I would like some method to alert her/him that I want to check out.Recently Dissatisfied Coustomer,Jjb

Store staff Great! Male pharmacist Wonderful! But there is a couple of the female helpers or aides that are simply rude! They talk about customers when they aren't standing there and shouldn't work with the PUBLIC OR ANYONE SICK!

Convenient drive-thru pharmacy. Easy access from Youngstown-Poland Rd, Thalia Ave, and Country Club Ave. Ample parking. Friendly staff at the pharmacy if and when you can get ahold of anyone.
