Instead of saying nicely that we don't have registers because of a power outage the older heavy set lady that was working at approximately 7:30 was extremely nasty, pointed at the window, and said we don't have registers and I don't care if you have something you need to pick up. Can't you read? She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills. I don't always have the greatest days either, but that is no reason to speak to someone the way she spoke to my husband. We probably will be switching to Walgreens after this where we went after to get gauze to dress his burn and they were very friendly.

Worse pharmacy ever. Rude, lazy and slow pharmacist. The older gentleman who answers the phone answer's in a tone as if he is being bothered, and the older heavy set lady is RUDE extremely rude, she needs to retire of be let go. They can't seem to get scripts right with insurance company's. The worse pharmacy I have ever experienced in my whole entire life! Just extremely rude service!

This is the worst rite aid. Ive been fighting with them for 2 weeks to get my asthma medicine. Im a severe asthmatic and they just absolutely do not care and constantly get an attitude. The worst pharmacy ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Im about to switch.

I had to go to rite-aid for a COVID test. The older lady that was in the drive-thru was so rude . Then she sends over the pharmacist (male) who was also rude . These people acted like they were annoyed by my presence. This is the first review I’ve ever left for a business. I’d love to rip these people apart but I want this review to be posted and read by corporate or management And the public .

I hate using this pharmacy. Whoever the male is working there has such a smart mouth it's unreal. He is always rude and unprofessional when you call there. I will never encourage anyone to use that pharmacy unless you just live in the area due to the convenience. Those calls should be monitored so that they can hear how he speaks on the phone to customers.

Been coming here for 20+ years. Pharmacy (both pharmacist and techs/helpers) have the worse customer service. I've decided to just switch to another pharmacy all together. Thankfully the alternative is just as close and have more locations. :)

The pharmacy closes way too early that is considered laziness I'm sorry you businesses can stay open longer than what you do quit being lazy change your times because by all means it's very pathetic that you guys are this lazy the drugstore does not have to close at 6:00 it can close later than that and then like any other businesses you guys can close even later for the inside of the store
