Hands down Rite Aid on Belmont has the best service and products. The Pharmacy is top notch. The pharmacist and techs at this Rite are so very helpful, professional and kind. We have been coming here for years. They are like family. Thank you Erin, Josephine, Rachella, and everyone.

this place is a joke, i would give zero stars if i could, my 16 year old daughter took her birthday money there today to load it on her cash app card, the first thing the cashier told her before ANYTHING else was ''this cannot be refunded'' like why would you say that right off the bat? ill tell you why, the money was never loaded her card, so we call cashapp and they plain as day said the store should refund you just show them the last 4 digits on the card on the receipt are different than your card, meaning the money was put on another card, probably the cashiers which makes sense why she said it cant be refunded so quickly, the name on the receipt is Kar, so we then call cashapp back and they are now opening an investigation into the situation, even cashapp personnel think there is suspicious activity going on because my daughter got a notification that the money was ''attempted'' to load but failed, so where is the money then? Please make it make sense!!! Every time she calls the store the same cashier keeps answering saying ''there is nothing we can do'' ..... and looking at some of these other reviews it seems this store needs an overhaul in customer service!!

Really poor service over 2 days, from the same Pharmacy tech. She lacked compassion and the desire to ask questions to solve my problem. The problem I had was minimal, considering the Pharmacist heard our interaction, and took over. He had my issue solved and me out the door in 10 minutes. At a minimum, if you're going to work in a Pharmacy you should be a problem solver. The tech I had was not.

I’m switching pharmacies. This is the worst experience ever they never answer their phone. My medicine is always late. They almost always have an emergency going on or even an excuse and sometimes the pharmacy closes early. I’m a diabetic and when my medicine needs refilled I expect it to be in. Walgreens never had that problem at this point Rite Aid is irresponsible and they need more workers in the pharmacy to care for our needs. I can’t be going without my medicine for weeks.

Although I’ve never been their greatest fan, my experience this weekend was a disgrace. I got a call three hours after dropping off my prescriptions, and a recording told me that “one of my prescriptions was out of stock”, but no indication which one. Then I got another call, same thing. So I tried to call. For hours. Over 200 times. The entire weekend the phone was busy. I called the customer service number and was told that the district manager would get in touch with me within 24 hours and nothing. I was finally able to pick up the meds they DID have, and they said “yeah, the phone is messed up so we just use our cell phones”. This is a pharmacy. People rely on you to deal with their medications, some are life necessary, like my insulin, which was what was out of stock. The way you’ve dealt with this situation is despicable. If I didn’t absolutely need my insulin I wouldn’t even deal with you at all and I’m definitely switching pharmacies when I get my refills.

Pharmacy was very rude! I was told about an hour for my script and almost a half hour into waiting I asked if it was ready and she said no pick up time is 1:19. And I said sorry sometimes they’re ready sooner. And she said oh no you have to wait

The people that work here are just ignorant. They talk about customers. Loudly I might add. Then if you have an appointment you still wait over a half hour. Also when you go to the back you better ask someone about checking in because NO ONE will address you or say a word to you. I never heard or seen people so rude.

When you use the pharmacy drive through for pick up, no one is ever there. You have to press the call button numerous times to even get anyone to wait on you. It's not very good customer service.

They are incredibly slow. Always takes 10 times longer even when there are five people working and no other customers. I was told 15 minute in store wait. I waited an hour

They have fast pharmacy service and customer service is excellent.. Only thing is they charge way more for simple products than most store BUT they do have lots of things always on sale.. So stop on in if your tired of shopping the same places..

It was okay only reason I went there is because Walgreens didn't have my Rx I needed. Some of the things in there were so old that they fell apart when touched.
