I'm writing this review based upon my initial consultation with Pondscape. I have not had installation of my community project yet. I must say that Lou has been most helpful with assisting me with design within my grant budget, and Zach answered many questions I had during my recent visit to the store. I had a tree branch come down on Tuesday and that windstorm. We thought it didn’t do anything but before we knew it within 12 hours we were leaking large amounts of water got a hold of Zach at PondScape had two pond contractors out there within an hours, drained my pond handled my fish with Care, and fixed a big hole that the tree branch had put in the side of the liner. Very courteous and kind there’s just no words for how pleased I am, I would recommend them to anybody, and I will be having them back here for future care of the pond hopefully not for such a dire emergency, but they were very wonderful and amazing to work with. Thank you very much PondScape you’re on my speed dial.

Tony, Liam and the crew did a fantastic job on our pond installation. We could not be happier with the finished project and the team that came out to work on it. They worked hard, long hours to get it done and kept their work area as tidy as possible at the end of each day. We would highly recommend you consider them for your pond and waterfall needs!

Cannot say enough how much we appreciate the work of Pondscape. We purchased a large spillway bowl for our pond online, which arrived damaged. Louis kept in touch with updates along the way and a replacement was successfully sent after being on backorder. The experience exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work!

I have to say that Zac is the best ... my HERO. I called with a challenge, and Zac came to the rescue. Zac's charismatic personality instantly put me at ease during my plight and gave me hope that he would find me a solution. I was looking for parts on an old pump that came to find out has been discontinued. Zac went above and beyond to find me an alternate replacement unit that will work perfectly. I think that if there was ever to be an employee of the month or even year ... Zac would be it!!! Thanks again.

The retail associates in the store are very knowledgeable and helpful when coming with a specific problem. Friendly and easy to talk to, would definitely recommend. If an item is not in the store, they usually will order it for you, and it is available within a couple days.

Outstanding company!Had waterfall initially installed by a landscaping company .....nothing but problems and leaks.......Could not run the waterfall during the winter.....Pondscapes came in....Removed original workand rebuilt the waterfall from the ground-up......Ran the waterfall all winter long.....no leaks....Outstanding design.......COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED!!DO NOT HIRE ANY OTHER COMPANY FOR A WATERFALL!They are outstanding!Pondscapes

This is your one stop shop if your building a small or large pond as part of your landscaping, you can find everything your looking for to build a small fish pond or a serene pond to sit and meditate, pray or reflect. The staff is very helpful to help you find what your looking for or offer ideas if your not sure what you want. Even if your not interested in actually installing a pond in your landscaping this is an interesting store to just go in and browse around.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!I called for a simple warranty replacement for my pond pump. I was told that if I gave them my credit card info they would send the new pump immediately. I did. They did not. I called 10 times and each time they assured me that the pump was on the way. After 1.5 weeks they said it shipped from another warehouse...after 2 weeks they admitted it had not shipped at all!?! The promised to get it out ASAP. The proceeded to send it to the wrong address under the wrong name (so UPS will not release it to me). These guys are incompetent and dishonest. Look elsewhere!
