My family stopped to get some fish for our tank and the whole area by the fish reeked. In several of the tanks there were dead fish. The conditions that these creatures were kept in were atrocious and I chose not support this business or their neglect.

Ashley is an amazing groomer and is so good with my pup! I was so nervous for my girl to get groomed at first. But ashley is so sweet and I'm not nervous at all now when I drop her off, I know my pup is in good hands.

Staff is always really nice. But, won't be back for the dog washing station. The towels are DISGUSTING! They had gum, dirt, hairballs, and other undeterminable things all over them. I had to search through just to find the least crustiest to dry my dog off, so gross.

We took our golden retriever Ranger now twice to Ashely for grooming and I could not recommend her more! She’s so sweet and he looks so good every time! (Perfect breed standard cut) Nails are short, paw pads look amazing, same with all over! If you your pup needs a good groomer absolutely schedule with her!!

Grooming is always spot on. This place is so much more friendly in comparison to other local companies. There is always great sales and deals, the store is always clean and they know my dog by name. They all love him and they treat everyone's pets so fantastic.

I stopped in today and noticed that the ferrets that you guys have are being kept in absolutely horrible conditions…The cage that they are being held in is way too small for them. The only food that they had access to was moldy. There were also feces all over the cage. I understand that ferrets can be really messy and that the cage can become a mess very quickly but their cage looked like it had not been cleaned in well over a week….Please do better for these sweet babies. No animal deserves to live like that.

I just called to try to make an appointment for my pet to get groomed. They told me they weren’t taking my dog anymore because I have some appointments that I couldn’t make because of work. I think that is so wrong and does it state on ur site or membership that if you missed too many appointments you’re not gonna be seen anymore because it does not say that so my dog is banned from any grooming , . First of all I cant help that I am a busy person and I work. I know I won’t be going there no more. For anything so you guys lost a customer and nobody’s ever said anything to me about it if My dog misses any grooming appointments he will not be seen at all you guys are dead wrong !!

I placed an order yesterday later in the afternoon, and I was not expecting my delivery to arrive until the next day—which is still great service. To my surprise and amazement, the order was delivered the same day. The store itself has a great selection in a convenient location with helpful staff—the pickup and delivery options really go above and beyond. My brother got a leopard gecko for his birthday and was so excited. We did everything that they said fed him, he was shedding which meant he was growing. Then the lady at the pet store gave us different crickets so we fed him and the next day he died and you can see the cricket in his stomach. We called to see what the deal was or if we can get a discount on another one and the manger was very rude and saying we didn’t do the right things. I recommend going to another pet store for the animal and the food for the pets.

We brought our two pups in for a bath and nail clipping they came home scratching like crazy and their nails are sharper than they were when they went in there. Don't feel that a good job was done would not recommend this place to anybody.

I went to get a new harness for my dog. Jackie, the manager, came over quickly to help me. She was able to help me just the right harness which will put pressure on his torso and not on his neck when he tugs at the leash. So I plan to go back. I need new feeding bowls, new stairs for him to get into my bed, and a new retractable leash. Thanks Pet Supplies !

This store is well kept. Clean . Fish tanks seem well managed.But I must add a few employees need to educate themselves on fish breeds .If you are not sure, then say that. It’s ok.Don’t try and give customers a line of bull. It’s just not a good look. Especially from a senior employee.But other than that . It is a good store .

The groomers take great care to make sure their clients are at ease and enjoying the wonderful experience.Our 14 year old sweetie smells wonderful and her fur is so soft she feels like a puppy and her shedding is almost non existent for several weeks after.

Edit: Previously I had given this store 5 stars but I'm changing that. Lately every time I've been in this store and asked for help, the employees obviously find it an inconvenience. Think I'll have to travel farther out and see if the next closest one has better customer service.(Previous review)Really nice PSP store. Great frozen section for raw foods. Pretty big store with everything my PSP in Columbus has, the frozen section in this store is a huge plus for me. I normally have to shop at two locations (when in columbus) to get all I can get here. 👍

So there I was, zooming from Cleveland hoping to get to pets supplies plus in time before they closed. At stake was the pacific Parrolet I yearned to purchase. Luckily for me I made it to the the store with like an hour to spare! All was great, until realized that I was at the wrong store. Long story short after getting turned around several times in traffic I finally made it to the right store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had no qualms with me getting everything thirty minutes before closing. I was too zooted on caffeine to read any of their name tags but the staff that worked on Friday 8/4/23 were fantastic.

A lot of times, what I need isn't in stock at this location, but it is still a nice store. Most times, the employees are nice and ask if they can help with anything. Also, occasionally, I bring my dogs to the pop-up vet here, which is nice!

I brought my English Cream Golden Retrievers, Rock 2 & Canyon 18 months, to get groomed. Ryleigh Morgan did an OUTSTANDING JOB! They look amazing!These guys still act like puppies & she said they stood still for her & were good. Which shows me how comfortable they were with her! I never let anyone watch them except 1 other person. I trust her & will definitely come back to her!She was so polite & caring & you can tell how much she loves the dogs. I definitely recommend her!
