Management is super friendly and welcoming. My dogs usual groomer, Sydney, is an angel on earth! She has done wonders for his reactivity and nerves at the groomers. His first ever appointment took almost 3 hours, but now she has him looking spiffy in just about an hour. She is super accommodating to my crazy school schedule. Whenever I tell my dog, “We are going to see Sydney,” he always gets very excited (but then he remembers that Sydney is the groomer and gets less excited 😂). Sydney has been a truly amazing groomer and I am so sad to be moving. I know it will be very difficult to find another groomer as amazing as her.

Katilyn does an amazing job on my Miley girl 💕 She is very easily to get ahold of, GREAT communication, and always gets back to you. Miley is a mini Australian Shepherd and Alaskan Malamute which means fur for days. She does an amazing job at deshedding her, and getting all the knots out. I'll never go to another groomer.

I left this place in tears. it started when they couldn’t find the appointment i had made the DAY BEFORE, (which they said has happened recently a few weeks ago) and told me i’d have to wait 3 hours before my cat could be groomed, a little irritating but fine, whatever. I told them I wanted a full groom (last time i got her groomed a full groom was sanitary shave, claw clip and a bath.) they called and asked if i wanted her shaved and i told them yes (thinking they meant the sanitary shave) I called back to clarify that i meant a sanitary shave, given the fact that i had stated what i wanted multiple times and they still didn’t seem to understand, and i went to voicemail, they didn’t call me back until after they had COMPLETELY shaved my cat. This place does not have good communication whatsoever, they do not explain anything to you, and then make you feel dumb when they’re the ones who screwed up. when i came in to pick her up i told them i was very unhappy and wanted to speak with a manager, they told me i could call the number on the building. i did not feel comfortable paying after they had basically mutilated my cat and repeatedly did not listen to me (why would i pay for services i'm unhappy with). I know you will say you don’t need my business and i'm sure you’ll do fine without me but i will NEVER bring my babies back here. I shouldn’t be afraid to leave my cat with a groomer, but i was, I really should’ve taken you not having my appointment in the first place as a sign to go literally anywhere else. Not only did all of this happen, but there is now a visible cut on her back that was not there before so they also cut her.

My first impression was that it was awkward walking in. I stood there for a little while and there was no one to greet me. I expect a grooming place to have some hair mess, but it was filthy. They had my little guy for less than 30 minutes and told me they weren’t able to get around his eyes well bc he moved around too much. He still had clumps of cut off hair all over him too (he’s a pup that doesn’t shed). He doesn’t look terrible but not what I was expecting. I definitely felt like they rushed through it. I’ll be shopping around for next time.

The Pet Spa Salon is a place of years of experience and devoted customer service to the care of dogs. Meagan and Amber are excellent 👌 in human kindness when it comes to how animals should be treated. They are the St. Francis of the grooming business. Mathias is skittish around strangers for the first time. Because of how they treated him, he made himself right at Home. They TRULY treat your animal like they are part of the FAMILY. Meagan and Amber... Thanks for CARING about my dog. If anyone is LOOKING for a groomer...Search no further...the Pet Spa Salon is the place to go.

Highly recommended! I’ve never had to take my cat to a groomer before so I was a little nervous but my 12 year old long haired cat had a lot of mats and I had to do something about it. I was very pleased with the service from Pet Spa from start to finish! Desiree scheduled my cat quickly and she was very pleasant. She asked me exactly what I wanted done and took that into account. I was impressed because after my cat was ready for pick up she told me she could tell right away he wouldn’t have tolerated a water bath and chose to not put him through that in order to make it a pleasant and stress free experience for my boy. That was exactly what I asked of her so I appreciated that she listened to my preferences and concerns. Desiree did such a great job grooming him and getting rid of all of the mats. My cat seemed very relaxed and slept the whole way home and immediately ate a big lunch. This shows me he was very well taken care of because he didn’t run or hide or act stressed. The price was very reasonable and the building was very clean and didn’t have that wet dog smell some places do. I also appreciated how masks were required for entry and only one person was allowed in at a time. It was very quiet and peaceful. I will certainly be a return customer and will recommend to friends who need pet grooming. Thanks again!!

I had a few people recommend this place because I wanted my cat groomed and I’ve never gone anywhere before. They fit me in easy. They only allowed one person inside at a time due to COVID which was nice. The girl Amber who took care of me was so friendly and very kind. She told me my cat Cici was a sweetheart and well behaved. It wasn’t expensive and Cici seemed so relaxed on the way home and was so clean and soft!!! I will definitely go back and recommend 100% to anyone.

I had my cat groomed here about a year ago, and they did a great job then. I call recently to schedule another appointment. And to my surprise they have blocked my cell phone number, and I know this because I have called from other phone numbers with no issues. Im shocked, but I wasnt aware of any issues at the groomer.

Had my long haired black kitty groomed for the first time. He looks beautiful. He is very calm and happy. Desiree did a great job and was very kind with him. Would recommend her highly. I am very pleased. It was hisfirst ever grooming.

Took our 21 week old Bernedoodle in for a haircut. Only to be told she probably won’t be cut today and when I asked why I was told “I am not into traumatizing puppies”. Um ok, me either just looking for a haircut for a shaggy dog. Went out there because someone I knew recommended. I left with out getting her cut. Another groomer cut her two days later and she looks wonderful. Complete waste of time waiting for an appointment and taking the 30 minute ride to get there. Go somewhere else!

We love coming here! Kya, our Minature Bischon Frise & Shi tzhu ( miniature) comes to see Sydney once a month! It only takes them an hour & 15 minutes. Kya is a tiny 5-pounder. All the ladies are nice, but Kya is partial to her sweet Groomer, " Sydney." It is not too expensive, $45. Plus, tip. The only con for me is that you have to pay in cash! No debit or credit card machines 🤔 The extra stop is worth it, as is finding groomers who love animals. Win/Win 😁 Another thing I like is that the other customers are super friendly too. Every time we go there, other folks are dropping off or picking up their fur babies, and everyone stops and says hello 👋 Kya gives this establishment 5 paws 🐾 and 10 thumbs-ups!! Ended up with a rescue (indoor) cat that had been left outside for a number of weeks. Her fur is the consistency of cotton candy, so her back was one big dread lock. She needed to be shaved, as she was very uncomfortable. Not easy finding someone to do this, as vets won't do any shaving unless it's surgery related, and there aren't a lot of groomers that will do cats at all, much less shave them. Amber did a great job, and the cat is really REALLY happy, and apparently there was a ♥ hiding under all of that fur!

UPDATE: I’m still obsessed with this place! They are so sweet to my dog and are always so accommodating!So happy I found this gem! I'm new to the area and have had bad experiences with groomers so I was a little skeptical but Desiree was so nice and helpful from the minute we walked in. She asked for my preferences and made sure they were able to accommodate the style that I had asked for. I've never seen my dog looking so cute and happy at the groomers. Thanks ladies!
