This is the best place to take your pet as far as prices and customer service. Not only do they offer so many things you as a dog owner can go where the workers work and they have self-washing bays. I took my 100 lb female German to get her nails clipped I know sooner she was on the table they were done already. Highly recommended!!!

Great experience ! Boomer was a first time groom at 6 months. The groomer did a great job. The staff are great and the whole place is clean. Conner was patient and very knowledgeable about the breed.

I have a very stubborn 180lb Rottweiler…. They went above and beyond to help me to convince him to get in the tub!! The premises are very clean and modern. I highly recommend this place. They also carry lots of dog supplies from leashes to food and treats! They even have birthday cakes for your fur baby!!

Took my pup for a bath and nail clipping. Because he's supposed to be half shepherd/ half cocker spaniel they used a de shedding shampoo. Hes been soooo itchy since. Told one price over the phone but, after his bath was charged another! Pic is before his bath. Only shepherd part on him is maybe his nose!

I’ve went to this dog wash 4 times now. The first 3 times were nice. Employees were somewhat helpful. But the last time I went will most definitely be the last time. I was doing a deshedding on my dog, which of course can take some time to do. Once I was ready to rinse my dog, the water was nearly ice cold. I gave it a few minutes to run to see if it would warm up, but it barely did. Keep in mind at this point I’ve only used the water for about 5 minutes max, just to get my dog wet and then turned the water back off.I told one of the employees that the water was cold, and she then went and got a guy which I’m gonna guess was the manager. He felt the water, said “I’m not going to lie, dogs usually don’t mind cold water. Just try to rinse him off quick” and then said he’d check the water in the back. I’ve groomed for 5 years now, I’m not uneducated when it comes to the fact that dogs do NOT prefer cold water. You can read any article, ask any experienced and good groomer, and they’ll ALL say that dogs rarely ever want to be bathed in cold water.He proceeded to go to the back, I decided I’m not going to wash my dog off with cold water so I waited. He came back, didn’t say anything, so I asked “so are all of the baths like this?” And he then asked another employee who was grooming a dog if her water was cold, she said no. So I said “ok then can we move to a different bath” and he did let us move to another bath, and then told me to “be quick because more than likely it’ll get cold since there’s still hot water in the lines”Still paid full price, as my boyfriend paid before I even got up front. Boyfriend says he thought he heard him say to his coworker “she thinks she knows everything about dogs” but I didn’t hear it myself, so I’m going to ignore that possible statement. Even if he did say that, clearly I do know my dog more than anyone else. And I do have years of experience. So I mean, his statement wasn’t wrong anyways. I don’t THINK I know things about my dog or dogs in general, I DO know.He said they had a busy day which is why the water was cold, and he did apologize. But as a person who came from this same field, if the water is COLD, how about don’t accept more customers?? How about if you have someone who ended up not being able to finish the bath, DISCOUNT THE PRICE AT MINIMUM?? I could only imagine treating one of my old clients like that when I was a groomer, I’d NEVER! “Dogs prefer cold baths” ???? Since when???And if my dog is shivering, eyes are red and showing signs of stress, then obviously MY dog doesn’t prefer cold water and I highly doubt many other dogs would either!!I do understand days get busy. But you have to ensure people’s dogs are enjoying their experience so they don’t grow to be anxious over getting groomed!! I will not be coming back.

This place is awesome!. Thank you Sharon for taking such good care of our new man, Maverick. The receptionist, Dawn was absolutely amazing. She made us feel at home, and they both took the time to answer any questions and explain what they were doing and how they were doing it in case we wanted to try he self wash next time. We'll definitely be back. Maverick liked Sharon so much I think he'd rather have her wash him again. Thank you both for a wonderful experience. My husband brought our pups in. They were very accommodating. Both dogs were washed and nails cut . They had a deshedding Only one thing when we asked how bad was ears the gentleman took tissue wiped out which made hubby think they didn’t do. We will definitely return next month.

My husband and I took our German Shepherd dog to Dar's Dirty Dogs for a self wash. What a great place! When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Dee who was very friendly, kind and helpful. The store which has unique treats, toys and other doggie products is very welcoming and the self wash area was very clean and well organized. Much cleaner and nicer than a couple of the chain store type self wash stations that I've been to in the past. I would certainly recommend stopping here!

I had an appointment today for my 2 dogs to get groomed. The person who greeted us was very rude and unprofessional. She refused service due to my dog barking. I’m sure that is not the first barking dog they have encountered. Are they not a dog centered business? I will not be back! This woman was obviously not in the mood to work! This woman needs to have professional customer service training!

Overpriced grooming for amateur work. Our pup looks like we groomed him in our driveway.Dispite your over exaggeration of his condition, at the end of the day we paid a professional price for an amateur job. His face was still shaggy along with his paws. And yes my wife does do a better job and she will be doing Snickers.

Took my golden retriever in for a grooming and got nothing of what I asked for. My dog was hacked (short and long pieces) I took the dog back in and was told he could only give me half a refund, After on the phone he said he would fix it. But when I went in he was too busy to fix it and said he wasn’t a groomer! Terrible customer service! I went to Dar’s for 16+ years and never had a complaint. Miss Dar’s. This place is nothing like when she was there. Will never go back!ATTENTION GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!In response to your post… you are a complete liar!! I never brought him back asking for a shave down!!! Your son lied and said there wasn’t a groomer there when in fact there was. I DID NOT demand my money back, I spoke with him in a very respectful manner. Wow I cannot believe you! I cannot believe how dishonest you are being!!!!! Shame on you. You will not last long in business because people will see for themselves the poor quality you deliver. Furthermore yogi was not hacked from a home cut, I don’t know where you got your information…and I have gone to Dar’s for many years.and again NEVER had an issue with her. You will find posting lies will catch up to you and badly damaged your business. All these negative reviews and yet you respond as the innocent person who wants to make it right… even though you said twice you would have given Me a full refund you never did so! Inconsistent with what discounts they give to what people. First time they gave a 50% prior military discount for the dog wash and grooming the second time I was there they didn't so it's really inconsistent on what discounts for what products

Darlene always did my pups nails and never a problem. Grant it she was a puppy and newer to the experience and would pull occasionally, but never a struggle or dog being panickedToday was a disaster - my dog was not comfortable either with way it was being done and/or the woman.I said enough is enough and we left. Woman didn't impress me when I first walked in which I wish now I'd have left from that impression. Saw my dog has black nails and commented oh we hate black nails. Then kept telling me her nails didn't need done and I said yes they do. My dog was nervous and piddled then got scared and almost hung herself. Will never go back.

My dog Blue has high anxiety to the point of having special training for it. Blue trusted getting nails done by Dar. Dar started to allow walk-ins to come in. One day she was not there and someone else did his nails. Blue usually would get nails done on the table but was put in a tub and a leash applied. Blue was very nervous and I asked to have it done the way he was used to. The gentleman had to reach over Blue and the whole thing was very awkward. Two of his quicks were cut and bleed a lot and it was very painful for Blue. I stopped the nail session. The next time I went in and asked for Dar to do them. Dar was very impatient with Blue because she was busy grooming another dog and interrupted. I called before hand and was told to bring him in. Blue was very nervous due to the previous trauma. He is now very scared to get his nails done and needs a muzzle to do them. He is very traumatized now. 😢

What a wonderful place ! Took my almost 16 year old dog there for the first time today to use the self wash station.Store is impeccably clean, staff was so friendly and helpful. Lots of cute toys and treats to buy as well. Highly recommend!!

Dar does a great job with the dogs, but her customer service has gone down hill. Perhaps because she has so much business, she has lost sight of the importance of being nice. She appears very frustrated and inpatient, as if I was an inconvenience to her to schedule my pups for a grooming.

Darlene does a fantastic job. Reasonable Rates too! I have been taling my golden retriever there for 4 years now. Never dissapointed. She has several self wash tubs as well which she provides all the needed supplies.

I recently called to make an appointment. Before I could even state when I was hoping to get my dogs in I was abruptly cut off and told that there were no appointments. Dad was very discourteous and dismissive. I understand if you are busy and not taking any clients. However it is never a good customer service to be Kurt and rude over the phone to a potential client.
