They were so kind and able to take a last-minute appointment to get my dogs' nails trimmed. They did a great job too, even on my little dog who HATES getting her nails trimmed. Highly recommend their services! One thing to note: they are cash or check only, so make sure you run by the ATM before you go :)

Crystal is Murphys groomer. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she gives me reports on how he has progressed since he's been going there. She is always pleasant and obviously loves her job. We love her.

My dog had same groomer for 13 years and after moving from out of state needed someone new! So glad I found Nancy’s! Made us feel very comfortable right away and did a fantastic job on my dog! Our new groomer!

Took my dog there for the FIRST Time based on A+ BBB ratings. Nikki was to be his groomer. Upon arrival I walked in and down a hallway with Half door. Nikki open the door and gave me a card to fill out. Told me to sit in the front room. She then took my dogs leash and pulled him to the backroom with the other dogs. She never petted or introduce herself to my dog. Just pulled him to the back room. While I was filling out the card, a flea jumped on my arm. That was it. I went back and took My dog out of there as quickly as possible. SUMMARY: For Nikki to be a experienced groomer and treat an animal like that...Shame on You. My dog deserved better than that. And for the fleas jumping. I decided to leave them there.

Unfair pricing. Brought my dog there on a recommendation because my friend virtually has the same dog with the same weight, same fur, same temperament and they both get muzzled because they don’t like their paws being touched. I was charged 300% more because my dog of 3 years with no history of biting: big dogs, small dogs, cats, energetic children, or other groomers suddenly could break an arm with one bite.P.s you can hear Nikki cussing at your dog from the lobby if they think you’ve left.P.s.s This place and eberts animal hospital have mastered the bidding process if you’re willing to drive a little you’re gonna find much better work for less money.

I always took my Luna here to get groomed or get her nails clipped,except this last time was a horror show the lady brought out a grinder and clippers and never used the clippers even though she was yelping she continued to use the grinder I just paid her and left as fast as I could.I looked at her nails and they are just as long and uneven and if she touches you with them they feel like razor blades ran across your skin. Needless to say I now have to find another groomer I refuse to have my dog abused and refuse to have services poorly done.I just don’t know what was wrong this time they are usually so friendly and her nails were always nice.

I do not recommend. I am new to dog ownership. I was unaware how long a session would be. I was not told any time when made appt. That being said, my dog has anxiety away from me, and when they said come back in 2 hours, I said no one told me i had to leave him for hours. She said I should have told them about his anxiety. I dont disagree. But. As I left, walking out door, she called me an assho**. I guaranteed her I would share that moment in as many reviews as I could. Do not recommend. Very unprofessional

What a wonderful place! Took both my dogs there and they did a awesome job with both of them. They are not the best behaved dogs so I know it wasn't an easy task. They even gave me some helpful suggestions on joint supplements. Can't say enough. It was cutely decorated and clean. Will recommend to all my friends

Kimberly, I think is her name, I'm horrible at remembering names, was wonderful with my dog Harry. His cut was absolutely perfect. The price was very good as well. You can get your fur baby groomed and it won't drain your pocketbook. I will continue to go there.

First time I took my Doodle in. Woman who waited on me was annoyed I hadn't brushed my puppies mats. I never had a doodle and did brush him just not with a metal comb. My dog didcteceive a good hair cut but both ears were bleeding. I will not take my dog here again. Patience and careful cutting is necessary to deal with people and dogs. Nancy"s grooming obviously doesn't have these qualities.

The only dog groomer I use! Professional , friendly and convenient. They give me reports on how my dogs do every time I have a very anxious dog who is scared of it’s own farts but some how they always manage to do a great job!!! 🤪🤣 I wouldn’t recommend ppl going anywhere else! Only dislike is the smell of the shop. I have never been in a dog grooming shop that smells great anyway.

Have been using Nancy's Grooming for around 15 yrs. Our groomer is Kim. She has benn fantastic to all of our pooches. They looked forward to getting all wet and pampered like queens. Ou current dog Emma really loves Kim. It is reassuring to know that when we drop Emma off, she will be treated very well and smelling like a princess when we pick her up. I highly recommend Nancy's Grooming for your pets grooming needs.

Took my dog for grooming a few months ago. I was pleased. The price was reasonable. The nails could've been done better. But the groomer said his nails were brittle. I still recommend this place. It's much better than auntie Dees on mahoning.

Was searching for a new groomer. Found "Nancy's Grooming"..Our experience was with out a doubt thee best I've had. The staff is by far even better than the 5 star's they ask for. I will definitely be a life long customer.Niki is one of the nicest person you would ever meet. The love and care she has for any and all animals, you could never ask for any better than her.

Nancy's Grooming offers a great service. A place to take you furry family members in to get a shampoo and their coat groomed or get their claws trimmed. Very friendly staff members who treat your pets with love. You can tell they are true animal lovers the very moment you walk through the door. They are conveniently located on Southern Blvd. and are in the same little plaza next door/connected to Southgate Pizza next door to Brown's Drug Store.

Absolutely ADORE the girls at Nancy's. We have been going there for over 10 years and they are nothing short of fantastic. They have so far been the only ones in 12 years to successfully clip all of my squirmy, squirrely Shih-Tzu Mixes nails in one visit!
