Honestly one of the best big-box-store houseplant sections I've seen. The plants are sometimes overwatered and there's clutter around (or the lights are off for some reason?), but the selection is really great. Better than the orange store for sure. If I'm at Lowe's, I'm probably there for the variety of less-usual plants and the very nice pots, too. Worth a look!

We are there all the time. Tracy works there in the morning and is very happy to meet everyone. We can always count on her for a good morning smile and wave. I one time I did have an issue the store manager personally handled it. 5s across the board

I had a great experience while I visited with my mom to purchase a washer/dryer combo for her home. We went straight to the appliance section, and she quickly found a GE stacked combo that fit her needs. We looked around for an associate to help us ring it up, but the only person was with a customer. We started looking for someone else to assist us when we ran into who I believe was the manager. He looked reluctant to help us, but when he saw that we were anxious and no one else was around, he stopped and assisted us. He had all our questions answered (by the guy that was helping another customer) and rung us out.Excellent customer service experience for us.

Ordered area carpets on 12/16/23 which were to be delivered to the Boardman store on 12/20. Called on 12/20 and was told they just shipped from Georgia. Waited 2 more days and no contact from store. Called with no satisfaction on status of order. Finally called on 12/27 and manager, John was to call us back. Never called us and then we received an email the order was cancelled. Upon inquiring about why it was obvious they could not have cared less about having our business. So it’s off to The Home Depot we go for future purchases! If there was a status of less than 1 star I would be choosing that!

Had what I needed at a fairly reasonable price.Great location that's within 30 minutes of all areas. Usually fully stocked and if you can find an employee they are helpful.

Called the store to see if they will sell a floor model grill since online said it was out of stock and a lady manager said yes they will sell the floor model grill. We get up to the Lowe’s and Joe the manager said he will not sell the grill because it’s a floor model then makes a big deal about it to other staff members as he talks bad about us. We are not asking for a discount we just wanted to buy the grill that was on sale. Very unprofessional and I will file a complaint with the better business bureau as well. This is how you support your military. Zero stars if I can give this store a review based on the manager Joe.

I was disappointed today when to the store to go get paint, I was there for 10 to 15 minutes and even though someone was called multiple times to assist me no one ever showed and I left the store without getting the paint that I needed, am so thinking of going through another store now.

** Lowe's is my all-time favorite hardware/home improvement store. It's my go-to place to get anything at all related to home improvement....**Lowe's always has the best prices and in my opinion, the biggest selection. The best part about Lowe's is the one stop shopping and curbside pickup. You don't even need to get out of your vehicle!!** The app makes life even EASIER by giving you a real-time inventory count on every item so you know how many of an item they have and if they have it at all.** The layout of the store is nice and easy so finding an item inside is quick and painless. Not to mention the vast selection of many different items!

Go in late for some materials, loaded some blocks on a cart, I have chron's disesse so I went to the restroom and came back to check out, loss prevention standing at the exit like they already decided I was going to steal. Bad at their job, Stand out like a sore thumb. Then the cashier tries to set me up by asking me how many concreteblocks I had when there was clearly 7 waiting for me to try and lie or something. Won't be spending my money with lowes

Customer Service keeps declining. I purchased 4 outdoor wall mount light fixtures and some furnace filters only to find out that they only have one (small) bag size for your purchase. I had to make 3 trips from my detached garage to the house, perhaps they think I have a shopping cart in my garage?

Bought 2 different bundles of electrical wire on my credit card because I wasn’t sure which gauge I needed so I would just return the one I didn’t use the next morning.. so this morning I go to Lowe’s to return it had my receipt they refused to give me store credit so I could but it towards the drywall I was buying instead of putting another charge on my card which not only would OLD LADY TRACEY do it but she was completely rude about it I was treated as if I stole the dam wire when I came in with a receipt to I’ll start taking my business to Home Depot. Thank u Lowes!

I ordered a dishwasher weeks ago, today was finally the install date. Like an hour before install, they call to tell me that the payment was not working so i need to change the payment method. I thought that was weird cause there was for sure money on that card but whatever so i go to the order to change the payment method and cant now because it says there is a technical error, so it looks like the error IS on lowes side. Then they tell me I will need to cancel the order and re place a new order to fix it, and unfortunately since i am placing a new order, the system will make me schedule a new appointment for install so i wont be able to get it today. Like why? the dishwasher and installer are both right there and we are right at the beginning of my install window so why cant he just install it now that payment has been updated? Its because Lowes is another terrible company who is to slow and outdated to operate in 2023. You are telling me you have no way to bypass the system? I understand the system will want you to make a new appointment but you as humans standing there knowing that that is not correct cant do ANYTHING about it? So what is the installer going to do then during my install window, just stand around till the next appointment because lowes system is to stupid to tell the installer that the payment has been updated and its fine to do the install now? The whole thing is just crazy to me that this day in age, Lowes cant figure out how to change a payment method without setting a new install date, that makes no sense. I canceled the order like they said but will not be making a new order obviously. If i have to get a new install date anyway then ill just order somewhere else.

Hey, it's a Big Box store, I know. But, when you need it quickly, can't beat the convenience. Plus, it was Veteran's Day Weekend, so I proudly used my Military Discount. Service is really friendly. We moved 4 years ago for the area, but come "back home" every few months. It doesn't surprise me that many of the same people working there are still there, and they recognize you! Checkout lines are quick, there is a self service option with someone there to assist if needed. Clean, well stocked. I compare it to other Lowe's I visit, and this is always a cut above.

Employees are very friendly.Update: 12/29 Fence installation would not recommend this company or J&J fence company! Gate fell off. What was discussed and in the contract was not followed through with.Installer stole my material I was told to make a theft report with my local police department.

Never order online! We ordered tile from this store and they lost the order! After a lot of work from US to track it down we were assured that we would not get double charged and we did! Almost 3000 twice on our credit card which declined the second payment. They told us they wouldn't deliver even though we have a pending charge from them when we ordered initially. We called and spoke to the worst manager I've ever heard. Her name was Rhonda and she had a horrible attitude and couldn't even remember we were speaking when she got off of a hold I'm convinced was a probably smoke break. She didn't seem interested in helping AT ALL. Only offered a bad attitude when it was yinz that are costing us time and money. Been waiting on a manager Matt to call us and of course he hasn't yet. Save yourself a headache and go to home depot.

Experience has been great until I got appliances from there. The refrigerator keeps getting super cold thar all my items freeze then a few days later it unthaws and barely gets cold. This happens every week. And I got a stove there that stopped working in week and when I called Lowe's to find out how issue could be resolved they told me to Google GE and get the number for my stove to be fixed. Not sure if I will ever go back.

So I went in for a specific tool I needed and stopped to look at lawnmowers. There were a ton of employees all working, looking busy but polite, all answering questions, walking people to the correct places and offering assistance. It was generally nice. When it was my turn I asked about battery operated lawnmowers and why I wanted one. The employee then asked me a couple questions to help make sure I got the right fit. She asked my yard size, how often i wanted to cut the grass, if i wanted to get self-propelled and one with a bag on it. I answered the questions and I happened to get an EGO. Small, selfpropelled, and no bag. I just used it and it was worth every penny. I didnt hurt, ache, or have that gas/oil smell when i was done. I also bought a battery operated weedeater and blower. I am really happy with the care, understanding, quality time and effort the employees put in with the customers there. I didnt feel like I was judged because I am a girl and never had a lawnmower before. I have a ton of projects I want to do and this gave me a ton of confidence to try other projects.I really appreciate the time spent with me and the helpful employees. I really appreciate yoy all. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

Lowe's is a good store especially this particular location, the staff are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful in any way they can, evidently this store has good management, the store is always clean and organized and they hire good employees, I've been in some other Lowe's between this Boardman location to the Western suburbs of Cleveland and not many of them can claim the 5 stars I gave this location.

Needed to replace a defective product. Four trips later, it finally got taken care of. Since when do customers have to call manufacturers and get their own return authorizations?!
