Definitely not the nicest set up. They have nice things but for the untrained eye it’s hard to find the good stuff. And accentuate the nice finds, they need to showcase and display their things in a better way. If you like searching messy racks then yes you’ll find some stuff.

Went in there to buy a tv got double charged and they Wont give us our money back ..pd 65$ cash and pd the rest of the 68.80 total on the card and it took all 68 from the card when it should of been like $3.50 and tryed to get them to watch the camera nope scam artists

The last three times I donated items to this location, I couldn't find a parking place close and I had to drag my boxes one at a time because no one would help me. They just directed me where to put my items. I would rather throw things in the garbage then donate to this store again. It was very easy to donate before they moved that area to the other side of the store. Sad.

Nice goodwill store in general. You can find some pretty good things there, good selection and prices. Every day is a different sale on the a different tag color, I got 9 things for $38. Open your fitting rooms though! They are still “closed due to covid 19.” That’s my only complaint about the store. I’m going to wear spandex and try stuff on over them right in the aisle then lol.

Since my Goodwill on Liberty St. suddenly disappeared, I went to this Goodwill today for the first time. This Goodwill is quite large and well organized. The staff is extremely helpful and super friendly. I'm very happy I visited this location, and will definitely be visiting this location again.

Amazing company to work for. The entire organization is just full of caring, compassionate and driven people who really make you feel like a part of the team. The stores are all well laid out and easy to shop as a consumer as well. Fair prices, much more affordable than paying retail, that’s for sure. Great quality items as well! I truly cannot say enough good things about the Youngstown Area Goodwill!

Prices are very high for items they get donated to them free. I know they have bills/utilities, and employee wages to pay, but a used hoody marked at $34 last yr, come on now? Prices aren't much better today.

People donate things items to Goodwill anymore you might as well be going to Walmart Target that's what they're charging at Goodwill those kind of prices shoes used $9 $6 clothes 8 to $12 other items that come in New they're used just because they never been open the item they think they can charge a new price at Goodwill that's not right I said one Goodwill they was charging 20$ for basket Goodwill used to be fun not really anymore¡!!!!!!!?????😟😥☹️🙃🙃🙃🙃

I love this good will, the staff is very friendly and there are some very good deals on some really good finds. However the one rack of the store has way to much on it (the one with all the dresses) and I can barely look through I hope it's a little bit better when I go in march or April for mine and my date's outfit. (to prom) update: at the time there was this disgusting man who peed himself in one of the tuxes and still tried on more tuxes and shoes (it ran down his leg) and all the dresses were way to small for me I'm a size 22 in dresses.

My review is for the Salem, OH Goodwill store.I have not visited any other Goodwill stores.The drop-off area at the back of the store isa problem for the donated merchandise sincethere is no porch or sheltered area for the donations in case it is raining. I went thererecently, and all the donations were getting wetwith the rain, including furniture. Inside the store,I was told that there are no spaces for trying onclothing. I miss the old store on S. Broadway, Salem. The staff was courteous and helpful.The SBroadway store was operated in a better manner.,

I have tried a million times to donate really nice stuff cuz it's close to me. But I always knock on the door an they never come out think the horn try calling very poor for donating I will not just leave my items outside. I'll donate somewhere who wants my items not somewhere else .they never come outside it's super frustrating never again if I can leave a zero star I would.

Lots of used merchandise to choose from that is very reasonably priced. By supporting this business you are helping the community in many ways. They accept donated merchandise of all kinds whether it be furniture, homegoods, purses, shoes, toys and more. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I think the store would benefit from putting clothes on racks by sizes. Think more people would be willing to browse & find items MUCH easier!

Don’t go here if you’re looking for good deals reasonably priced items. First of all it’s mostly clothing but the few items they have are priced straight out of eBay prices. I miss when eBay was a great place to find great vintage items at nonprofit thrift store prices. I’ve been noticing this in many goodwills. Austintown is a lot more reasonable.

Great visit staff very helpful found a outside free standing portable basketball hoop for my 12 y/o 😁 grandson!!!!! Neat clean organized and I helped support job training and life enrichment.
