Went there tonight around 7:30, this place was filthy dirty. In the produce department somebody threw a bunch of chocolate covered peanuts on the floor and piled them up next to a display.

This story is always very organized and clean. The employees are helpful when walking through the store. When you get to the register, it is an awful experience. Young girl McKenzie at register couldn’t go 30 seconds without requesting help from someone else. Took 20 minutes for the girl to scan 2 people out. There’s also only two people working, and 2 self registers, one being 12 items or less. Everyone is short staffed at the moment but it would help if the staff was trained properly.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Jackie and Karen are fantastic in the Deli Department along with the gentleman who works in produce. Don't know his name, he wears glasses.

We have been to 6 different giant eagle stores in ohio. And there all the same. They have the best customer service. The have great produce and a great bakery. Yhey. Always have everything we need.

Fried chicken and jojos and they were all dried up and old. I bought them cuz we had company and it embarrassed me and my wife. I will never ever buy any more of their cooked foods.

Prices way to high .you pay fr those gas credits in the prices. The Deans Milk is 2$ more than other places. Deli to .Not enough workers so close early or hot foods closed all together .No hot foods tday do to no workers.

The workers are very rude at this location, selection was abundant with variety of products especiallyin the produce section (impressed). However, will not be returning unless ABSOLUTELY necessary due to poor customer service.

Unfortunately, this is a remarkably unwelcome store(Churchill only). I ordered hot food from the counter, received 5 items, the hot food person would not supply a bag to me so I could carry them out to a far away register. I spotted rack of bags by the closed register, but the employee wouldn't allow me to have a bag. I went to customer service to complain, and lo and behold security shows up!!

I really like Churchill giant eagle. They have a nice variety of hot foods to choose from, if you just wanna grab something real quick. And the staff are always nice. And I like the layout of the store. And now they carry station square food in the hot foods area! Nice selection.

I ordered a half sheet cake with a photo on it for my husband's 70th birthday! It was the thinnest cake I have ever seen, the picture was barely visible, and the decorating / writing, was awful! I will NEVER order a cake from your bakery again. I was embarrassed to have this at our party!!

I love the fact that they still have their meat counter open. The Giant Eagle by me closed their's and said they don't plan on reopening it. So now the only time I can get that kind if stuff is when I visit my grandparents

This grocery store is dark and dated. Prices were high, and the checkout process (not the line but the pos system) is unusually long and slow, and the system doesn't let you check out without a loyalty program.

When and why is it in the stores best interest to become politically correct? When i shop, i want a pleasant experience. When you start to impede customers beliefs, you have gone too far. I have been shopping giant eagle since the 80's. I will no longer shop at giant eagle. Keep your political beliefs to yourself. SELL GROCERIES.

Great selection of products marred by the annoying self checkout system. I'm tired of being screamed at to "PLACE YOUR ITEM IN THE BAG" a millisecond after I scan it. And for this reason, I will never ever donate to the endless pleas both at the register and the gas pump.

just moved from Florida.Well the sales weren't in computer at check out and self checkout you can't use two cards like fs and credit have to go to different kiosk. Probably won't go back. Way too much trouble. People working there were awesome. Two stars only because of great employees.

I was blown away when I walked in.Dorthy isn't in Kansas anymore. This Giant Eagle is NOTHING like my hometown Giant Eagle. Great selection of meat and huge deli and prepared foods section. I stopped here because I heard they had a "produced locally" section and I wanted to check it out. I wasn't disappointed. I try very hard to buy locally sourced items when available. Thank you for making that an option with in your stores.

Just had my first experience with shopper and delivery and was so impressed. The personal shopper Was courteous and checked in with me as she shopped if they were out of a product to ask if I wanted a substitution. Everything was fresh and I’m picky. The driver who delivered my groceries was extremely courteous and I can’t say enough about this service. As an elderly couple with health issues you can be sure we will continue with this service. Thank you
