My Maltese loves everyone in the office! They treat her like a celebrity every time she comes in, even when she screams and cries at them in the waiting room! You can tell, Dr. Shedan really cares about animals and he answers any questions I have and personally calls with any test results!

I have a senior dog of 11 years. He has been having some health issues and he needed vet care, I called Ebert's and he was seen in less than one week and our experience was great. The doctor explained everything clearly and was gentle with my senior dog who suffers with arthritis. I was very pleased and I will be back.

As a small dog owner, a valid fear are large dogs not under control so I very much appreciated how mindful the receptionist was regarding incoming dogs versus dogs already in the waiting room. I did not have to wait long for my appointment time either.The doctor was kind and I never felt rushed. He was also mindful of my dog's physical cues given (fear) and remained calm and patient. The vet techs were friendly and upbeat and obviously loved dogs.I did think the nail trim fee was slightly high but that could just be standard veterinary office price and I've simply grown accustomed to the groomer's price instead. Even so, it saved me an extra trip.The doctor himself called me promptly the next day with my dog's test results (thyroid and also heartworm) which was a pleasant surprise. The online store is awesome, competitively priced, and ships directly to home. The staff was also knowledgeable regarding pet insurance and knew exactly what I needed in order to submit a claim (thank you!).I would love to see Saturday hours available so I'm not needing to schedule PTO in order to keep appointments. If Saturday hours were an option, I'd happily transfer over the rest of my pets' records and keep them all with Ebert Animal Hospital.

My cats and I love coming here! Both Dr. Shedan and Dr.Hradil were so gentle and patient with my cats, even when my one tried to hide in every spot imaginable :) Both kitties felt a little ill and they felt better immediately after leaving. The prices are also extremely fair and I would recommend coming here to take care of your fur babies.

I brought my cat in for the first time and I must say that everyone from the office staff to the vet tech and doctor were fantastic! They took time and answered my questions and were all very kind. I'm so happy Zoe is in your care.

We take our Siberian Husky Dexter to Ebert Animal Hospital and have been doing so for 2 years. Dexter has some anxiety so getting him to the vet and settled can be difficult. The veterinarian handles Dexter with so much care and was thorough in explaining everything to continue his care at home. Wednesday the vet assistant is so patient and ensured that out little guy was comfortable. We have tried other vets and no placecomes close to Ebert! We will not take our fur babies anywhere other than Ebert Animal Hospital!!! Thank you guys so much for all you do.

The entire staff at Ebert Animal Hospital made my dogs and me feel at ease. Plus they are accommodating with Saturday hours and having appointments available so I could bring my dogs 1 at a time. I highly recommend Ebert Animal Hospital.

I take both my dogs here. The staff is friendly. The vets are thorough. The only reason I give 4 stars is because they won't give you written prescriptions to use 1800 petmeds or any other place. They want you to order from their website and medications which can be more expensive. They require you call before bringing your pet in once you arrive for an appointment. It happens quite often you can't get through to anyone.

Wonderful caring vets at Ebert! They treated both of our dogs with kindness and great care. They are also so reasonably priced. We were able to get our dogs checked out, vaccinated, and have one treated for a hot spot and it didn't break the bank! The vet techs and front desk staff were lovely.I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here!

They were very friendly from the person on the phone, to the front desk, to the vet tech, to the vet. I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment and they got me in on Friday- just a few days later. A lot of vets I’ve called say it will be weeks or months to get you in and some haven’t even called back. The entire staff took great care of my dogs and me. They are also reasonably priced and close to my house.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Ebert Veterinary Clinic to anyone who has a pet. My 6 year old Charlie was not feeling well and shortly after her visit she is back to her normal self. They knew the exact issue and had her fixed up in no time. They treated her like she was their first patient ever. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful. We found our new vet. ☺️☺️☺️

This place is amazing. I’ve been able to bring my 7 year old pug and my 5 month old American Pitbull Cane Corso mix here at the same time. The staff is very friendly to all of us, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional as well!!! No matter the issue they work with you. They listen and really help. They’re fees are reasonable too. If I weren’t moving my fur babies would be serviced here for their lifetime!!! Thank you for all you do and for always doing it with a smile. ❤️👍🏽👏

I've lived in the area my whole life and idk how it took me this long to find this place! This is absolutely the best veterinary care I've found. The staff are friendly & caring from the front desk to Doc. It was fabulous to have such great care for my Tank. Ive been from Niles to Brookfield, from Angels for Animals to Girard, I won't ever go anywhere else again. Those other places will rip you off but these prices are affordable AND fair. They don't order tests you don't need, but they always offer every route to make sure your pets are healthy. I cannot go on enough. Hidden gem!

I made an appointment for my dog to get her leg tumor checked. I wanted to get opinions to see if she is ok to have surgery to remove it because she is 16 yrs old and the tumor seems to be growing fast. I made the appt right before Thanksgiving and her appt was on that Friday. I showed up for my qppt just to be told that since I didn't confirm my appt they gave my appt away. And I could wait 3 hours to see the vet. Apparently that is a new polocy that was emailed out to everyone and me being a new customer didn't get the email to know that was their policy. When I made the qppt as a new patient no one informed me then that I had to confirm the appt or I lose it. So my dog never got seen. So this is why I gave a low rating.Replying to your recent reply.I understand the reasoning for the implemented change. However as a new patient I never received the email with that info. I also do not have a call from your office either. The day of the appt I didnt get my confirmation text until I was on my way to the visit in which I didn't reply because I was on my way and at that point still unaware of your strict new policy you put in place. At the time of making my appointment as a new patient I feel it would of been best for you to make me aware of such a policy.

When I was having trouble with my one year old GS at the time and contacted my then vet, it was like I never existed to them. Upon calling Ebert Animal Hospital, not only did I get in the next day but they went above and beyond bringing my baby back to health ! Now both of my "kids" are patients and I would never go elsewhere. The doctors and Staff are great !

I was new to the area and went to several different offices. Ebert’s by far was the best! They take the time needed with my pets and are very friendly and efficient. Their prices are comparable to other veterinary offices. I highly recommend Ebert Animal Hospital!

Now while I did not enjoy seeing my animal in pain they didn't per se do anything wrong but I did not like how they gripped my dog up while his back leg was in pain they had to put a muzzle on him because the doctor was moving his bad leg around so much that my dog started growling and spitting out of his mouth from the muzzle ,I did not enjoy seeing that. But it did only cost 200 bucks for two x-rays and medication for him. What I didn't like was the pet Doctor making us believe that my dog would have needed surgery if his ACL didn't heal in 10 days and that it would cost $2,000. Now I'm not a genius but I'm pretty sure no one can see the future and know how much stuff is going to cost until the time comes. But $2,000 for surgery on a torn ligament seemed a little outrageous to me. But my dogs already walking on his paw and it's two days after we saw the doctor. So I think the doctor massaging and stretching his leg out helped more than anything. As well as the pain medication. Now I wouldn't say this place is cost friendly but it isn't as outrageous as other places I've been. If you live in the area it's not a bad place for an emergency visit. We did call the day before so we got an appointment the very next day so that was excellent.
