The manager here is rude as ever! Didn't even stop what she was doing to turn around and help me . Asked where a product was, and I also explained that I was having trouble finding it. She rudely responded "well then we don't have any !"So I asked another worker who took her time to show me where it was . WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Really great, cool employees! Stevie, Stephanie & company are always friendly & helpful. They will even help carry bags to your car if they are not busy. Well stocked, displayed & easy to get to everything....love it here! One of my favorite Dollar Trees! I've been to a lot of them too!

About a year and a half ago, my husband and I were friendly with everyone who worked there. Now that this store has been closed due to the fire last year, we most likely know no one. If that’s the case, we’ll go to Austintown, even though we’re local to this particular store. The opening soon sign has been posted for quite a while with no actual opening in sight. It would be nice to know what’s going on

Can still find a variety of products. Although they are $1.25 instead of $1 it's worth shopping there. The cashiers are generally friendly and polite.

Glad they are reopen this is my favorite dollar tree.. I was in line and the customer behind me asked the manager if they had any toilet paper she said sorry we are out and the customer got mad at her put her stuff on the end cap and left like it's her fault and the manager was very polite.. People not every store going to have what u want not even big stores like walmart... What i don't like their is a red head that comes in and tells customers her store on belmont ave is better so the next day i went and walked around the belmont store it's nasty and dirty

Very dirty store compared to the stores in the surrounding areas. Products were on floor and thrown on shelves, in a disorderly fashion. The line was extremely long, and there appeared to be only one cashier working. The line stretched into walkway and down the aisle, across from the register. I wouldn't return to this store to shop or recommend this location to a friend or family member.

Does anyone clean outside this store? Parking lot is ALWAYS cluttered with trash, entry way look like it's never been swept...the same dust in corner has been there all 3x I've been in this week....and love when manager leans behind cashier while the line gets longer...I think I'll just drive a lil further and go to one on kirk rd

Wide variety of $1 items! Great if your on a budget, planning an event, making a gift basket, looking to find some small rewards for your kids, in search of decorating items for any occasion/holiday, or need to make goodie bags for school!
