Dark and a bit shady inside, I didn't have much hope going in. I needed to use the restroom and found the narrow hallway to the two doors available. One clearly marked "Employees Only", the other simply said "All gender bathroom" and "no merchandise allowed". Got it. The bathroom for customers was locked so we waited and waited. Eventually after a while, my husband went to ask if a key was needed. They said there was no bathroom for customers. This was not marked anywhere. When I asked if I could use one, it was an emergency, the employees refused. No compassion, no empathy.If you don't want to give customers access, fine, but then make sure you have a sign indicating that.

Large dollar tree with quite a selection from plates and utensils to refrigerated and frozen foods. The workers were willing to help us look for something we couldn’t find.

There's a woman that wears her hair in a ponytail at the Belmont Ave location. I don't know what her title is at that store but she needs an attitude adjustment. She is constantly rude every time I go there. I was there this morning and a gentleman got out of line to go into her lane and she was speaking to him like if he was the dirt underneath her feet. Then telling someone else she works 60 hours a week and nothing goes right. Are you serious? Either quit or hire people that will actually stay at the store. If you're as stress as you say you are.

I love Dollar Tree it ALWAYS has alot of great needed and wanted items all for only $1 on my last visit I bought quite a bit of items to do small repairs around the house, so I bought some tools and home repair items. Also I bought some craft and wood decor to add to old things around the house to make them fresh and new. Keep up the great work and value. As ALWAYS staff was nice, friendly, helpful, & efficient. Thank you ❤️😊

This is like my favorite store! It's so cheap and they have a lot of good stuff!! The staff is usually friendly and nice, store is clean and there is so much to shop through.

This store just has a great location. Management can not maintain staff, there is new employees everyday! The bathroom door has had a sign on it that states that it is out of order since the store opened. I find this to be a serious issue n deserves the attention of the health department because other Dollar Tree stores located in suburban areas, do not seem to have any issues maintaining restroom facilities. I just dropped in today n now Management has a sign on the front door stating, carts are not allowed outside! Can someone please inform me why. Why are these signs and issues not also presented at other Dollar Tree stores that are located in predominantly Caucasian communities? I think Management really needs culturally sensitive training and just clean the restrooms and retrieve the carts from outside, just like the other stores n stop grouping everyone into a stereotype that us unfair to those who do not deserve it. Thank you.

Nice staff but not the cleanest. Always have good things here. Love the sock selection for $1. I also love the difference dish sets they have and my grandbaby loves the toys

I like dollar tree overall however this location is a hot mess. Dirty windows, poor service and lazy clerks. What's with the one cashier ringing and the line is almost out the door.

Overhead the management speaking in a derogatory manner about their employees. It was relatively loud conversation as I heard it while walking in the same aisle as well as one aisle over. I rarely see the store manager doing anything except gossip, smoke or hear her talking on the phone in the office. Hit or miss if employees will be nice. There's one or two extremely rude workers and one or two very nice and helpful ones. Unfortunately this store is utterly unprofessional and ill managed but close to home.

Would of gave it 4 or 5 stars. However the lady that checked me out clearly had an attitude she had so much stuff to ring up. I guess she was having a very bad day...towards the end she started slamming my items down on the table and I just was so embarrassed. The line got super long. At the end when I went to pay the machine froze and it was the end of the world. She told me my card HAD to have a pin and I said no it’s credit so that’s false. Basically the end was the worst experience of my life. I’ve been a server for over 10 years and not once have I ever had a bad day and made sure I ruined others as well. I just want her to know I hope ruining my day made hers better WHICH I highly doubt it. Good bless!

Myself and a coworker came in to buy several cart fulls of toys and games for a children’s carnival our place of employment is hosting. Annalese, Lisa, and Stacey were incredibly helpful and patient employees who made our trip and massive purchase easy and efficient. I could not thank them enough for how great of a job they did.

I was in store number 7089 in Youngstown, Ohio around 6:15 PM pm 10/27/21. I picked up a few bags of catfood and some drinks. The Kit and Caboodle cat food was marked 2 for 1.00. Upon checking out a new line was opened by a cashier, a woman with red hair about 50 years old. The cat food rang up as 1.00 each, I told the cashier they should be .50 each. She said "no that's probably for the cans." I told her this was not the first time I've had Dollar Tree not honor their sales and to please remove the cat food from my total. The cashier then proceeded to literally sling the cat food about 4 feet into a basket and she had quite a bit of attitude when she did so. I told her I didnt like her attiture and I didnt what anything and walked away. She yelled "I have you on camera". I though, how interesting since she was the one with attitude and slinging product around. I know it his hard to find staff but this type of employee is a liability to your company.

I always love the store...today i was kind of bummed because even though everything went up only a quarter to some people..there were some people 8ncluding elderly people that the quarter really makes a big difference...

An easy family store for smaller items from stationary, gift cards, papers, kitchen supplies, food items including chocolates, ice cream, frozen foods , person hygiene stuffs, electronics .All at super cheap price.Really appreciate their efforts
