This has to one of the most disgusting locations literally trash on the floors in every single isle. Merchandise piled up in every isle registers broken. I would be embarrassed if I owned it. The whole store is just atrocious from top to bottom left to right. The only upside is the employees are very friendly.

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. This store is by far the most disgusting, dirty, filthy, nasty store. The shelves are always empty and there is no way the floors are never mopped or swept. They clearly need to hire more staff. I will drive the extra mile to go to a CLEAN store. Management should be ashamed or fired. There is no excuse for the hot mess this nasty store is. Take pride where you work.

I go here due to convenience. The employees are mostly cool but they need to do something about the lines. They're so long and sometimes there is only one employee! Also, they need a better location where the line starts. People get confused and go to the side thinking that's where the line starts and then you'll go to the middle where it actually starts and they think you're cutting in line. Its awkward and wish they'd fix that.

Great and friendly staff. I really can not complain about any of the staff members besides maybe one that worked there a while ago with dress, tall guy, very rude. I have yet to meet any others and have a negative experience. Very well cleaned and maintained. If they do not have what you want, they are usually quick to point you to the right direction where you should go to get what you want.

I go to this DG at least twice a week. Most of the employees are nice and several of them love seeing my 2yr old son and talking to him! Sometimes in the evenings the check out line is long but everything else is Great!

Not the cleanest store. Half of the employees are awesome- the other half just treat you like you're bothering them by being there & can be rude. But regardless, you usually can find what you need here- it's conveniently close, so it's been my go to "need something on the fly" store for about 7 years now.

Rode my bike over 2 miles to do quite a bit of shopping. Purchased a 12 pack of beer for the weekend. When I got home to place the beer in the fridge...heard broken glass in the case. Several bottlers were previously broken before I purchased it. On my way back now to talk to the manager to see about a discount. It was a long hot ride. I'm old and in poor health. Hopefully they will understand and treat me right. I'll update this when I return.Well I went back and was told all they could do was replace the product. No discount no store credit no refund.I will never shop there again!😡 Calling corporate to make a complaint now!

You guys have severely neglected this store! Come on DG you are better than that, right? Just witnessed a lady smash her arm in the door because they had to shut down early due to the fact the A/C unit was broken so they turned the doors off. If this isn’t addressed I’ll just start shopping at the newly remodeled Family Dollar just 50 yards away. I prefer DG but not in these conditions! Unprofessional, never open when they are suppose to be. Is this Franchise or Corporate? I own a business and we are consistently open as our website says, it’s a shame in our community we can’t depend on the simplest dollar store the WESTSIDE has. This the 7th person I see walk up to the door and I been here less than 2 minutes, INCONSISTENT & this the 3rd time this week. Over Yall…..

Fast and courteous customer service. Normal non robotic workers. Watched them help a older gentleman who had a hearing and speech problem possibly from a stroke. Watched the lady working help him locate everything he needed happily. A plus service and I will go out of my way to go to this specific dollar general.

Tonight there was only one cashier, and the check out line was half to the back of the store, it's never been the bad. Cause there's usually 3 people working. Management needs to know this, it was around 6 pm.

Little crowded in the store, but it is Christmas time! Many things without pricesso we had to stops worker to go to the front to check each time to the point we would just by pass unmarked items. Good selection for what we were looking for and price.

It is really a lot less expensive than most other stores. If you have the digital coupon ap u will save even more. The generic (clover valley brand) is really good. Their creamy honey peanut butter is better than JIF!

They have been totally out of creamers, butter and/or margarine and most cheeses and deli type products for over a week now. No one seems to have any answers as to why or when they expect a delivery. Today they were also out of bread products. Someone needs to remedy this situation!

Get through checkout pretty fast but they should make some sort of effort to replace floors they look like they haven't cleaned them but I have seen them clean the floors they are wore out

It's a decent Dollar General, they added the new fridge and freezer section a few months back. Always busy and usually quick getting in and out.

I go here like 3 times a week and everyone is always so nice and helpful and they are all always working so hard!!! Shelves are always stocked and its always clean!!!

Pillow was lying in wrong place, manager didn't argue about the price I said once it was established wrong location, but sold it to me for that price I thought it was. Beautiful service

Parking lots has massive potholes do if you can make it past that then you have a messy under staffed for store to shop in. Also extremely long lines so definitely not good for quick trips

I don't know what was worse. The cashier screaming, "How are ya doin, partner?" to everybody that walked in the door (right in the faces of those standing right in front of him), or the fact that he was playing with a fidget spinner the whole time he was working.
