The older woman, at the front counter had an attitude she was very rude, and disrespectful telling me I can't bring my items that I bought! and paid for, to the restroom. Because I didn't want to have them stolen or lost. Don't shop here the employees here are not business professional, or nice!

1 cashier working and 6 people in line. Another worker came to the register and just said next. The lady in front of me walked up, the cashier never said a word except how much the purchase was. Gave her the bags & that lady left. I went to her and same thing. Not even a hello. It was like the customers were a bother to her. She was stocking shelves before, but isn't waiting on customers part of her job? I usually don't shop at this one & I'll guarantee I'll NEVER go back. I always shop at Dollar General and spend quite a bit of money there shopping for family members who are unable to go out because of what's going on, but this one needs to hire better people. I've sent out a mass text message to all my contacts telling them about this store and their employee. If you can't even say hello and thank you, then this store doesn't deserve any business.

My son "Found" the employees phone whose name Is "Brandy" bi-racial with the bull piercing or whatever you call It!!! Not sure If It was the correct name or not but was the one given but she told my son and I we should've left It there, remind you he was trying to help because he thought she lost It and I honestly did too. She got so DISRESPECTFUL, LOUD, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HURT MY SONS FEELINGS!!!!!!!! ALSO TOLD ME SHE DIDNT LIKE ME, remind you my son is 6 YEARS OLD!!! Smhhhhhhhh!!!!!! I was shopping for toiletries and etc..I CANT BELIEVE THAT GIRL EVEN WORKS THERE AND WOULD EVEN GET HIRED. The nice cashier said she was going through ALOT, NO EXCUSE and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! I HAVE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and I dont blame anyone!!! Definitely not if I was an employee and she reminded me of a 15 year old kid...!!!! All I can do is pray for her 🙏🏼 GET ahold of me so you can watch the cameras. 0STARS

Great store, well organized, very clean, lighted well for a positive upbeat shopping experience. The store crew, are a group of hard workers. They are very helpful and always willing to accommodate the customer. Thanks also for putting a good product on the shelf and considering the budget of the consumer. God Bless

Best DG experience I've had in over a year. The store was CLEAN, ORGANIZED, and stocked. The manager was patient, clear, helpful and friendly. The associate was patient, helpful and totally willing to help all. Those two lady's should be training DG executives and personnel on true customer service. 11am

On 01/04/20 my fiancé stopped at 9:52 pm to get trash bags for me because I had forgot them earlier when I went to the store, he had my car, and the dollar general by our house was already closed. Well as soon as he got to the doors the manager shut off the automatic doors and locked them right in front of his face. It was going to be a quick in and out transaction and I don’t know why they would act like that towards a paying customer, especially when the store closes at 10:00pm and they should acknowledge that closing time like any other business. If you close at 10 you serve customers until 10.

When I entered the store I could hear singing. As I moved through the store I noticed it was coming from one of the staff members. He was very friendly and treated me like an old friend. Very helpful staff and a nice clean store.

A really convenient spot for those in the immediate area who don't feel like driving all the way down to Mahoning Avenue for a two liter of soda, chips, cookies or personal hygiene essentials. I like that I can find unique snacks here that aren't sold elsewhere. Every so often, there isn't enough help at the cash registers and they get overwhelmed.

I don't know if it's the manager or the employee but a couple of the girls there have no customer service skills and is so rude everytime we go in there there are to many dollars around to continue to give my business to that one

Dimly lit and the cement floor was covered in old packing stickers and blackened chewing gum. Also one if the cooler doors was shattered and broken. They did however have a self checkout...something I've never seen at a Dollar General. I'd stop if it was on my way, but wouldn't make a special trip out here. There are other, nicer Dollar General stores in the area.

DO NOT BUY OUTFITS HERE FOR GIFTS! For my sons birthday he received an outfit that was 12 months. He is 24 months. I went to store next day to exchange. tags were on outfit never left the hanger. I was told no because I don’t have a receipt. I just want to exchange for right size and again told no. Such a shame he can’t use this gift. Policy needs to change for these situations.

Using digital cupons is NOT convenient. It would be the MOST convenient to just simply give the entire full sale price automatically at the register without even having to use ANY kinda cupons whatsoever. I tried using the app to access digital cupons, but I was told my email address that I've had for years was invalid over and over again. I shouldn't have to go create yet another email address, then register on an app to get the full sale price of items. Another thing....why is the main register that's used in it seems like all dollar generals the one smack dab right in front of the door where everyone is coming into the store? There's a line of people there checking out and the automatic doors continue to open and shut even when nobodies walking in or out cause of all the people proximity. That's not fun for employees or customers in winter. Whoever designed the register setup in ALL dollar generals as far as I've seen needs to use a bit more common sense in their design. This comment is not directed at this specific dollar generals staff performance at all. They do a great job! It is towards the dollar general company in regards to things that are out of any staff employees hands.

U make it easy to know where everything is.. I did not have a receipt wen I brought back the box of Swiffer Wet Floor scrubs, I pur- chased wrong item,..the girls were very kind, no questions asked, & they took the credit off of other items I purchased 2day..did I say that I didnt have my receipt! Àmazing!! ThankU so much!!

Melissa, a night worker in the evening, yelled across the whole store about an Arabic customer buying all the milk. Kept specifying his ethnicity. Me and a few other customers ended up walking out without making our purchases. Literally could have just said, "some guy." Or could have just kept her mouth shut. Never shopping here again if this is the type of ppl they hire.

I don't really shop here but I do like to get cards from here. I don't want to spend a ton of money on birthday and other special occasion cards so I stop by at the local Dollar general and pick some up for fifty cents to a dollar. Can't beat it.

Actually I gave this at 3 but that's because I think there's just too many dollar stores anymore but usually it's a quick in and out and they usually have things that you need so I really shouldn't complain but I'm just tired of the three major dollar stores dollar Family Dollar Dollar general I'm tired of the imported goods

Though this store was right in my neighborhood though this store was not in my neighborhood I enjoyed shopping there because somehow it has more to offer and I like the design and layout of this particular store had a very good shopping experience

Store is poorly ran. Cashier was yelling to every person that walked in they had no bags in the entire store. Then he is standing there ringing out people mad. Telling them how this happens every weekend and the manager does not care.

I want to like this dollar General but it keeps getting robbed and that is scary. Also, they stopped carrying the exclusive pineapple mountain dew and that makes me sad. Sad and scared. Not good for business, guys.

Im always here love it I love the idea of the scan and go they have but it could also be bad for business but good place to go
