My husband went to the store before closing time maybe 10 - 20 before. The store closed at 6. The lady that worked in the pharmacy walked by him at 5:55 and said they were closed. They did let him cash out but, really they are supposed to let him shop , lock the doors at 6 and don't let anyone else in. Then cash him out. After he leaves they are shut down then leave. He said they walked out right behind him. If thats the case they should have locked the door early but, they are not allowed.

I haven’t had much of an issue with these guys but I have to say after one of my medications was unavailable due to the shortage they really became unprofessional and I saw the reality here.telling me to come to the pharmacy to get a medication for my narcolepsy when she didn’t check whether it was in stock or not. So I drove 39 minutes for them to basically say “whoops!” And that it won’t be here until Monday now.Then Monday I show up and it’s not “sorry for the inconvenience here we’ll help you expedite your medication that you haven’t had for three days” i literally heard her say “absolutely not” when a man asked her if they were expediting. Horrible people. Bobby is the girls name who did all of this by the way. She’s just ignorant in every sense of the word .

Probably some of the nicest and most qualified pharmacy techs in Youngstown, whether it's CVS or another store. Cashier's sometimes leave service to be desired.It's an overall 5/5.If you see my other reviews I think I've only given 4 stars a few times and 5 stars maybe once. Cafe India , check it out.

The pictures I printed were absolutely horrible. Some of them you can’t even tell who the people in the picture are! I will say, I ordered online for pickup, they were ready on time, and the sales associate was very nice. She’s the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. Be better CVS. PS….My pics below aren’t the greatest but I was trying to not show faces. 💕

I came in for the shingles vaccine. Chris the pharmacist gave me the most pain free injection I've ever had. We had a very pleasant discussion afterwards. Because of Chris I'm thinking about transferring all of my prescriptions to this store.

The pharmacy staff has always been great & very kind at this location. Sadly, I came across that one bad employee who clearly thinks she can talk to people like they're trash because shes the "Pharmacy manager" & blame customer's for the mistakes of the staff she oversees. I've been getting my medication for about two months now at this location. Never once have I had a problem until I tried getting my medication today because of losing a box and was told she would not be filling that medication for me anymore because other times in the past her employees have filled my medication & allowed me to pay out of pocket (also because I use rite aid pharmacy as well and she took it "personal" that she didn't know I use rite aid) 😂. If that doesn't sound like a weirdo statement. I didn't know we were on a personal level with each other, especially considering the fact I have never talked to this lady a day in my life. Anyways. I asked to speak with whoever is above her & she proceeded to tell me nobody was above her 🤔 & within the next minute it eventually came out that she has a district manager above her (uhm duh) but she wouldn't give me the district managers name when asked & told me "I can't give out phone numbers" lol. I asked for a name... Not a phone number, but okay.It's not the fact that my prescription wont be filled there anymore (I don't care to ever use cvs again, especially ones in the slums of youngstown with no drive thru). It's the fact that you don't get to talk to people like they're less than just because you hate your own life. I already filed one and next I will be filing another complaint with the state board of pharmacy for unprofessionalism so disciplinary action can be taken. 🙃

My daughter drove me from Stow Oh. to get my 2nd Covid vaccine shot and they were just as incredible as they were when I received my first shot.Pamela is a GEM. She greeted us at the entrance, cheerful and even remembered us when we came a few weeks ago for my 1st vacine shot. I am 81, my daughter is a teacher and she was so impressed with their kindness she returned for her 1st shot and will for her 2nd. She also shared our wonderful experience with fellow teachers in Hudson,Oh.
