A hardy thank you to Jess and the Emporium crew for making our anniversary special! The take you did on making your lemon lavender shortbread cookie into a cake was phenomenal. I will remember it for lifetimes to come. The flavor is delicious, the icing is spectacular and the taste is beyond this world.I also have to mention the customer service. The team there is always so helpful and nice on any day you visit. But, picking up the cake was such a sweet experience, you all did a great job and made me feel special. My husband and I are eternally grateful for you all. 💖

Everything about the Emporium speaks to Yellow Springs culture. I’ve heard it called the heart of the village. It’s a great place to grab a drink and breakfast or lunch, people watch, talk to new friends, quietly reflect, work, hear music at select times, and more. They offer a huge selection of wines and wine by the glass. Great outdoor patio. They’ve been making a lot of improvements, and it just keeps getting better!

My husband and I started our day with a rosemary salt biscuit sandwich with bacon. I had provolone while he had cheddar cheese. They were both delicious. The biscuits were flaky and the rosemary salt flavor was just right. We also couldn't resist getting two cookies. I didn't get a picture because we are them too fast. We recommend getting the cornmeal strawberry and lemon blueberry cheesecake cookies. The atmosphere is laid back and cosy comfortable. We really liked this place!

I enjoyed my breakfast here but my partner did not. Like not at all. She had biscuits and gravy with mushrooms, I had the breakfast burrito.I have to admit, the people at the counter were ...cranky? I don't know, just short of helpful.This is a fantastic place to buy wine though, with a beautiful selection.Coffee is ok.

There are books to read at no additional cost and you can people watch and relax without feeling rushed out the door. Lots of wines, coffee and teas to choose from as well if you are looking to bring something delicious home! 10/10 would recommend!

Impressive selection of wine and liquor. Dozens of Bourbons to choose from. Decent variety of microbrews well.But the best thing of all was when the checkout line got really long, another employee grabbed a handheld credit card skimmer and worked down the line, checking out anyone who was paying by card. Excellent service and convenience!

I love this coffee shop! The inside is fantastic! They have plenty of room to.put up your feet and enjoy your favorite beverage. The selection of coffee isn't nearly as large as others in the area, but the quality is spot on. They also have wine and other liquor available for purchase of that is more your thing.

One of my favorite places in Yellow Springs. We always stop in on our way from Cincinnati to John Bryan SP/Glen Helen for some yummy pastries, soup, sandwiches, coffee and (often) some craft beer. I appreciate that they have vegetarian & vegan food/beverages. The community vibe there is authentic. One of those places that feels comforting and familiar.

Excellent liquor store and snack shop. Isles are a bit thin for wheelchair but staff is very helpful. Plus, this is one of the few buildings/businesses in downtown yellow springs that are accessible to any degree. I only bought liquor there. I haven't ate from the cafe as of yet.Wheelchair accessibility: Tight, but family/relatively accessible.

I go here all the time, great establishment. The iced coffee is solid, always a great selections of eclectic muffins, the breakfast burritos are fantastic, and there's s great selection of beer/wine. The vibe/aesthetic is also just really pleasant. It's a quintessential YS establishment. Definitely recommend.

The Emporium is a true gem. I stop in for coffee and a pastry whenever I can. The food is so good, especially the sandwiches with their creamy garlicky spread, as is the amazing breakfast. Awesome selection of beer and wine at really good prices. Just a cozy place to be no matter what you’re there for!Kid-friendliness: Awesome place to bring kids, lots of space and friendly people!
