Went in yesterday to get something to make for dinner that would be on the cheaper end. Decided to go with the frozen chicken nuggets. Big mistake. They were 2 weeks past date and I hadn’t realized until the next morning. Usually that would be okay but these must not have been stored properly. I woke up at 6 in the morning vomiting and went on for 4 hours straight. I had threw up 9 times. Lesson learned. NEVER buy frozen food at dollar general and ALWAYS check the expiration date.

Buyer beware. I've finally given up shopping there. This has been going on way too long. Getting over charged on average $1 to $2 every time I shop DG is not saving me time or money. For some reason this store almost always charges you more at the checkout for items than the listed shelf price.

The worst Dollar General I have ever been to. The associates do very little work. If you are paying with a card you have to use self check out no matter how long the line gets. The register only takes cash. Every person that works there is rude and when you ask for help you get a huge sigh like you are bothering them. They keep make up their own store hours and do nothing for good customer service. Don't try to call the store either they never answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. This store is one block from my home I travel across town to the Dollar store who is more than willing to help their customers. So sad to have to travel when there is one so close.

Today was the worst, Lisa the store attendant warned me that the 7 people in the back of the store were watching me put in my debit card pin, and said that they are stealing money from the store. She was very rude and yelled for me to not come back after I asked her why they would have customers use their cards without the proper security. She grew even more angry and walked away without giving me my receipt.Usually the service is pretty stellar at this location although the staff can be pretty lazy and smoke outside while customers are in the store. I’ll be making a formal complaint once I get my receipt

Saturday the power was out in half of the store, and the woman who was working was very rude!! Customers were already confused because it was dark in the store, but still open. She was snapping at customers, because you couldn't use cash only cards! She yelled out IT'S ON THE DOOR THE REGISTER CARDS ONLY!! A lot of people left complaining about the conditions, and how rude she was!!!!! So ghetto!!

When this location opened up i was excited to find out it was only a few minutes walk from my own home. I've been to this location maybe a dozen times and EVERY single time I'm met with attitude from the workers and especially the manager, that man has zero people skills. Never again. Ill drive a few min to a different store/location.

Hands down the worst customer service. Bought a throw pillow and blanket that was shown as buy one get one 50% off. The self check out was the only thing available and it did not ring up for the sale price. Stood for 10 minutes waiting on someone to come help just for a very rude girl to come and tell me there’s nothing she can do about it. Also overhead another customer asking for an Amazon card and she said “do you see any….” I believe I’ll just take the extra time to drive across town the next time.

Handicap parking and easy to get in and out the store. The employees are friendly and willing to help you get things off the shelves if your not able. The prices are fair priced and have almost everything you need. A lot easier than going to Wal-Mart for simple things.

The only reason this store is getting two stars is because the other dollar general’s I have been to are good stores. However, this location is never true to their business hours. Apparently the manager just closes the store down when they feel like going home! This location is beyond unprofessional and unreliable. Corporate will receive a call as this is the 4th time I have come in between the hours of 8-10 and they’ve closed prematurely. The website says they close at 10pm and there are no business hours on the door.

This location is always tidy and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the store and its products. The only thing that I do not like about this store is that I feel like their prices are always higher than Family Dollar and there's a Family Dollar right down the street so I do tend to shop there a lot more than I do here.

They close early on whims, sometimes up to 30 minutes early because they're lazy & want to go home, I assume. That have a lot of youngsters in & out without masks on & they WILL NOT enforce the government's orders. I actually should have gave 1, maybe 2 stars. I gave them more credit than deserved. Other than that, it's just another DG

I’m giving it a 3 because it is very helpful but the hours are 8am-10pm and my friends and I went there at about 8:55pm because we thought it didn’t close until 10pm and we had to leave because it was closing 🙄 so if you guys actually close at 9pm can you change that on the google page because it’s really annoying.

Horrible costumer service, no one at the cashier had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come. The self checkout was not working. Tried calling the store to see if anyone was available to come to the cashier no one answered. When someone finally came it was this girl that had the worst attitude and manners Never going there again…
