I take my doggo here to get her hair done and for day care. They send you videos of your doggos playing throughout the day. It’s super adorable. I highly recommend! The do a great transformation of my dirty puppy into a clean one! My lil bordoodle always wants to get into something! Figure I'd add some picks of how well this place cleans her up. I bathe her often but at times it gets overwhelming lol

Took my shihtzu here to get groomed. Picked him up and got home to find blood. They Never told me they cut his pad on his paw. Can’t imagine how bad he screamed when she did this. Tried to tell me she cut his nail too short when clearly it’s the pad of his paw. He hasn’t been wanting to walk since it happened. So so disappointing. On top of the fact that it doesn’t even look like he got groomed!!!! $120 down the drain. I called to tell them what happened but disregarded me nor asked for a picture of his paw because the groomer said she nicked his nail. Regardless never going back.

I’ve been dropping my boy, Boba Fetch off at Preppy Pet for occasional doggy day care and boarding for around 4-5years and he LOVES it there.The owner, Pia, and her staff are incredible and without a doubt true animal LOVERS! I trust Preppy Pet with my fur-kid and highly, highly recommend anyone to do the same. Their pricing is extremely fair, but it was how responsive, kind, and compassionate Pia and her staff are that won us over.Boba is :1. Pretty darn anxious & takes meds on occasion2. Not the brightest boy3. A “bit” stubbornIt was very important for us to find a place where we knew he would be well taken care of and safe.When my husband and I were initially looking for places that could provide overnight stay, I contacted multiple daycares/borders via email.The research on the “it” place was taken very seriously. Pia was responsive to my interview-style emails in such a thorough and kind way and truly came across(and is) compassionate. Her response in comparison to others seemed utmost genuine.Pia, Lily & the team are and have been consistently Amazing and TRUSTWORTHY! We are so fortunate to have found the perfect spot for our guy. We now live 30+minutes across town and gladly drive the distance for Boba to be at a place that that both humans and furbaby feel safe and absolutely cared for (not to mention the great relationship built with Pia and staff).

Best dog daycare that I have put my german shepherd dog mando in! The owner/manager Pia is so great to deal with. There have been multiple times where I have called her same day to get my dog in because we made last-minute plans including this weekend. She always did her best to accommodate us as much as possible and was able to get us in literally within one hour notice. I’m not trying to say that she will be able to do that for everybody in the future but the fact that she goes that extra mile to try and is so receptive says a lot. Mando loves going there for both daycare and boarding and comes back home happily tired! The staff really care about the dogs and the little videos they send are cute and amazing. It seems like they have a lot of bigger dogs which is great for my dog because he gets to play with other dogs his size. Highly highly recommend bringing your dog here!!

Pia is the best. Our dog Riley absolutely adores her. He leaps from the car every time we take him for daycare and dashes inside. He can't wait to see his human friends and play with all the awesome dog friends he has made there. He's been going since the day his puppy vaccinations got him to the point of eligibility. We take him 3 days a week and he comes home happy and tuckered out.

Preppy Pet Worthington is a phenomenal location to take your dog for spas, socialization, and overnight boarding!! The employees have a sincere adoration for animals and try their best to provide optimal care. Since this is a smaller facility, the team has the splendid opportunity to give extra love and attention to all pets that walk through the doors.You can genuinely tell they love what they do!!

Preppy Pet is amazing. I have taken my pup there a few different times, and he loves it every time!The staff is polite and attentive. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of care your pup receives. I love getting the pictures of my dog throughout his visit. I highly recommend Preppy Pet and they are my go to dog boarding place.

1st time boarder with Preppy pets and I have to say what a great place!! Pia’s energy and passion for caring for your dogs is what makes Preppy pets so special. Nice facility and great group of regulars that come there. My youngest dog hasn’t been socialized much but after one day I notice a difference. I believe that’s due to the watchfulness and care this place brings.

Not happy with the overall grooming experience today. I was charged a service fee to use my credit card of almost 5 dollars, which they told me as a I was cashing out. Also, I only asked for a mini spa, but was charged exorbitant amount for this service. Please shop around for your grooming services!

Preppy pet is the best and I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could! We brought our puppy here when he was 5 months old. We were very nervous about bringing him to a doggy daycare for the first time as a puppy, but the staff has treated him so well and he loves going to daycare. He’s very social and I think that daycare has played a huge role in his friendly attitude. He can’t wait to get out of the car to see all of his friends (humans and dogs)! All of the staff members know him by name (Obi) and Pia (the owner) always responds quickly and sends little videos of Obi during the day. They’ve been so flexible with our schedule and they’ve taken great care of our little guy. You can tell that the staff really do love their doggies 😊 I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Our two Bostons absolutely LOVE spending the day with the wonderful people at Preppy Pet and they love playing and making new friends with the other dogs. When I pull into the parking lot, they get so excited which makes me feel like I'm at the right place. When I pick them up, they are chipper and happy. I'm so, so glad that I found Preppy Pet. Pia and her staff are wonderful, caring and always keeping you up to date with fun pics of your pets playing or relaxing. Bottom line; my dogs love this place and nothing could make me happier.

After searching for places to leave my precious dog, I found this one. All other places have higher cost and offer the same services. Preppy pet's competitive price does make a difference. They took great care of my dog, Frida. Their staff is very sweet and on point with their email notifications. I absolutely loved that they send videos of the pups each day during their stay. They have a quick response time and are also very comprehensive. However, make sure to ask what type of vaccines are required after booking your stay; your pet's vaccines might be expired or this facility might require a certain type of vaccine. This was my second time leaving miss Frida there, and on my next trip she will be back to Preppy Pet, Worthington. Thank you!

Pia and her whole staff are incredible! My dog, Baldr, has separation anxiety. I couldn't have transitioned him to my 9 to 5 schedule without their awesome daycare program. I've tried other places where my dog came back smelly or stressed, but he LOVES Preppy Pet. He gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot! They truly care about your fur babies, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for doggy daycare or boarding.

I took my pet Bombon, a very sweet and gentle maltese to get groomed by Brianna two days ago.I really wanted to like this place and make the 25 minute drive (one way) worth it because they have amazing customer service until I got to experience their service.I was quoted over the phone for grooming starting at 45 and all the way up to 65, he said that it was based on pet behavior, well the staff kept saying how sweet my dog was and within 3 hours he was ready to go. Upon arrival I was charged 65 and lady upfront started explaining that the new guy gave me wrong information and that he should've never quoted me that, ok no big deal I paid without any issues. Later that day I noticed my dog looked very uncomfortable and shaking, then started excessively licking rectum area, when I check he had a pretty bad clipper burn caused by the groomer, hospital closed at this time and he stayed like this all night. Next morning he was seen by his veterinarian and confirmed it was a clipper burn, now he in pain, wearing an ecollar and taking pain/antiflammotory medication. And of course a veterinarian bill.Thanks Brianna!

Pia has created the most loving environment for pets that stay with her and her staff. Legacy, Kenny and Pia all showered our beagle with attention and care during her week long stay. I was thrilled to get photos and also videos of my dog enjoying her time away from home, Pia's email updates took all my worry away about her being in a new place. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about them and look forward to sending our girl back to them soon!

We really wanted to like this facility since we moved close to its location in September but their lack of attention to detail and poor management do not make the convenience worth it. We submitted paperwork in April for two dogs so we could be ready for a board, groom or day care when needed. They allowed our dog to go to day care and a groom with no issues. I booked a boarding appointment for a very important engagement in July and they canceled on me the day before bc one dog was missing the leptospirosis vaccine. This vaccine was not required by our other two national chain boarders, so we were not aware of it. If they had properly reviewed the paperwork three months prior, we could have had all issues addressed and not be forced to miss our son's event.

Our Josie was a rescue 18 months ago and this was the first time we had to board her. We didnt want her to have anxiety over being in a "shelter type" of environment. Preppy Pet was a perfect fit for her. They allowed her a couple days of one on one interaction to get acclimated to her surroundings and then she had a blast playing with the other dogs for the rest of the week. The staff was amazing as they sent picture updates and emails letting us know how she was doing. They listened to what we wanted for Josie's diet and also made sure she was just in her kennel all day. She even had some fun with the water hose which made her feel like she was at home in the backyard.We are very grateful for the team at Preppy Pet. We will definitely use them again if we take another vacation and may even use the daycare options so Josie can see her new friends again.

We boarded our 3 dogs for a few days when we had to make an unexpected trip out of town. Our biggest dog spent every day out of his suite with the doggy daycare pups. The owner sent photographs during their stay. All 3 dogs came home happy and clean. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely call upon Preppy Pet the next time we need to board our pups.

I am so glad that I chose Preppy Pet to care for my dog while I was on vacation. Pia and the staff were wonderful, professional and spoiled Gracie more than I do! We took our German Shepherd and Pomeranian to Preppy Pet for a long weekend. We received updates on how they were doing and they were spoiled rotten. Pia (the owner) and all the staff went above and beyond taking care of our “babies”. We sincerely appreciate it and highly recommend them!

they shaved my German Shepards body fully and didn't even touch their heads or tails. the shave quality is extremely poor and is visibly patchy. You can see the lines of the razor in their coats. My dogs are two-towned. I won't be returning back to this groomer.

We were sent pictures of our dog, Scooter, throughout our vacation. We were encouraged to check on him anytime. Once when I spoke to them, she had Scooter sitting on her lap. I would highly recommend them.
