Racist staff against foreign nationals.Try training and educating your clueless staff that can't read or write please.At first Lucas was polite and helpful but that all changed as I had 4 bottles of wine I was advised that in order for me to purchase wine I need to be a USA citizen they refused a Canadian driving licence and a fast card which I might add is issued by no other than CBP. And for the people who don't know what CBP is then you need to look it up as there at your borders and airports.So why is it that this store can not put up information if your a foriegner we cant sell you alcohol ?Why is it you waste people's time or is it you have so little respect for people ?The supervisor asked if I have a miltary id I said for the fifth time I'm a Canadian citizen it's not illegal to be a citizen of another country and go buy groceries at this store.I for one will boycott this chain due to there bad management and staff that have no idea what they are doing.And Lucas and supervisor go back to school.

This Kroger is a very fancy Kroger. I love the aesthetics on the facade. This store is nice.

One of the worse places I've ever worked the store management are rude unprofessional they treat their employees like trash they let people who do the bare minimum work keep there jobs while canning the workers who actually work and do there job. Megan and tayquaon are both store managers of this location and are horrible people who shouldn't have a position of power

I would give this store a 0 if i could. This store is a complete disaster. I decided to do kroger pick up for the last 2 months as i have a busy schedule. Two weeks ago I placed an order for pick up between 11 to 12. I went online and every time was available. My husband gets there,and waits for forty minutes before someone comes out to inform him it will be another hour. My husband drives hime and goes back. It takes another 30 minutes. I contact the general manager of the day, and he informs me its corporates fault. They do not have enough workers and its chaos. The manager offers to take momey off the bill. No thanka im not driving back.Today, i was dumb enough to try it again. We even picked the order up late to give more time. We also tip everytime. The employees put about 20 items in one bag as if there is a shortage. Windex, bread, and conditioner can be in the same bag. Ridiculous. Today, we were missing half of our order. I call and speak to someone who is not capable of helping. I asked if there was a,manager in the store, and ahe says no. As she is the kroger pick up manager. I asked for a refund for my missing items, but i would have to call corporate, so now, i have to return to the store tomorrow to pick it up again.Here is a clue, stop taking orders u cant do. If the time is filled up then i will take my lazy butt into the store. Awful awful.

Located in the Worthington Mall, this Kroger is going through construction and remodeling - so that makes for daily changes in where your groceries MAY be located.Once the construction is done - it’ll be incredible. They have a liquor store, florist, and a very friendly staff. Easy to get in & out of their lot, too.

If I could give this location a -10 I would. Every time I go into this Kroger there are either not enough cashiers, the employees don't know what they're doing, or I'm given incorrect information. I just called to ask about a basic function of Western Union and the kid that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Not only that, when I made a comment about being frustrated over this location's inability to assist me any time I make an inquiry he simply told me to have a good day and he hung up on me. I highly suggest that anybody who wants to shop and get quality customer service pass by this Kroger location.

One of the better Krogers in the area. They usually have cashiers and don't force you to use the self checkouts which is a nice option. Well stocked and friendly associates.

This particular Kroger location is exceptional with high-end deli, cheeses, wines, etc. due to its location in Worthington, which us am upper class neighborhood.

Placed a pick up order because my toe is broken. Received the text that it was ready, marked on my way in the app, and arrived during my pick up window and entered my spot. Sat waiting for 40 minutes while all the cars around me received their groceries, so I finally called and the RUDE manager Stacy proceeded to tell me that no one is there and she can do nothing to help me, didn’t even try! Kept over talking me without offering a solution. Very unacceptable now I’m forced to try to go shop my groceries with a broken toe. Terrible customer service!

When I was there there were only self checkouts open. Because of my work hours I have to shop around 7 PM - very inconvenient when you're shopping for a week's worth of groceries. The lady running the self check out was amazing and she was the bright spot in the shopping experience

Tried to buy bag of ice that clearly said 4.79 right above the door of ice. Rang up at 5.79 at register. Employee would not honor it. Always been my experience that the cheaper price was to be honored no matter what. This will be my last time going in this Kroger.What happened to customer was always right. What a joke for a high society place they sure didn't act it today.

We are in this Kroger location 3-4 times a week. They have a great selection of products and produce. They have a liquor store inside and it has plenty of stock. We always find what we are looking for in the liquor store, in the produce section and throughout the store. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Really irritated with clicklist. Went to pick up my groceries & only got half of them. Waited another 30 minutes to get them and then they said it won’t be ready until tomorrow so I had to get a refund and go and get the groceries myself which took more time than not doing clicklist and just getting them myself in the first place. ALSO someone had eaten a whole sleeve out of my Oreos!!!!

Great customer service this past evening (4/19/23). I shop here very often for our family's groceries because Kroger is one of the closest stores, they have good prices, and extra ways to save with digital deals. That said, I spent some time getting my groceries, went through the check out, and whoops, I forgot my wallet. Thankfully the lady at the self checkout (far end) had suggested suspending the order. The manager, Marika was very helpful and most importantly patient while I tried to fumble with my phone to try and find a way to pay with it with the Kroger app. There were some complications there, but ultimately it was just going to be quicker to run home and get my wallet and come back to pay. She finished putting the stuff in the cart and then stored it in the back to chill till I returned. When I got back, she got the cart and went to the customer service counter so I could pay. Everyone was very attentive, helpful, and most of all friendly. Thank you!!

Small market place, but has a decent amount of items. Some are pricey. I shop Fresh Thyme for superior produce, Aldi for cheaper prices, and Meijer when they give me good coupons.

I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life at this Kroger. when the cashier charged me different prices for the same item. Then, I just realized few hours later and required price match. However，the cashier just returned it and said “I don’t want to sell to you with bad feeling”. I was surprised what he was talking about. I’m just here to shop, and he has no sense of professionalism or respect. No recommend to come here!

I don't recommend this Kroger store. If you do shop there, watch what you buy. Moldy carrots shouldn't be moved to the front, but should be thrown out.

Had a click list order and only received half of my items. Tried to request a refund online but the website refused to let me. Tried to use the chat and request a refund but it wouldn't let me. Called in and requested a refund and the agent hung up on me. Called again and got a different agent who helped me. Will never order from Kroger again. Horrible experience. Do not order from here.

I am an argentine citizen. They decided NOT to sell me beer because they have a policy that says that only passports are valid IDs for foreigners to buy alcohol. I had my Driving License from my country WHICH IS a valid ID for the police, but seems not to this s”ckers. I felt SO discriminated. The worst thing… I have been in Columbus for 3 months buying any kind of alcohol in this same market, without any problem… now they came up with this BS… not coming back EVER.

Since 2019 this krogers has gotten dangerous and dirty - every time I go in there -They’re Stealing!!! Krogers Has To Put Cops in There So They’ll Stop - if not it’s going to shut Down like Giant Eagle on 161 only couple of miles away- The city of Worthington has Put us in harm’s way-Thanks

I go here everyday on my lunch and get the same thing... Crunchy California rolls! They are the best thing I've ever eaten! Never ever have I had a bad experience! The employees that make them are so friendly, so appreciative! I highly recommend if you like sushi to stop by here!!!
