I really am so repulsed. I had needed assistance in the self checkout lane and I thought the rainbow headed man/woman was going to come help me but when I looked over, he/she was hunched over with their pants falling down and cheeks exposed. What a disgusting sight. it happened not once, but twice! The managers really need to get their employees to look more presentable and be cautious. That was gross.

If I hear the self checkout inform me to bag an item less than a second after said item is scanned, again. It will be the last! Whoever it was that designed that equipment that you thought was a grand Idea to purchase for your customers should be taken out back and have an old yeller pulled on them. Perhaps its not who, but what walks through your doors. Good luck Kroger..

I had a great time with the bagger named Mohammed. He was really fast and nice while I was shopping. Mohammed made sure my groceries were packed safely and even helped me carry them to my car. He was so friendly that shopping was fun! I'll definitely go back to Kroger because Mohammed is there to help.

This is the Kroger in the Worthington park center next to worthington galena road. This is a little small compared to other Kroger in this area. I feel this one is little congested in space. But they have all the departments of Kroger. They do have Kroger gas in from of this Kroger. Staff is friendly and help you in all of your shopping.

It is filthy, currently they are doing maintenance during open hours, wrong prices at checkout, and even two Sundays ago I got there at 9 AM and after a half of shopping there wasn't one cashier. It's all self checkout, though a lady did help out with my bagging. It appears I'll need to have my groceries delivered from Walmart moving forward.

The pharmacy helped me get my meds when other pharmacies were out of stock. Kroger pharmacy has my business from now on. They went above and beyond to help manage my medical care, I am thankful for them. The pharmacist helped me when I really needed help. Thank you.

Love this Kroger! It's not the closest grocery store to my house but the staff is always kind and friendly to me & my young kids so we keep coming back. Customers are friendly too.

I'm not one to share reviews but this store had me speechless! Another reviewer referred to staff as "pea brained" and it's definitely apparent given the treatment I received today. As a 45 year old, I was there to purchase a bottle of wine for a business associate. I scanned the bottle and it required ID, it was presented to the on-site staff and he immediately demanded that I give him "a state ID or passport". He kept repeating this over and over as if I'm somehow unable to hear him! The manager then came over and demanded the same thing! Im out of state and did not have an Ohio state ID and who walks around with their passport? They were both extremely rude, unprofessional and should not be working directly with customers. You can do better Kroger! These staff need more training. I left everything and walked out! If I could add negative stars, I would.

I've been going to this Kroger for a long time and I can say it's quite nice. It's small but has everything you need. There's not anything super special but the employees and helpful and kind.

Not only did they not have everything I needed, but they only had the self checkout open. I waited 12 minutes for the only person working to come scan my ID while I watched the other 6 people working stand around gossiping. The one person working spent the entire 12 minutes I was waiting helping another customer (who was wearing a Kroger sweater and was obviously an off duty associate) choose which pack of cigarettes she should buy. Then, when my receipt didn’t print, I asked if she could print my receipt and she audibly sighed. Ultimately this is not the employee’s fault for the lack of service but the corporation’s shortcoming for not providing their employees with adequate staffing or support, leading to burnout. I’m disheartened and disappointed and will not be returning to this Kroger again.

I bought a bottle of sangria in this place and I left it forgotten. I returned the next day and they couldn't return it to me because my identification document has expired.However, they did not refund me the money or return the bottle.It seems that the staff all the time is unwilling to solve any problem.

I will no longer be shopping at this Krogers!!! The lady in self checkout I believe her name is Jeri? She is extremely rude. All of the times I came in she always gave me dirty looks. Which I chalked it up to maybe it was just her. But than I needed help with an item that was priced wrong, normally the bottles of Mountain Dew was 4 for 12$ but this weekend digital deals they were 2.79 a piece. Jeri the employee made sure she got everyone who needed help first then she tried to walk away as I asked her to please help she told me that I needed to wait until she was not busy. Are you kidding me?? So oi seen another employee and asked for help so the jeri girl came rushing over acting like she could help me I had told her the problem and she said no, you have to buy 4 to get that price I told her not this weekend and I even took the picture cause I didn’t want to walk back to prove the lady wrong instead she calls someone over and asked them to go back and check the lasy comes back and says yes the customer is fight. So she tells me she cannot honor that and that I would need to go to customer service. . So I did they rand me up no problem. Came home to find I had for got a bag so I call they say yes come and pick it up. Go all they way back and that jeri women asks can I help you? In a really mean tone I said yes I left a bag she has enough nerve to ask what was in the bag? I said does that matter I left it because of you and your non sense she said well I can’t give you the bag unless you tell me an item that is in it I was disgusted so I went to customer service and they got it with no problem. This Krogers Sucks!

This Kroger store is just okay. It's clean, the staff is usually pretty nice, and the selection is basic. Lately they have added a more organic mix but compared to the other stores in the area it is, again, basic. The layout is changed periodically, seemingly without a lot of thought to the shopper's needs - for instance aisles that dead end - you can't get through to other parts of the store. That's kind of maddening.If you're looking for basic and need to get in and out quickly, this is generally a decent store to shop.

Yeah, I can agree it's a tad on the small side, but a lot of grocery stores in this area are. However, I believe the trade-off would be there's always one close to you.The only thing stopping the quality from being 'Excellent,' would be the produce section. They've been getting better lately of taking better care of it, but I still sometimes end up with produce that should have been tossed. (And I'm not looking for perfection, just asking the employees to look at what they're putting out there to buy.) However, I've never had a problem with any other section.For the appeal, it's clean, well-lit where it needs to be easy to find things normally. However, as mentioned before it's a tad cramped at times. That however hasn't stopped me from going to this particular store for the vast majority of my shopping. There's even a Kroger gas station in the same lot, which is convenient.As for the service, for those rare occasions I've ever needed help, there's always been someone there for me. I couldn't ask for more.

I don't know what to think. I ordered online for Clicklist. Ordered about $90 worth of stuff, not unusual especially for an upscale area of town. When I went back to check something on my order, it was only $45. Half of my order indicated that the item was not available, normal stuff like apples, pears, frozen fish, butter, among other items. Was it the website or the store? Don't know. Cancelled the order because I actually needed the items. Not sure if it was the location or Kroger but not going to find out this time around.

The lady who works in floral dept is utterly unproffessional. She makes a bad impression about all other staff of this Kroger. She does not know basic manners about how to speak to anyone, let alone a customer. There were some roses with pots marked 9.99 (and up) with the "and up" berely visible. Ok might be I have not seen it . When we just said politely that it will be prudent to make the signage clear for future customers, on this simple matter she upfront jumped to her own pea brain conclusions, and kept on one sided arguing and defending quite rudely that it is the customer's fault and whatever she did is good. In this modern age, this type of radical self narcissists brings down brand value, Kroger should be more adept in getting 2022 people, not the K*rens.

The old lady with the obviously fake black hair who worked the self checkout today (4-26-2022 at 1:59pm - Cashier CHEC 503) was extremely rude and completely lacked professionalism. After patiently waiting for her to mozey around for 5 minutes to check our ID she approached us with an underserved attitude and unprofessional demeanor. Definitely time for retirement or a new job. Long time customers lost today due to one old farts incompetence.

I went to Kroger three days ago to buy drinks (provided that they did not state on the Internet and advertisements that one person can only buy a few bottles). When I finished the purchase, I was told that I could not buy so much. Later I argued with their manager I got up, and later their manager said that he wouldn't sell me. I said why? She said she didn’t sell, I didn’t sell. I was speechless. This attitude was too bad. Obviously they were unreasonable... If the evaluation had zero points, I would give zero points.

This is the best grocery store in the area. friendly staff always bags your groceries and time permitting will help you unload your cart and take things to your car oh, what a fantastic shopping experience. I have to say though the produce department needs a little closer supervision, I have found issues my last two trips.

I just dealt with the most unfriendly deli worker ever. He was slow to stand up to ask if I wanted anything and unfriendly in his greeting. I asked for thick sliced liverwurst and he Said that couldn’t be done on the slicing machine. I told him I gotten it sliced that way in every other Kroger in central Ohio when I have asked for it. I came to buy steaks to grill on a beautiful Friday night. I will gladly purchase them elsewhere.

UPDATED: I reduce my ratings to three stars because the store closed three hours early on the Friday before July 4. I frequent this Kroger's often, and there was never a sign posted on the door. It was quite irritating and there is no explanation given. Not sure if I want to visit the store as frequently anymore.----------The clearance is awesome. Small store, but I always get what I need.

This is a fine Kroger store but it's a smaller Kroger store. They don't carry as wide of a selection as the larger ones. I usually can find what I need but sometimes they just don’t carry the brand I want, when a different larger Kroger store may carry it. The store is generally clean and easy to get in and out of. I tend to visit this store when a need something quick and because it’s the closest grocery store to my home.
