I was recommended going here after MAJOR issues with animal care center of Polaris that left me questioning their regard for the pets (there are quite a few people there that are amazing!! But the vets, not so much). So I switched and I don’t regret it in the least! My FAVORITE front desk vet lady is there (bonus!) and the vets (all of them and everyone else working there) TRULY care for your pets’ needs. I have a few difficult pets and they have made leaps and bounds in only a year of going there; never thought I would see the day. My one dog has anxiety and a low pain tolerance and Dr. Elzein has done the most amazing job to help me get him to where he is today with lower stress and feeling great! Everyone there is also patient with the pets and owners; not to mention the time they take to inform you of anything going on or questions you have. I have all 4 (and a foster) on their paw plans, which is amazing with how much we are there. The list of amazingness could go on for days. I hope if you are looking for a vet, you really consider them and know your pet(s) are in the best care (the biggest stress relief).

Sweet Maple has been going here since we adopted her. She has met every doctor that works there. As a mom of a rescue, I appreciate patience and space at appointments. They always move quickly and give her cheese for comfort. also shout out to the awesome vet techs who go above and beyond to make our girl comfy.

Terrific experience! Saw Dr Valentino for vaccines for senior dog. It was apparent that my dog also needed several rotten teeth removed. They were able to get us in promptly & stayed late on a Friday to finish surgery and hand her back off to me. Great combination of professionalism and kindness.

The office has always been very accommodating to my Dogs needs. The office is clean, does not smell like other veterinary offices. The staff is very nice, they always have a smile on their face. Only con is they are very expensive. But when it comes to my pets I will pay for great care.

Whitney was amazing with my dog. Very patient and kind. She took time to explain to me about each type of therapy and went into detail about how my dog would progress. Very impressed with the facility!

My cat's claws were cut super short (past the nerve) to the point where he had trouble walking after a visit here. My sweet and loving cat came back a different cat after taking him here.Also everytime we were there they tried to sale us more stuff and have us make more appointments. It was very frustrating.

The staff is so sweet. I went in for an orthopedic exam for my pet insurance and I forgot the document that I needed. But they shared an email with me so they could print it off, instead of me having to reschedule. Also, I wasn’t concerned about anything for my dog bit they talked me through all my questions about her and I ended up getting some anxiety medication which she needs since she is a rescue. 10/10 would recommend!

I take my dog and cat here and we’ve had a great experience every time! Everyone has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They’re really great about getting everyone back to the rooms quickly so there’s not a bunch of people and pets in the lobby. I’m very grateful for the excellent care they’ve given my pets. :)

I have to tell you having a dog who is scared of everything out her element can be a very taxing experience. Dr Ruba Elzein is absolutely amazing. She was more than willing to take the time to talk to me about options for my dog's anxiety. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a Vet in my life. She is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. Thank you for all that you do.

you will pay a little more here, but it’s totally worth it for the level of care and convenience they provide. i care greatly about my cat’s health so i want to make sure i’m paying the people who also care just as deeply about keeping her healthy. they offer pet insurance which has definitely benefitted me. the front desk staff is super knowledgeable and you can call them at any time with questions. if something off is happening with your pet, you can email them photos and they’ll respond within a few hours. dr. elzein is our absolute favorite, so request her if you can! she is not only a living angel, but so kind and patient with all animals and their owners. she also loves chocolate so if you are super grateful like i was… bring that woman some chocolate.

Wonderful. They took one look at our dog bleeding from his ear lobe and took him immediately. Within the hour he was in surgery. From which he has recovered completely.We are so thankful that the Animal Hospital and Dr Hill took such good such good care of our dog.

I was incredibly lucky to find this place when looking for a vet to see my tiny kitten 2 years ago. They have been consistently some of the kindest and most patient people I have had the pleasure of working with. Even though my Bean Cat morphs into a screeching Eldritch Horror when taken to the vet, they still do whatever they can to make the experience as stress-free as possible for her. When she was sick last summer, Dr. Valentino stayed 30 minutes late just so she could make sure that I got Bean's medicine that day. They were also immediately welcoming to my second kitty, even though I know they must have an intense caseload already.I am so grateful for Dr. Valentino, and the rest of the team. I will be taking my pets here for however long as I live in Columbus! :)

We are so thrilled to have found Animal Hospital of Worthington to care for our dog through the years. They truly do excellent work, and Dr. Valentino has been a complete blessing to us and our dog. Don't think twice about coming here; there isn't better care in Columbus. Truly would be a five-star business, BUT....The reason I only give it fours stars stems from their online ordering system for medications. We recently purchased our dog's six-month supply of flea and tick medication through their online store. Come to find out, they utilize a third-party pharmacy to fill/ship those orders. The company's name is Covetrus and, well, Google their reviews. It's 50/50 whether you'll get what you paid for, and there's no recourse for a refund when you don't. Covetrus will say they shipped the order, USPS will say they delivered it, but you'll be the one out your money and more when you have to buy it elsewhere. Animal Hospital of Worthington would be wise to disassociate their pristine reputation with such a flaky, unreliable service such as Covetrus. Never use AHofW's online store. Just buy from them in-person or get it from another pharmacy.

Lovely staff, talked me as a new pet owner through every step and fairly affordable for a new kitten owner. Only 105 dollars for a check up and dewormer. Also accommodating for insurance requirement and provided me with sample kitten food!

First of all the staff is amazing, however, the pricing is almost insulting! I have two very calm rescue beagles…. Literally 5min. To clip their nails, $74! Then I normally get one of them allergy meds from Chewy, 3 months $86, Chewy messed up my order so I had to go to veterinary of Worthington, they charged me $96 for 2months! Outrageous!!!!

Would recommend without any reservation. Easy to get into, esp when there is an emergency. Dr Kofron is especially wonderful! Very thorough. Does not make you feel rushed and answers any/all questions.

Each experience here is better than the last. I live about 20 minutes away now and still continue to bring my cat here! They will show so much care for pets and are quick with exams to make "the traumatizing vet visit" fast and easy (I was out within 30 minutes of being there.) Highly recommend this vet!

So far, so good. My pup has a torn ACL and will need surgery (lateral suture, not TPLO but they do both). I travelled 2 hours because of the great reviews and reasonable cost. The vet tech I spoke with was very informative. We really enjoyed meeting Dr Larry Hill - he and his staff were very personable, and my pup seemed fine during the drawer test. He took the time to show me what was wrong and how it diferred from her other leg. They also were willing to make use of my dogs recent blood testsand x-rays which helped further with costs (Not all vets seem willing to do this). They were able to see us quickly for the consult and schedule the surgery just a couple of weeks later, which is great. Will update after our surgery date on December 12th 2022Update 4/9/23 Chloe is doing great. She's once again able to go for walks, run, wrestle, go up stairs and even jump with no issues. So glad we found Dr Hill and team to do the surgery. This has made a huge difference to her quality of life, 100% worth it!Also, I shopped around (including our of state) and the price I paid was very reasonable.

I know this is a business and I know that they have close to me and need reviews and everything else. I recently went there to take my ESA of all 11 years 5 pound, Chihuahua and later the rest. I then get an email asking me “how was your experience “now call me sensitive, but I’m pretty sure they could’ve skipped me in this request of how my experience was, Anybody that has done this knows that this experience isn’t going to be gravy no matter where you get it done at.it was all business to them it seemed. Emphasizing the money aspect over and before anything else. Don’t get me wrong. Dana is a wonderful person with a good soul. And before transitioning I worked for her. Best boss ever. On top of the fact she helped with one of my other k9’s departure. And that was all free of charge.
