If possible, Go on less crowded timing such as Mon-Thursday, between 10am - 4pm to get quick self service and checkout desk and nearer parking lot.Adequate variety of each items and all name display over the each gallery and rack work well. Price is reasonable. Staff are nicer and always supportive.

So very difficult to shop here. We usually go early Sunday morning since there are less people….. however… anymore it is the Walmart employees that hog up every single aisle. 4 employees with their carts picking items for those who order online, 4 freaking employees!!! It’s not even busy with customers! It’s busy with employees! Seriously? I used to love shopping here, anymore it’s a nightmare.

WALMART COMMITTING CONSUMER FRAUD!!!!! I recently made a shopping trip to Walmart and was checking out with a cashier. As I neared the end of my order a rating system of 1 to 5 stars popped up and the cashier in the next register over pressed thr 5 star button and try be sly about it. I expressed my extreme disapproval to the cashier, but consumers should be aware that WALMART IS INFLATING THEIR CISTOMER SERVICE RATING BY HAVING THE CASHIERS GIVE THEMSELVES 5 STARS AT THE CUSTMERS EXPENSE!!!! Sam Walton would be horrified if he saw what his creation had become. Its bad enough that you have to pay the prices you do and the fact they offer little to no customer service, now they pull this scam.

Last visited on Dec 11, 2023. This is the strangest place in Wooster by far. You'll hear at least 3 languages spoken here. It's not really clean, always cold, and usually crowded and noisy. I saw an obese woman dressed in Mennonite garb, eating a pizza while sitting on a handicap cart. The parking lot is cramped and always crowded.

On top of the location being somewhat of a slop fest. The Head Manager here is an absolute power tripping dictator. She screams and yells at employees all the time like they are completely beneath her, like she isn't a freakish obese whale herself. If holding a manager role over literal children gives her this kind of mentality its no wonder why every other employee is also always upset. Otherwise, it's a Walmart, don't expect a royal shopping experience.

Slowest grocery pick up I’ve ever seen. I wait over an hour each time. The employees don’t seem to care as they move as slow as possible.And… what’s upWith putting 1 item in one bag. I literally have 60 bags to carry in each time. 38 bags for 45 items?!Unbelievable. I asked the manager why they put one item in a bag and he literally says I don’t know.Y’all Need new management or a new system because it sucks 0/10

Ever place an expensive online order with Walmart? Ever wonder what would happen if it was somehow shipped to the wrong address? I can answer that because it just happened to me. My entire Christmas order was shipped to the incorrect address. I contacted Walmart and they said there is nothing they can do and refused to refund. So I decide to contact the people at that address. They did the right thing and returned my items back to Walmart. I confirmed with fed-ex they were sent back. I then contact Walmart mart and I’m told I still cannot get a refund since the item was delivered. I explain that it was returned after 1hr on hold and they promptly drop the call. I’m later sent an email simply saying that Walmart cannot offer a refund or resend me my items and my only recourse is to dispute the charge with my bank. If your items don’t make it to you, Walmart will screw you.

I always enjoy shopping at Walmart because I know I can find decent prices on everything I need. They have a great selection of video games, phones, computers, and food. I highly recommend shopping at Walmart for anyone looking for a one-stop shop!!!

I sweep the floors at Walmart and do other things to but I take pride in keeping the floors clean so people don't have to walk on dirt I work there two days a week and it is a great place to work

This location has recently adopted a nearly 100% self-checkout format. I personally prefer self-checkout, so it would be fine if the traffic flow planning was any good.Unfortunately, the choke-points in the now more compact checkout area make it difficult to exit during even the moderately heavy shopping times. I can’t imagine how bad it will be on the weekends with large families occupying the space. I really hope this is just a test market situation.The reorganization of the rest of the store is disorienting for now, but I don’t see it being a problem after readjusting.

Had to get a lot of gift cards for work. Could only get $200 worth at a time, check out, then do it again, until it says you've done it too many times, then you have to switch credit cards to keep going.Very inconvenient.

If you don't like waiting in line, GO TO WOOSTER WAL-MART. Entire island dedicated to self checkout. Always a spot open. AND no one waiting behind, trying to rush. Nice and smooth. Like it should be.

7/23/21 Great job Walmart it's Friday 7PM! Pathetic store just asking for more competition! Management is the worst I've ever seen. No class no customer comes 1st. Those days are gone, I try to limit my time here even if it means paying more at Beuhlers. We need that Meijer's store built like now!

Lady at check out was to old to be picking up heavy stuff.. I am disabled and can't shop with out help.. took us two hours to get out! Also never enough electric scooters. They are always broken.
