I love Tractor Supply. I had just stopped for a bit at Rural King in Wooster to check their price on Layer Pellets, and it was so filthy and in such disrepair that I needed to stop here at Tractor Supply in Wooster just to make sure that the end of the world wasn't coming to all of rural America. Everything in this store was so neat, clean and organized. The employees were smiling and helpful. It's more like a destination than a store. Their Neighbors Rewards program by the way is awesome! Great coupon deals, free shipping two times every three months. FYI Tractor Supply had the best price on Layer Pellets per lb. so we loaded up.

Went to TSC for a T Post bracket for a yard project. TSC is a good place to find good ideas to create special yard projects. I am Do It You Selfer I make some interesting Yard Art if I can call it that. But. TSC does sell high quality merchandise that does last a long time and that is why I do shop there. The people are helpful and friendly. TSC is worth checking out.

I spoke with the manger Hailey. I was looking for a torpedo heater and she informed me they were pack away for the year. It’s mid march and 20 degrees out. I called another store and the manger was willing to pull the heater off the shelf. Took total of 10min for them to do. This is a perfect example of lazy workers.

I purchased a brand new coleman utv 400 from this store at 8 10pm at night. I went inside to pay for the unit and the lady said ur in luck they made a mistake on price. It was priced 500 less than it was suppose to be and she sold it for that price. It was picked up the following morning and I contacted the store and coleman for damage to the hood, windshield and seat. It looks like when they was assembling the unit they layed the stuff in a parking lot, it was all scratched up. Coleman contacted tsc and the manager Jolene said that's why they gave me a discount on price. TOTAL LIE! They had it marked wrong and honored the price. Shame on tsc for letting a manager like Jolene be a manager at one of there stores. You don't treat customers like that who just spent 8,000 in your store. Put a real bad taste in my mouth for Tsc. My money can be spent somewhere else and be treated better and not used as a lie for a shady manager.

Bought a gun safe from the wooster location,picked up in early December. From the day I picked it up it was in a cardboard box, got it home took it out of the box and the top weld was broken on a good portion of the top of the safe, the door was very stiff and difficult to shut and open properly. Took almost 3 months to get it replaced, little to no communication from management. Ultimately they made me drive the safe to the wooster location to drop off and then made me drive 50 miles 1 way to pick up my replacemenr safe. All around a bad experience and won't be returning. The family's account will probably be closing there as well and will take our business elsewhere.

It's a nice store. The cashier's are always friendly. I think it feels a little crowded with all their inventory but with that said I'm pretty much able to find what I'm looking for every time. They have a little room in the back right corner full of clearance goodies.

Only had 2 people working and myself and several other customers needed help loading items outside. Another customer ended up helping me. But I understand a lit of places have minimum staff so not the fault if the piir 1 guys working.

I’ve had an ongoing issue with this store. I buy the Grower Goat feed. In the past I would always have to ask if they had any in the back. Sometimes yes and sometimes no. I complained to the corporate office and for the last 6 months I was able to get it off the floor from its location. Today I made my usual trip and out of stock. The clerk openly admitted he bought the last nine bags yesterday and used his employee discount and his friends and neighbors discount. I was mad and not being able to locate any close by I bought a more expensive brand. I’ve talked with a local feed mill and they will be getting it in stock. You lost my business Tractor Supply! Ugh!!!

Very helpful staff with a great knowledge base. Competitively priced and smaller store footprint makes it an easy in and out visit. Additionally, TCS has the unique odds and ends to finish my mechanical projects.

Vary disappointed. At one time I worked here. The standards were high and the prices were competitive. I don't know who the District manager is. But they need to step up their game. Lower the prices, hire qualified sales associates.

I bought 2 live traps here that never worked. This Tractor Supply would not let me return them, even though I provided a demonstration for the manager proving their faultiness. This tractor supply owes me $65.98. I will not be coming back, and I don't recommend this store to you.

If I could give this place zero stars i would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dont go here unless you know exactly what you want. Employees are unwilling to help people who aren't sure exactly what they need. In fact they are downright rude. If you need help here, look for the only female in the store. The two "men" I dealt with couldnt help me locate a bull in a China shop. They would practically spit in your face if you asked.DONT SHOP AT TSC!

We have had propane tanks filled here for about 3 years and have never had an issue. We got propane this week (1-3-2020) and there seemed to be an issue with 2 tanks POSSIBLY being contaminated. We use heater heads that connect to the tops of tanks and 2 of 3 heads have burned up (Non functional now) and won’t stay lit . We decided to call the store On 1-5-2020 (when this occurred) and asked to speak to a manager. We spoke to a manager named Tyler and we asked him if there were any reported issues lately with their propane. Tyler acted like he could have cared less and we were essentially wasting his time. We made the phone call not to be rude or complain, but we called out of general concern then for others using the same propane or to see if anyone else had called. After this incident, I can promise we won’t be back to this store in Wooster and I recommend others exercise caution when shopping this store too. I intend on contacting tsc corporate offices over this incident as well.

Just your typical tsc. Had an issue with buying boots here. Same boots different color top was $50 difference. Couldn't reason why that didn't make sense so I bought the cheaper ones.

Great place to get your propane tank refilled. Much cheaper than an exchange and you get much more thsn an exchange tank. Not much if any wait either. They slso hv lots of stuff for your lawn and animals. Lots of sensible clothes for cold weather too.

Have a nice selection of clothing for the whole family including boots. Have a great selection of bird seeds and feeders. Dog, cat and livestock food. Home decor, seasonal items, hardware and barn supplies.

There was a price discrepancy on an item I was interested in. The staff did their best to clarify it, and when the newer staff wasn't able to find the answer, she called a more experienced staff member, who looked it up on their computer. We bought the item, a dog house.
