This is 3rd visit to get my dog groomed, the first visit my granddaughter wanted his ears trimmed a little she stayed with him to make sure just a little was taken off, we had to reshape it from square to rounded. The next time I said don't cut the ears, she did a good job today he came back with the ears cut and squared off it looks terrible, this is the second groomer that doesn't listen to what we told her not to do. When I took him in last time I told her I don't want her to ever cut his ears. She cut his small nails short so I told her not to cut the short ones last time, so she said she didn't cut the short nails because that's what I wanted last time.now I have to try to fix the squared off ears. When you pay 100. for a cut it should be done right. So beware if your getting your pet groomed,

The selection of products for the pets I have is good. Prices and store deals are usually good. The only thing I see that could be better managed would be the use of advertising for the grooming center with services and the cost. The employee didn't know who the provider service is, or the cost of what I was inquiring about. I was trying to make an appointment for a cat's nail cut.

I had my golden retriever in today (1/7/24) and Rebecca and a tall brown haired helper took 5 1/2 hours to groom him. He is 90 pounds and didn't have mud or dirt on him anywhere. Ashley did my 130 pound Newfie yesterday in less than 4 hours. I know Rebecca and her helper had my dog penned up for hours as they finished two other dogs first. The "helper", then tried to shame me by saying my golden was so dirty. I agreed with her because I knew she was blaming me instead of their neglect and wasn't smart enough to be redirected. Service was on 1/7/24. I would stay away from Rebecca and her brown haired helper. I tipped them more than 25% when I thought they were done with my golden. Rebecca then said it would be less than 5 minutes more and that turned into 40 minutes because they hadn't trimmed his feet, ears and more. 5 1/2 hours. My dog was penned up too long waiting for them to get back to him and then they tried to lie to me blaming me for a dirty dog. Immaturity and ignorance. Don't schedule Rebecca and her helper. I paid way too much for the service and the tip. Ashley is a rock star with my newfie. The two stooges today with my Golden are neglectful and ignorant to think I was going to accept their blaming me and my dog's "dirt". Not 5 1/2 hours of dirt for a 90 pound golden with fine and easily cleanable hair. They neglected him while taking care of other dogs.

Got waterdog puppy her first haircut and grooming. Went very well. Purchased sleeping kennel and a bunch of other stuff. Cashier and store manager nearly forced us to buy a coupon book that ended up saving us $35 more than the book cost. Very thankful for their persistence.

We have a bearded dragon and some fish that we purchased from here. They were and still are in good health, over a year later. We still come here frequently for food and supplies for our pets. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and have answered any and all questions we have had. PetSmart will continue to be our do to for all of our pets needs.

Every time I come in, employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and take time to answer my questions. Today specifically, the customer service stood out while I was replacing one of the fish I had purchased earlier that week which had died. The manager was very gracious and went above and beyond to help us out. Much appreciated and we'll definitely be back!

I always have a great experience at the Wooster Petsmart! The store is very clean and they have some great products. The main reason I love it there is the grooming services. It was not easy to find a groomer willing to work with cats. PJ is such a great person and does her job wonderfully. She always makes me feel confident my Cat will be taken care of. I definitely recommend the grooming services at this location!

I love this store it looks clean has everything I need for my cat I don't have to go anywhere else to find his food that staff is friendly and allows you to shop but is helpful when you need them I also like the fact of the rewards compared to other pet stores I always save a few dollars every time I shop it a great experience

I went today and had a great experience. Friendly staff. I wanted tropical fish and some plants. The man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable. They had a great variety of fish. He was able to help me choose new ones that would get along well with my current ones. The cashier was excellent. Helped me complete my purchase quickly and explained the rewards program. I think best pet store in Wooster. I didn't see any dead fish floating in the tanks.

Recently there store has smelled horribly like fish it a very unbearable smell, when I left the store I said something to my boyfriend about how it’s never smelled like that before and a groomer who was on brake was very snooty and rude as she was walking back into work! I was not rude about what I said at all just made a statement! I have never had problems with them before but they have got to fix the fish smell and get on there workers on not being rude to customers because they will loose customers if it continues

First of all, I love this specific store because it’s always super clean and the employees are wonderful. First experience with the grooming department for my year old lab/doodle/Bernese/Aussie mix and PJ DID AWESOME. Not only did she give him the most incredible haircut, she clipped his nails, made him smell good, and was seriously wonderful. She was kind and so knowledgeable and literally made my experience even better than I expected. Thank you for taking care of Coe, PJ! And thank you petsmart Wooster for always being the best!

The store is way understaffed yet employee there stopped what he was doing, stocking dog food, and helped me find some dog beds and then showed me some other things on sale he thought I may like. That was nice and appreciated especially when I could see how busy the store was and no one around. Only 2 stars, I felt bad for the cashier with backed up line and the out of breath worker that helped me. Where is the staff/managers in the morning?

I love shopping here. The staff always greet you on the way in, and are always willing to assit when necessary. We never have any issues with finding what we need for our fur babies and find the prices to be on par or better than the competition. The main reason to shop here versus the other options would be the atmosphereof the staff.

Clean and well stocked. The staff there is very helpful, friendly, and are always available to answer questions, and the animals always look very healthy (including the fish which is a great improvement to the other stores in the area). Other reviews complain about the prices but they price match most prices you find online or from another store. They also have a very nice grooming salon and offer dog training, so it's really a place nobody can beat.

Wonderful store. Every time I've been here, an employee has came to me and helped me with everything, and they didn't give up. They have everything I need, and are very generous. I'll ask for 20 crickets and get 30. Every time. They also have amazing prices. My whole family loves petsmart, and so does my girlfriend's. Best pet store in Wooster.

They're okay. There is at least one animal in every section that is sick/hasn't had access to water for a questionable period of time, sometimes they are well stocked but for the most part unless it's a staple of an animal's diet expect to have to return later or go elsewhere. They keep their brand in stock but you can't price match it so expect to pay more as well.

Kayla, from the grooming dept, did an awesome job with my 80 pound pittbull puppy. He's a handful but she was super patient. When I went through the register line to check out, the manager was training a new employee. The manager was rude and sarcastic when I asked about the pricing of dog bones. If my experience was entirely based on my interaction with him, I wouldn't go back. Thank goodness Kayla saved the day I would highly recommend her as your preferred groomer.

Super animal and person friendly, intelligent, product knowledgeable, customer pleasing workers. They drop everything to be able to help anyone with anything. Employees, not clocked in yet, have stopped and helped me in the parking lot! I love this place. They know their stuff. Can walk you to products in the store or recommend where to get items they don't carry. They want what is best for your furbaby. PetSmart is always my #1 go to place for all things animal. Customers are usually in good spirits in this store. Awesomeness.
