Abigail's groomer was very friendly and informative when I picked up my doggie from the shop today. All the staff that were there were pleasant and welcoming. Thank you so much for making my dog beautiful again. I could tell how she was when I picked her up that she was treated well, unlike the state of mind she was in at her former groomer's. It's usually an ordeal to bring her in, but her groomer must have made her feel comfortable because she was nice and relaxed on the way home.

Pam was so welcoming!! I sadly didn't get the name of the woman with her, but as soon as we stepped through the door they were so warm. Our 7month Schnoodle had never been groomed before and we were nervous. But she came out looking spic and span! They did such a wonderful job with her. We will definitely come back here!

They cut my dog with the electric razor on his leg and now he's banned for being scared of this groomer. He's been going to Petco since he was a puppy and now he's going on 4 years old. He's always been good with going but now I can't even groom him myself because he's so reactive. Oh and Petco said it was our fault their groomer cut my dog (deeply might I add). With how much they charge, you'd think they could do better.

Pam does an amazing job with our dog, Slider. He is always so nervous to get his hair cut, but she treats him so well. He always comes out looking so great too! Absolutely love getting his hair done there!

Our groomer, Tasha, has been doing our, Bogart, since day one, and he just truly loves her, trusts her completely! And it shows, because if I have to do maintenance on him at home, in between appointments, he listens, just sits still. I tell him Tasha would be so proud of him! He always gets so excited when I say we’re going to go see her!

Dee truly cared about my elderly dog and his comfort. She took her time and reassured him (and me) that she wanted what was best for him. She sent him home with a fresh breath, soft fur, a jaunty new bandana and a bag of treats.

Made appointment and confirmed. Drove 45 mins to facility. Upon check was told they would not cut dog due to age. Nothing on site stating this. Questionaire even ask for dogs DOB. Staff was not really friendly. Would give zero stars if I could.
