If you are a female do not shop here alone. Today the 2 male employees on staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional with me. The cashier Micheal actually yelled and me and was talking down to me about the credit card machine because neither him nor the manger there understand how their credit card machines work. I’ve been shopping here for 2+ years and I’m so disappointed to have such a horrible experience but when my husband is with me I’ve never had a problem only today when it was just me.

Whenever i go it smells like someone peed in every crevice of the store, not even basic human pee either, as if every species of animal in america has urinated on the shelves and floors. Place is nice though and do find things i like.

Rude employees and they don't care for customers. My ten year old was accused my an employee walking to her car of him hitting her car when we checked while she was outside still and his door wasn't even close.She then came back in while we were at check out running her mouth.My wife told a Manger how she acted and management acted like it was no big deal and pretty much sided with her employee when she can watch the footage and see we weren't even close.If you are that worried. Go park in that back.

They have good prices as they advertise on their merchandise. They have everything from books to toys to household cleaners to drinks and food to decor and more! The staff have been friendly and helpful the couple of times we have gone.

They used to have an Ollie's in my previous town. So I was super excited when I found Ollie's was coming here to Wooster! I have found all sorts of deals. Even face masks and gloves, where no one else has had any. But a host of other things from spices to curtains, gardening tools to a brace for me right elbow which now has Tennis Elbow 🙄. I find it fun to shop. The prices are middle of the road...but sometimes you can find a good deal.

4 stars because they are an awesome place and I took the star away because they have stickers on their products and those stickers costed me $129.99 for a $25 dollar toy, thank goodness the problem was resolved but if they just scanned with a sku instead of a sticker that could have been prevented. 5 stars for thieves I am sure, because it was one of them that had switched the price.

Stuff is always everywhere not where it belongs inside the store so it's hard to find anything and when you do it seems like they're just as pricey as the other competitive stores

Ollies is a great place to get inexpensive, useful merchandise. They have so many books and toys for gifts. Around Christmas time, the toys are very plentiful.

Ollies is great! They have so many options and selections for household items, kitchen, outdoor, snacks and food, books. We shop here all the time for items for our airbnb. Flooring is really affordable for the snap and click flooring. Bobby (squishy) is by far the best employee!!

I can't leave here without spending at least $100!! Always things I want, maybe not need but that's a different story.Friendly, helpful people here. Store is well kept and organized, considering they have so much to choose from! The quality of tools and other ephemera is pretty good in comparison to the more expensive alternatives out there.

Great Store Awesome Customer Service The Lady Who checked us out told us about if we registered that we could save 15% off next visit. The prices are great. Would be better if they took the EBT/SNAP card. Clean and its a big store alot to look at

It's a whole sale place whether it's because they got a shipment of toys, clothes or other items in they discount up to 50% off sticker prices.Books, books galore and they have things you wouldn't expect like grab bags of older and newer comics, graphic novels, and various other books. Some of the coolest finds are on the health and beauty aids, like shampoos that normally run $7 can be as low as $3.50.
