This was my favorite Meijers location (Wooster) to shop at. I'm a personal shopper so I'm in the store quite often. Everyone there is great, the store is always clean and stocked well. Unfortunately after many incidents with the same employee I will be starting to go ship somewhere else instead. I spoke with the store director about the issue and then received the same treatment a couple hours later. Another employee even came up and apologized to me for how her coworker Karen was. As someone who does and has worked customer service for 10+ years I could never imagine treating someone that way.

The memorial day weekend savings are unbelievably fantastic. The store is very welcoming to the new crowd! The perk system works great with the app, and it’s very easy to accumulate points.

I like Meijer a lot. The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean and organized. The aisles are wide enough and the prices are decent too. I'm not a fan of Walmart and prefer Meijer hands down.

I really like that Meijer has some options for organic produce, and has some organic gluten free products. Their fruit is hit and miss though. I've had some delicious fruits from Meijer, and some that are really bland. Some go bad fast, like within 2 days of purchasing :(

Love this new shopping center here in Wooster! Most always has whatever we need, and usually a few more things! From specialty grocery, to a bit of automotive, all the way to health and beauty with a pharmacist and drive up window! Always friendly greeters at the doors, and have always had a pleasurable shopping experience here at Wooster Meijer!

Went opening day and purchased this beautiful crewel type art piece. Everything was fully stocked, huge selection of frozen meals, sushi, a butcher area. A hot meal bar, a wonderful bakery. Lots of vegan options, a small cafe for snacks and drinks, plenty of employees to answer questions. I was impressed and will continue to shop here.

Store is clean, well stocked, with variety of products. Employees are very nice. Produce is not always to liking, but that seems to be a common theme in all grocery stores lately.

Nice new store! The products are pricey but it’s a great place to Cherry pick and take advantage of the specials. We purchased the rotisserie chicken, and it was not roasted long enough… The meat was still tough. This store has a nice garden dept. and we found some beautiful hen & chicks.

This used to be my favorite store when it opened. I could finally go to one store and get everything I needed at decent prices in one stop. That was then... Unfortunately it seems to becoming another Walmart. As of late, horrible customer service, empty shelves, stuff on sale and out of stock. Seriously disappointing. I haven't been able to get everything I needed in one stop in over a month

The store is really nice. Friendly helpful employees. Greeted with a smile every time. Fantastic produce section wit very nice looking produce. Lots of good deals. Nice deli and bakery departments. Fresh sushi. Plenty of parking.

In Texas we have a grocery chain called HEB. Well they must have sold their business model to this Meijer place. It was like an HEB away from home. 10 outta 10. My new favorite store outside of Texas.

Yes I mean 5 stars, I know people shop all over I been to all other grocery stores for this and that. I mean who hasn't? Right ? Anyways Meijers has friendly employees as soon as you walk in. Carts are sweet, clean, cupholders and phone holders if you are into that. Isles are very organized and tidy, helpful staff everywhere you turn. Prices are good the deals in store are if you time it right unbeatable in my opinion. Plus the hours are open later then the rest makes shopping less stressful if you don't like shopping with a lot of people and saying excuse me 100s of times.

So far a good experience. Lots of options and big enough, and competitive prices. Love the rewards program! Very organized store, and LOVE the little things at the front for the kiddos (riding horse, gumball machines), as well as cart options!

On 1/4/24 the women's restroom was in awful condition. A customer was behaving erratically throughout the store well past the point that someone working there should have intervened - he was screaming at his children, repeatedly yelling the f-word at the top of his lungs. It made me AFRAID to be in the building. Customers are insane and the employees are down right creepy. I used the scan & go feature that is advertised all over the store and the experience sucked. The app took me 15 minutes in the parking lot of trouble shooting to get logged into (I had to login to the meijer website in Safari first, then load the app and login through it, otherwise it refused to login.) Once inside, I began the scan and go process which went fine but when I went to check out I still had to endure an employee reviewing my purchases like I was a criminal (guess what, I scanned everything. The employee even picked cheap items that were on top of the cart, so even if I had been trying to scam they wouldn't have caught it so the process just made me uncomfortable AND served no purpose which is infuriating) and make awkward small talk about my purchases. I also experienced an employee watching my every move when I was trying to find crackers. I'm not sure if I'm something special to look at or if I'm just more preferrable to watch over the insane man brutalizing his children all over the store. This is perhaps the third or fourth time I've been here and that's enough. Miserable store, clearly miserable employees, bona fide insane customers, and LITERALLY poo-smeared bathrooms. What the absolute hell. Why did you bother to build this monstrosity of a store in wooster when it's so freaking gross to even shop at? Also, it's almost pointless to mention but the frozen food selection is huge... and there are no interesting frozen vegetable offerings. The frozen veg selection at walmart is 10x better... why??

Meijer is my new obsession. It is clean, and the cashiers are super friendly and helpful. It's a little pricey but if you watch for sales you can do better than Aldi. It's like an upscale friendlier version of Wal Mart. I would give it 5 stars, but it's more expensive than I wish it would be.

0/0 stars. Forgot my wrapping paper there because of a system error with ice cream. Was a big ordeal. Came back to get it and it was gone. They wouldn't replace it even though on camera it would show it was left. Irritating consider it was two and now I have to go buy more, from someone else.

Will never shop there again! Every week I get food that's expired. This week it was the Wright Bacon, bought 2 packages for about $18 and they were both expired a week ago. Bought Frederick's refrigerated ravioli and it expired a month ago. Bought coconut chunks that were all moldy in the bags. Bought bagged donuts and they were already opened and half eaten..disgusting! It's every week at the WOOSTER store! I'm done! You lost a customer and haven't been open a year.

I enjoy shopping here. They sometimes have nice discounts. The store has always been clean when I've been there. Large ready made food section. I wish it was closer to the center of Wooster as I live on the southwestern side of town.

Large aisles, friendly staff, very clean. Neat cafeteria area with a slushie and freestyle coke machine. Great perks program too! Staff is always happy to help and the frederiks brand has very tasty unique items!

My grandparents live in Michigan and Purchased a Nintendo switch from a store there for my little brother for Christmas when opened and tried to use the product was already used and had profiles on it with passwords which makes it completely useless so took it to the wooster store to exchange and Make things right the manager was very resistant to help and very disrespectful and overall refused to exchange the product so now were stuck with a 300$ gaming system for my 8 year old brother that he can't use and they won't fix there mistake would not recommend buying electronics from this store if there are any issues with it good luck getting it taken care of
