I love Marc’s and enjoy going to different ones in different locations. This one is clean, but they need to step up their game at having cashiers ready and available for check out. Go speak to the manager whom I know. He will be happy to help you and get someone to open up a register 😁

So when you go to mark's at 2:15 in the afternoon and it's a snowing outside you have one register open when you walk in and you're self check outside a joke ! You get all your groceries and then when you go to check out that register that you need to use is closed and you're just Unable to pay with card & cash at the self register and customer service people get MAD when you come there with more than 5 items so you inform an employee you are leaving the cart. I believe that my time is valuable even if you do NOT! You better rethink your business plan I know I'm not the only person thinking this way. All because you don't care if you employ people you want machines doing the job of people I will never shop here again!

Nice store but no employees, only 1 register open and the self checkout is a nightmare because with the special priced items you can't key it in yourself. The restrooms have been out of order for 5days I know of by looks it just needs someone to go in with hazmat suit and clean up literally poop covering the toilets. Prices are same as Walmart

Marc's is one of the best grocery stores I've ever been into it has all types of different things also has a pharmacy cosmetics it has everything it is way better than Walmart or any other stores I have been in I recommend marcs to everyone if you never been to Marcs you're missing out

We like Marc's. They keep the store clean and well stocked. The associate's are always very nice and polite. The liquor department is bigger than the meat department. We don't buy a lot of meat there. Edited: We went in today and they had put in self service registers. So of course they only had one lane with a cashier. The self service registers are to close together and give no room to check out. Every time we had to put something in our cart the register told us to put it back. I may be done shopping here.

I love the store employees and the pharmacy employees. Everyone is friendly and they know where everything in the store is located. I love the variety and all the the things they have, that I can't find in other grocery stores. I love the store and the pharmacy. You can enter the pharmacy from another outside door, or you can use the drop off or the pick up line.

Entirely too expensive for regular things, and the one deli lady there is a bit of a bully and acts like people are idiots. The cashiers are really nice though, just make sure to watch how many items they charge you for, though. We'll go through a receipt afterwards and find they charged us for 3 of something instead of two, etc.

Hands down the cleanist, most organized Marc's store I have ever been in! I love Marc's and this one is by far the nicest one I have been in!!! Keep up the amazing work all of these employees do!!

I don't shop here often but when I do it's fun to find new things for a reasonable price. Cashiers are friendly. Temperature in the store was comfortable. Clean. However somethings don't have price tags in the domestic section. The food aisles some of the tags weren't there or hard to read. I ended up putting five things back when price checked.

Only 2 cashiers working on a Saturday at 6:15pm. Seriously Friday and Saturday are most families grocery shopping days. Plus the horrible music that they play overhead while your shopping. Not sure where they found that music. Would be better off with no music. Guess if you get here as soon as they open in the morning might be better.

Marc's is getting as bad as Walmart. They don't have hardly have the items in their sale flyer. They're raising most of the items in the store. Cashiers are slow. If you enjoy standing in line that's the place to go. No more for me!!!

Marc's used to me my favorite place to shop. Now, I'm so frustrated with their customer coupon feature that I may never shop there again. I signed up months ago and the in store program does not recognize my phone number. The cashier don't seem to care and ignored my request for help prior to ringing me out. Only offered assistance after the payment was completed. ARGH

Very nice and modern place - just opened recently. Very clean and well organized. Seemed to have a good variety of selection for each item. Produce looked nice and fresh. The bonus random section was very well organized as well. This Marc's has card machines too not just cash. Definitely will be back!

Always love their closeout section they have phenomenal deals. They have a deli counter, and their prices are some of the lowest around.

Marc's is a new grocery store in Wooster. It's really so much more than just a grocery store. They have household decorating items, towel, rugs, cookware, bakeware & a whole sundry of items. They have a really nice completely stocked store with just about anything you could ask for. I love their deli department - so many good choices. Their sale prices are always a win/win!!! I just took my neighbor with me on this last visit (her 1st time there). She loved it!!! She was over the moon to get a whole fresh pineapple for $1.99 - she bought 8, she does a lot of juicing + runs a day-care and likes to serve fresh fruit to her kids. With the holidays coming up they had cases of pop for $5.00 a piece - limit 6, I think. Many other sales for Holiday dinner items. Oh yeah, a whole turkey for $0.49¢ a pound. Anyway, if you haven't stopped in there yet, then you should. You'll most probably be pleased.😆

I love Marcs! Although not every grocery product is a great deal, they do have great deals throughout the store on food and general merchandise. But if you see a deal on something you like, grab it because it won’t last long.! The sales associates have always been friendly and helpful, even at the busiest times. I recommend Marcs for their variety too. I almost always find the items I need and their sales are great! And plants, they have plants!

Not the place to go for fresh foods. No in-store bakery or meat department. Even the produce seems very pre-packaged. I suppose if you want boxes and cans it's an ok place to shop. I gave it 3 stars because they have a good selection of red gold tomato products, which is hard to find in this area.

Marcs is a very good addition to wooster, as we don't have to drive all the way to Walmart. Now walmart isn't that far, it's just nice to have something close. Employees are always nice, deli alittle slow. Some prices are cheaper some arnt so, they have digital coupons but it is mostly household products and not food so I think that sucks. At first their produce was good, but it has gone down hill. But the store is clean so...you just have to pick your battle.

A store originally mostly sold discounted merchandise but began selling many other items including groceries. Also it didn't accept credit cards but now does and has the last 4 of 5 years. Groceries are almost always the cheapest and you can't beat the price of pop. Always excellent prices on those items. This Marc's has a great deli as well.
