Employees are lovely here.Prices can be a bit outrageous, for example a lot of the pet products are more expensive than they would be at a pet store. A lot of the product at this store can be found elsewhere, new for half the price, but if you look long enough, and hard enough, you can find some great deals.It is worth it when they have at least 50% off deals as well.

There are some amazing deals in this surplus store, especially especially boxes of freedom.Lay chips and snacks for just five dollars by one get one free. Product is just slightly out of date but still okay to eat. The store could be organized a little bit better. Sloppy, merchandising. Looks like a dump and run.

Little bit of everything, wish the prices were lower on a lot of the items but I like the boxes of chips 40 for $5 can't go wrong there, can find hair and beauty salon quality for everyone in the family. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're around Wooster.

We located some great deals here! When we visited they were stocked with many different items: baby stuffs, snacks, household items, household repair items, lawn and garden, appliances and more. The store was pretty clean and well organized with plenty of parking available. Handicap accessible however some aisles may be tight depending on the items at the time. No restrooms at location and not many employees available for questions but you honestly cannot beat some of the deals you will get. We will definitely be returning and bringing a bigger vehicle to haul all our goodies home lol.

It really has variety at a discount. Bulk deals, some quality products, overall a pretty good store. Watch expiration dates for your pets food as well as yours.

I absolutely love shopping here. Just make sure to check EVERYTHING electronic for accuracy and previous use before purchase. They catch most things, but sometimes, things slip through the process.

2 MANAGERS said cashier was correct. NO $$ returned. Watch how you put your items up for the cashier to 'ring'. Bought two $20 bogo Greenies. Cashier took very next item $4 off in between the twoBecause I was bagging for her "and didn't put them together" Robbed me $34. With other items as well..Cant afford this place.LC in Woo( Happened again on $14 dogfood. Same receipt. )Retiree on fixed income. Look at your receipt!

If you go here make damn sure you have the right thing! We were there yesterday and spent $140 and got home and discovered we had ferret food instead of dog food(there was a picture of dog on bag, makes sense huh?). Took back today and only wanted to exchange for the dog food. Nope! Refused to exchange it. We had been going there for years but not anymore! Prices are no longer that good anyway. Some things higher than Walmart so be careful😡

I am going with 4 stars because it isn't my cup of tea. The aisles are cluttery and I almost never find anything I want.BUT....it is super busy every time I am there so people must love it for reasons I haven't discovered yet.

Had some great experiences at everything surplus and dollar 1 back in the day.Last few times I’ve gone the selection has been weak and the prices simply not low enough to make the hour trip worthwhile.

I just don't feel like they are very cheap for the kind of store they are. I mean once in awhile they have a real good deal on something but for the most part it does not seem to b much cheaper then going to the regular store to me.

We traveled quite a distance to go to this store. We frequent surplus stores quite a bit, in the main reason I go to surplus stores is to find good deals, and we didn't find any here. In a surplus store you would expect to find items that were at least 50% cheaper than retail. They had many items there that were actually more expensive than they were at retail stores, one item that stuck out to me was a Fitbit watch that was marked $85 I looked it up online and it was $52 at Walmart. It is a nice clean store with friendly staff and they certainly have a lot of items, but you need to really be careful and check the price of things before you buy them.

It has happened at every single visit I ring up my stuff and find they mischarge me for something and when I say anything they're like oh somebody else was must have been at my register isn't this considered stealing just curious if I were to mispay for something it would be . Please address this with your register people.They do give me the money after I bring it to there attention that's not the issue the issue is that they act like this is a accident that they mis charge me but it happens each visit and they gladly fix the problem when I ask about it My problem is what if I don't notice it ? Once is an accident but repeatedly doing it is what's in question . She told me oh someone else was using my register and didn't have the percentage off correct Ok so what about the person that was in front of me ? They didn't realize they had to make sure the percentages were set correctly and they were charged wrong too . So that person checked their receipt and yes they were also charged wrong so that's why I am bringing it to your attention. There was no misunderstanding .

Interesting place. It's like an indoor flea market with items shelved in random places. Very difficult to find anything on my shopping list, but I usually find surprising items I end up buying. I visit the store often because I never know what I'll find there. And most items I've found so far have been unexpected good values. Advice: if you find something you like, buy it now. It probably won't be there later.

Everything surplus is a great store. They have really good deals. We get a decent amount of supplies here for our airbnb. Stuff is always constantly changing. They have a lot of nespresoo coffee pods for cheap. This is a really good scratch and dent kind of store.

I LOVE this place, but the prices are often too close to the new retail cost. If it's returned, possibly out of date, possibly opened and contaminated or missing something, the price should reflect the risk you take buying from there.That being said, they have good sales and often have products you can't find anywhere else except online (with shipping)You can use a credit card with an ID.They even have some medical supplies at a very low cost!You have to really search through so many products that it can be overwhelming, especially in the bath and beauty isle!Buyer beware - all sales are final, and always make sure you check to be sure it's sealed and not expired!Otherwise. A GREAT place to find good bargains!

I loved the selection. The store was organized well for a surplus store and I found a meal replacement drink that is normally $35 to $40 for a box of 12 for only $6. And they were not expired. I also purchased a nice looking dress made from a quality fabric for only $6 as well. I believe it was half off dresses on the day I visited, however this dress would be nice even if purchased for $12. The cashier was nice as well.

I was not pleased with my service at the register. I had Tiffany and she didnt greet me or have the slightest smile on her face all she did was tell me "that'll be $6" and that's all she said to me besides asking me to sign the receipt.
