Went last night and it had been replaced by a store called Ollar Tee. In all seriousness though I like the dollar tree for odds and ends. Most things now are $1.25 and they are upgrading to dollar plus which is good.

Rude worker. Asked if they had a certain item. Was told they did, but it was in the back. Asked if they could get it. Was told "Nope I don't work HBC and the more people who ask, the longer it'll sit in the back. I'm tired of you people looking for this."Never going back because of this rude worker.

I have loved shopping at Dollar Tree and it was always one of my favorite stores if not the favorite store. But ours has really gone downhill. Today there were stacks of boxes everywhere in the aisles and the store was filthy. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them and there was fingerprints everywhere. It might be a good idea to train your workers that during slow times they grab a bottle of Windex and clean some windows. I'm not excited to go back because for me cleanliness is key. Please train your employees properly.

Let’s talk about Brandy. She went over and above for an elderly customer today as she searched for the very specific item this customer was needing. As she checked her customer out, the customer said the item was her husband’s favorite treat, and he had been recently placed in a nursing home. Brandy was helpful, sympathetic, and attentive.

Door unlocked and lights on but was told “oh we’re not open”. Maybe make sure your door is locked if you aren’t open.

Was a nice clean store with everything in the correct spots stuff easy to find. Make sure with any dollar tree store you check the lids on the bottles you buy specifically cleaning chemicals or spray bottles. I have come home with the lids off and bottles emptied. It's happened to me at 3 dif locations. Employees are nice at this location also.

This store is always a great place to shop! I go in intending to buy under 10 dollars and end up finding great stuff that puts me over. Anyway, I follow Dollar Tree on YouTube and look for things that I can make. This is a great store and I ALWAYS spend more than I intended to. Love this place!!!!!

I like dollar tree but sometimes they just don't have enough staff to get you in and out of the store fast. When they get deliveries they have their isles pact blocking some of the items I would like to get to.

Staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Excellent prices and good products. You can also find great things for only $1.00. I found an Amope toenail file for $1.00 and refill for $1.00 approximately 3-4 weeks ago. They have great gift cards and balloons. It’s a great store! I love it!

Cashier was nice but most importantly, effective at throwing us through the line quickly, economically, and carefully. I was super excited to still have selection to choose from on basically everything when our teachers put up a new list haha

During stressful times like we have had during 2020 I have to say that everyone that I have dealt with at DollarTree Store#1363 Wooster has always taken the time to help me find what I need..answer questions and have been very considerate..Rosie took time recently to help me get some items that I had been looking for. Sales Associate Tammy also is always welcoming when she is on register..I work retail so I know how stressful it can be at times..Keep up the good work!!!

I love the new Dollar Tree in Wooster. If you are looking for something, be sure to visit BOTH stores. For example, the new one had better Christmas decorations farther into the season. Of course the basics are the same, but the slight differences are worth a visit.

I personally love this store I have found birthday gifts Anniversary gifts and I have also been going to this store for about 16 years now n I believe that you can find almost anything you are looking for at dollar tree n not have to pay obnoxious amounts of money like at say Walmart or Target but they r good stores as well but if your looking for best rate and ur on a budget dollar tree is the place to go!

Standard Dollar Tree. I stop in to buy a few items I know are good deals and haven't had any issues.Updated to 1 star to reflect the rude cashier today. While standing in line 2nd cashier tells 1st cashier to turn off light and go to lunch. Was told I needed to move to other register behind 3 other customers despite already being in line. I protest, rude cashier argues I wasn't in line. Poor customer service.

They have a freezer section which is great! Not all dollar trees have them that I’ve been to anyway. The wait at the register is usually long like usual at dollar tree & Dollar Generals but, great dollar items.Such as lubricant like “WD-40”, buckets, containers, plates cups, kitchenware, mylar balloons of any color for any event. And batteries like the LR44 four pack

This store seems to have a better selection the other one in Wooster. if you haven't tried Brims' popcorn yet you're missing out on something good. Fast and friendly staff.

I always find cute seasonal items here. Sometimes they have really good deals like a 12 pack of tortillas or wheat bread for a buck! Plan ahead, sometimes there can be long lines.

Great prices on greeting cards. Staff was friendly. Merchandise was kept neatly organized and topical but store itself was looking a bit worse for wear.

I was able to get in and out quickly. I found my items easily, the cashier was fast. I needed 2 balloons and she was able to do that fast also.

Place was in pretty rough shape. Carpet was stained, torn and there was just trash everywhere throughout the aisles. 2 stars because the employees were friendly.
