The pharmacists are too big for their britches and I haven’t been back since they lost a paper prescription and just shrugged about it (not controlled, just not OTC). My family who’ve been loyal for decades just left because of the nasty staff. It’s clear why they’re working retail pharmacies and not better places like hospitals.

Love this store!! Staff is always great and always ask if they can help. Even the managers have gone out of their way to help me find stuff. Sometimes a little high on prices and the store definitely needs an update but overall 5/5 for me

I did not give permission to post anything about my health record. Which includes when prescriptions are issuedRevealing any information to an unauthorized party, violates the HIPAA Privacy Rule.The response from the "owner" to my review is a perfect example of the disrespect and belittlement mentality this establishment has towards it's customers,Was not treated with a whole a lot of dignity and respect by one of the pharmacist and some of the pharmacy staff. Last straw was when said pharmacist filled two prescriptions together that made me violently ill and could have been fatal. Needless to say it was time to change pharmacy's.I should of included this in my original post that I did reach out to corporate and filed a complaint about near fatal medication mishap and HIPPA violations with same pharmacist needless to say issues were blown off. Spoke with other customers and they have had similar issues with same pharmacist.Are you serious with that response?

The pharmacy is rude! 3 times my wife tried to get her medication. No drive thru available. My wife can't walk that far back to get them because of her MS. So I had to get them. When I brought up the issue. He said there's other pharmacies. Well we'll take our business there. Horrible

The last few times I have been in this store the cashier's have been extremely rude. Today the little girl today Autymn decided to argue with me telling me I was being negative for saying it gets cold in the winter in front of another customer like sweetie that's reality 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I'll be changing pharmacies and stores for sure.

I've been shopping here for several months and have been very pleased. Aside from the occasional grumpy cashier, everyone I've dealt with has been very nice and helpful. I'm impressed by the amount and variety of things they have here - many times I just wander around and find things I didn't know I needed. Always well-stocked and the prices are low, similar to shopping at Meijer. I don't shop at Walmart so having Discount Drug Mart in town is awesome. There are usually hot college guys shopping also so that's a huge plus. I really love this store.

Great place when you need a mix of things, but don’t want to hassle with Walmart! I love strolling around and just seeing what they have. Sometimes you get a slow cashier, but they’re usually very nice and polite. The diaper rewards are really great too. $5 back for every $25 you spend in diapers and wipes is a darn good deal!

Discount Drug Mart has been a lifesaver for my prescriptions. When combined with Good Rx a medication my local pharmacy was charging over $220 a month for after insurance I was able to get a three month supply for $30. Between their pleasant, efficient pharmacy staff and ease of rx refills, I couldn’t be happier with Discount Drug Mart.

Good place to shop if live close. But things are so over priced, its ridiculous. Most of the employees seem nice but there are a couple that are down right rude. Don't get greeted when ariving at the register. And they will just talk to each other instead of saying ANYTHING to the customer.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I recently transferred all of my prescriptions to Giant Eagle because they're 100 times better with customers. Unfortunately, I had one lingering at Drug Mart. I went to the drive through pharmacy, was asked for my birthday, I gave it.. and then nothing else was said. They sent a receipt for me to sign.. but never said anything. Then they sent the prescription through and still never said thank you, have a great day.. nothing. Wait, what? How the hell are these people getting jobs here? I initially switched because they messed up prescriptions and were so unprofessional about it.. figured I'd give them another shot. Still disappointed. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!

Every time I get a prescription filled it takes longer than they say it will, they are very slow to check people out and are unorganized. I have waited for half an hour before only to be told that they do not have the medicine I need and will have to come back the next day. There is no good time of day to go in and not experience long wait times. If a normal store takes five minutes to get in and out of plan on spending twenty minutes because everything that can go wrong will go wrong here.

I love this store,I have not had and any problems, until yesterday,I have not ever dealt with a rude cashier in there,but the woman running the cash register for the pharmacy,was rude, getting smart with the pharmacist, snatched my money out of my hands making said remarks,never her there before,but I don't care for her,and I didn't feel good,which on her part was not wise.

I call this the Wal-Mart of downtown. Its better than Wal-Mart, actually. The photo department is great. Some of the cashiers can be slow, but most are great.

Excellent response time when inquiring about senior citizen discounts. I really appreciate the fact they give a senior discount and treat the customer with respect also.

slow most of the time not to helpful have called a few times to see what day i can fill on and never get a straight answer and always wrong have asked several time to make my scrips only pick up able with my i.d and they still never ask for it so anyone could just pick my stuff up
