Ok, bought 2 scratch offs,I won on both. They wouldn't cash them in cause they said it came up on their screen book not activated. They gave me an 800 number to call. I called the number and the lady said it's now activated. I went back to D and D and they said it's still saying not activated. I have been to D and D 4 times and called the 800 number. This is Ludacrist! You'd think they would assist their customers more than that. I don't even get an apology or anything. They just say call the manager. Wow They just look lost

Figured id give a 5 star review to balance out and give a fair review. Saw a biased one and the online platform can be your best friend, or worst enemyPersonally id say 3.5 to 4ish is what it deservesNot perfect not always pleasant but it does its job.

Very unpleasant environment I'm not sure is even safe for Consumers to purchase deli foods or anything prepared in the kerosene like atmosphere that is the common aroma inthe store and as such the food tastes of kerosene.. . Not to mention piss poor appreciation for the one or two decent workers that they actually have employed at this location... Sad to see an establishment just completely get everythibg wrong the way this one has.
