I am new to the area, so I stopped in just to check out the shop- looking for something special for Valentine's Day dinner. Nikki was very pleasant and informative about the special things they carry. We loved the beef tenderloin (cut for filet mignon). The Cottage Bacon is AHH-mazing! I will be returning to this shop, along with my husband next time, because he will get lost in all the possibilities that lie ahead with his Big Green Egg!

I go there probably once a month, but I believe that's where we get our cows butchered whenever we need meat. Cool little place around the corner if you need some other food or snacks as well.

He had a quarter of beef processed. Was slightly disappointed that we only received 53% of the hanging weight back. Should be higher than that. Also some of my vacuum seal bags have already lost their vacuum seal and ice is already starting to set in. Pretty dissatisfied..... I honestly expected better.

Same as other couple. Bags with air in them. Spoiled bacon. We have bought there for years. We have stopped going there. Thinking about just buying from the case. No bacon though. Beef is great if packaged correctly.

1st time here.. very nice store well stocked, very busy can not beat price's for fresh food. Staff was wonderful plenty of parking.

Great selection of quality meats! Pork, beef, & chicken. Other foods like flavored milk that aren't found in most stores, as well as usual foods as milk, eggs, cheese, ect. My family chooses to buy meat from here because it is fresher than anywhere else.

I give it 3 stars only because it takes so long to get a meat package they don't have meat for packages on-site so you can't go pick up a package the same day so recommend phone a order in and wait for them to contact to pick up, so on that note I picked up some ribeyes and so strip steaks and I must say I have been looking for some good meat for a long time Edinburg isn't good walmart sucks giant eagles is enabled kilos is gross but this place has awesome tasting meat.
