Me and bf stopped in to see the general store while visiting the lovely beautiful Amish country, and loved the smell of the pizzas being made in the back, so we decided to give a try. Well that was a mistake, way too much dough, barely any toppings and omg the sauce was sweet “YUCK” 🤮 the worst pizza we have ever eaten, and we are pizza people. We’ve tried pizza at restaurants, and stores, gas stations etc.all over the country, and I’ll tell you this I’ve had frozen pizzas from grocery stores that taste better. Y’all need to learn how to make pizza up here in the north lol, “Bless Your Hearts” southern style is way better, and New York pizza is amazing too. Oh and one more thing the staff working in pizza area were not friendly at all, and never explained where and when to pay for your pizza, just rudely handed me a ticket to figure out what to do next, no smile have a nice day perhaps a THANK YOU would have been appropriate. Never been here since I was visiting area so I had no idea how things are run.

Delicious ice cream always stop for their ice cream when passing thru Charm, OH. The pizza is very good also. Have not had anything else cause its so good but all the food I see looks good and the local Amish seem to always be there too. I order to go from this place due to the reviews online. First the price is way too high! We basically paid $50 for one large cheese and one large meat lovers. Second- the pizza dough was too much, sauce too sweet! I mean it tasted like Chef Boyaredd! We were so disappointed. This is not pizza at all. What I should of done and is bought a frozen one at Walmart to heat up. I definitely do not recommend for pizza.

Stopped here on a trip through the Amish country. We ordered subs and they were amazing. Staff was very friendly. Was a very busy evening and didn’t have any trouble getting are order in a timely manner. Would recommend.

If your looking for consistently good pizza this is your spot. Not fancy gourmet maybe but their crust is good as is their sauce which has maybe a tinge of sweetness. They also offer a good gluten-free crust. Also should add that they offer a massively large party size pizza if your looking to feed a crowd.

I am rating 3 stars because the food is actually good! The service though has seen a dramatic drop recently in my opinion. I come here a lot, I live right next to them and work 7-8 minutes away as well. Been coming here for over 4 years since I moved down here. Lately things are missing from my order, my order is usually late, and somehow a fresh burger made is cold when I get it. I waited almost 10 minutes past the time I was told to come, the burgers were forgotten so I waited. I live 3 houses away, so 30 seconds if even to get home and they were cold. Please understand everyone, I like the food and I will continue eating there. I still recommend other people go there. Just recently in the past couple months these issues are quite frequent. Nothing more frustrating than waiting after being told a time, a time they control, and then you get home or back to work and food is missing. I would rather be told 45 minutes and it be ready, than be told 30 and wait 10-15 minutes.They seem short handed most of the time and also not very organized. These things can really hurt a business. Some days there are 4 people running around like chickens and some days I see way too many people in the cooking area and still running around like chickens. When 3 different people all are talking trying to figure out where each put a piece of the order, that’s not good. I generally like the food, and they are local, so I want to support them and enjoy the good food they make! When the service issues happen this frequent it makes you second guess going through that to not cook. Like I said, I go there enough that I’m sure some will recognize my name if shown this review. There’s a lot of good people working there, and I’m sure they want to succeed. Hopefully they can get on track, for my belly’s sake!!!!

I got a chicken club. It was okay but bland. Service was not good. We stood waiting a few minutes before someone asked my brother for his order. Even with a few people standing around. Immediately after she took my brothers order she left with me standing there. Didn't say anything. Just turned and left. A couple minutes later, she came back and asked for my order. She then gave me the ticket for my order and left. Didn't say how long or anything. Waited roughly 10 minutes for my order to be ready. She also didn't mention either to my brother or I that we needed to pay up front. Never been here before. Most likely will not be back.

Seriously the best pizza I have ever had! It's a bit unique as the crust seems a little thicker then many other pizzas and the sauce is a little sweet.The taste might not be for everyone; but there really isnt anything that competes with it in my opinion. The ice cream cones the have here are HUGE! Order a size below the size you want. The store is kinda cool, feels kinda general store meets bulk food. Great place.

Called to place the order. Older lady was rude on the phone. Didn't say thank you or bye just hung up on me. Said food be ready in 30 minutes was over an hour. Didn't even get the order correct. Wanted three orders of chicken wings and only got one. Had the pizza ready but forgot to make the garlic bread stix so had to wait on them. Glad didn't get the 3 orders of wings cause the food was nasty. Didn't even get I'm sorry or anything. Very rude and will never go back there again.

This is a great little restaurant inside an even better old-time grocery. We called for a pizza at 15 minutes to close on a Friday, and the lovely lady was more than friendly. She took my order, it was ready before closing, and she even said that my order looked so good that she wanted to try one (chicken bacon ranch with garlic sauce). I asked for parmesan cheese to go (which they don't have) and the staff dug around and found a shaker in the fridge and put some on the pizza for me. Service above and beyond at closing time!!

Great pizza! We traveled to Amish country from Columbus, OH and this place happened to be around the corner from where we were staying. Their pizza sauce is really good! It reminds me of Romeo’s pizza back home. Highly recommend. We also had the chicken dinner with potato wedges and roll for dinner and it was good as well. The four piece comes with a large breast, a medium breast, wing, and drumstick. Recommend trying this restaurant if you’re in the area!

The food has always been good but the service just gets worse. I ordered a Lynch order today. I first stood there for over 5 min without any recognition while two females chatted. Then a girl off to the right cleaning coolers seen me and tried to help. My pizza was done and sitting on the end of the conveyor getting cool. Sub was in the warmer. No sauce for the chicken was ready nor drink and chips with sub special. Chicken was still in. I go pay my bill still no order ready.now girl on phone chatting about her weekend. Ridiculous customer service. I imagine Lee and his wife would disapprove big time.

It takes a little bit to get your food if you order and wait there, but I wholeheartedly believe it's well worth the wait. Great pizza, and great chicken. Definitely recommend

Very rude older lady. Even rude to other employees. Messed up whole order. Was told 30 minutes but took over an hour and food wasn't even that good. Definitely our first and very last time there. I did notice that if you have the right last name you get better service.

These folks make a pizza that makes you willing to drive a long way for it. A mouth watering drive just thinking about it. And I'm not even a real fan of pizza. I ordered one with chicken and bacon and the memory of it as I write this review, make me want to go right back and get another.

The people are all so nice and helpful! The store is a well maintained old building! Options are pretty great in products! I got the chicken and jo-jo’s! Plus I got hard salami and smoked cheddar cheese! Alll so good!!!

They acted like our order was not important and it was a inconvenience for our order. The service was terrible and rude. The order was wrong and they said to be there in 30 minutes and we ended up waiting 30 minutes to a hour longer after that. Then our food came out cold and was very nasty.

Generally disappointing and irregular one time it will be good next trash I have ordered triple cheese and maybe half the pizza was covered or order regular and it's the same sauce is decent a little sweet for me but ok btw they charge for dilivery even within a few miles the lady's that work the front are awesome the ones that work in the back part seem rude if they were not the only place that dilivers here we would never order it we are near the winesburg location we have and Kidron a few times and it seems alot better
