Really gone downhill.. been eating here for years and can honestly say i dont think ill ever order food here ever again.. pizza is ok but never been my favorite so usually get there chicken or there subs.. if you call to order some chicken or jojos youd think they would make it fresh but they give you dry chicken and cold and soggy jojos thats been sitting in there heater for who knows how long.. time before that i got 12 garlic parm tradional wings.. took one bite and threw em away.. wings were soaked in sauce and honestly dont think they were fully cooked.. waste of 10/15 bucks there...not sure how you mess up wings so bad..so next time i ordered food i called ahead when i was about 20minutes away thinking it should only take maybe 15minutes to get my food. Wanted something quick for supper on my way home. Called at about 6:30pm and order a taco salad and a chicken bacon ranch sub.. they told me itll be about 45min!.. this was on a tuesday night. I would understand if it was on a friday or sat night and everyone is ordering pizza but on a tuesday?.. they said they were really busy and backed up so i got there about 7pm and sat there for about a hlf hr before i went in to get my food. Youd think if they were so busy thered be a bunch of ppl coming in to get there food when i went in there was one other person waiting for there food... the delivery cars were there so i was confused why it would be taking so long. I told them im picking up my order and the lady turned around and asked if they started on my sub and taco salad and they hadnt even started making my food yet! You could tell both workers were very frustrated and the lady talking to me apologized and said itll be another 15 min... i almost told them not to worry about it but seeing as i already waited this long and didnt feel like cooking when i got home i decided to wait.. so i paid for my food and went back outside and sat in my car for another 15min.. 7:45pm went back in and food still wasnt rdy... so stood inside waiting. at about 7:58pm finally got my food! (They close at 8pm!) And of course my sub was barely edible. Ate maybe a third of it n threw it away.. taco salad wasnt anything special. For that long of a wait my food better be on point.. needless to say ill never order food from there again. Oh n btw never get pizza out of there warmer. They had two slices that they finally threw away right before they were about to close and they looked like they were sitting there since lunch.. looked dried out and hard as a rock if it looked edible i wouldve bought that instead of waiting an hr and a hlf for food! But not the first time ive seen (and made the mistake of trying to eat it a few times)dried out old pizza sitting in there warmer. Theyve been doing that for years. If your going to throw away the pizza anyway why keep it in there so damn long to the point its not even edible. I understand not wanting to waste food but that just looks bad on your busisness. Nobodys going to buy old dried out nasty looking pizza just throw it away wen it gets old. Dont wait 5min before you close.. as a local its really sad to see one of my favorite places to eat get so bad.

This place sucks!! Extremely bad customer service!! Ordered a milkshake & flurry about a half hour before closing! Flurry was a sloppy, disgusting mess at best, which promptly ended up in trash 🤢🙁, & milkshake my husband had was not much better, more milk than shake, & very disappointing! 🤮🤢Enjoyed our visit to Amish country overall, but this is one door we will never waste time walking through again!

Very good food! Huge menu and prepared per order so food is fresh and hot! They also feature a large deli and have dairy and fresh produce. Ice cream and shakes! They also have some really neat antiques and collectables around the store and in a back room for sale! A little bit of everything!

We got honey turkey sandwiches that were great. Plenty of meat and cheese on the freshest bun. Worth every penny and the staff were very friendly and helpfulWe will definitely go back again!

Quaint old place but their food is awesome!! Grocery store with a deli and pizza shop along with other warm food. I absolutely love their baked chicken alfredo!! And don't forget their soft serve ice cream!

This used to be a really good place to get pizza they used to have good service but not anymore their pizza is awful and sometimes the service is absolutely terrible. they have no restrooms.I used go there a lot to get pizza around lunchtime but their pizza in the warmer is dried out it looks disgusting. then I order pizza but it’s still too over baked the toppings on top are pretty much burnt and there’s barely any toppings around the edges of their pizza I am absolutely disgusted with this place I am marking it off my list. I hope they straighten up because I go through here every single day.

Let me start this review by saying, I never have left a bad review before, but this was completely necessary.My wife and I were about 20 minutes away, and called in at 4:50pm and wanted to see if we could get a pickup order placed (1 large pizza and 16 potato wedges). The guy who we spoke with said that the pizza would be ready at 5:40pm. Really? 50 min for a pickup order? My wife kindly said unfortunately that wouldn't work out, as it would be a long wait. They went away from the phone for about 1 min, came back and said they could have it at 5:20pm. We got there at 5:10, waited 10 minutes. I went inside to pick up our pizza. Guy in front of me was obviously already in the same boat as me. He looked frustrated and impatient. I went up to get my order, gave our last name. Guy at the counter gave a befuddled look and checked current orders. Came back and asked me again what my last name was, I told him. Goes back again... comes back and asks if the order was for Weaver. I said no. He then found that it was under the wrong name... Comes back and says they'll have the order out shortly. This is at 5:35pm. I got my order around 5:45pm. They had just thrown it in when I arrived.I'm sorry guys, pizza is great but your service is the worst I've ever experienced in this area. After that experience i'm crossing Whitmer's pizza off my list and recommendations to anyone else who asks.

This is such a nice little store. The pizza, jojos, and ice-cream are delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I recommend a stop when you are in the area.

If you enjoy shops of yesteryear, then this is for you. They have a little bit of everything needed for daily living. It is amazing to see all the items they have in one location. Groceries, hardware, pizza, ice cream, etc., etc. I love places like this because of the setting and the scents and especially the laid back lifestyle they live here.

Some of the worst customer service around. This place is lucky that it has Amish who cant go anywhere else for pizza. Pizza is average, extremely over priced. Ordering your pizza is pointless, they wont put it in until you arrive, so you will wait for another 15 mintues for your rushed sloppy pizza. Sad, this place used to be good.

The absolute best pizza around is sold here! The sauce was described to me as a little bit sweet and I'd say that is a very accurate description. You won't find much better pizza than here!

This place is terrible the service is very lacking and God forbid you get food to eat there because they have no restroom they want you to go across the street to use a portajohn. They got one star to many wouldn't let me commit otherwise
