My experience was great. Was no waiting line. Came out to wash my windows off the truck and had brand new squeegees with washer fluid in there than was not frozen with the temperatures of a high of 15 today. Was very amazed at how well kept story wise. Also, the employees were more than great and helpful with everything inside the store

I came in to get some gas and this overweight, monstrosity came out the front door and hollered at me across the ufd lot. She very rudely demanded that I prepay and hang up the pump. There was no need to speak to me with disrespect for something so minor. The staff here needs to work on their customer service skills.

Always have had a good customer experience at Wilmington UDF. That being said this one is for you Corporate CEO's of UDF: Prices for ice cream and doughnuts are ridiculous! $2 for 1 small glazed donut? I know darn well you don't have close to .50 Invested in each donut!I don't understand why you large corporations don't take a stand against our government and price things how you should! My goodness!, this is OUR country.Wouldn't it make more sense to price things cheaper? Which In turn would then fill up your stores and quadruple your sales.Come on, Corporate (un) America!!! I grew up loving to go to this UDF especially after school but lately it has been awful mainly because of the worker the atmosphere is awful they have the worst attitude and are so mean no matter how nice you are too them,yes some of the workers are great but most of them are not especially the younger workers are so rude no matter what!

I have several complaints about this place. They really need to get new employees, 90% of them have horrible attitudes, they say absolutely nothing and just ring up your items and don’t bother to bag anything, just watches you pay.. also, they need to work on restocking the fridge. Drinks/cold coffee are always empty in the coolers. When you place an order for ice cream the guy with one hand says “we hate moo’s” ( he meant ice cream orders, the machine moo’s when one is placed..) not to mention, I ALWAYS get my milkshakes made WRONG. (Missing the candy I paid for or different size, someone else grabs my drink so I end up with theirs..) every trip here is disappointing.. which is unfortunate because I love a few employees here and want to keep business going. Maybe more group meetings and positive attitude would do.Edit: I have noticed much more positive ladies in the mornings! They say good morning, ask if you’d like a bag and are smiling. The older lady is beer happy but I wanted to point out the younger ones positive attitudes! on the other hand the guy with one functional hand still acts as if he hates his job, and smell 👃 is gut wrenching. Not to mention, young ladies who make milkshakes in evening does not call out order numbers, and a kid grabbed my daughters milkshake, drank it, then their father said “I think this is your kids.. he only took a sip and realized it wasn’t his.” I’m thankful for that parent, but it’s the workers job to clarify which milkshake is yours!

The older lady with her up in a braid is the absolute worst! She ignored me and walked into the back until the line built up, then she came out and was rude as hell. I would be scared to ask her to scoop ice cream. "I bet she really hates that" I'm always very happy and go out of my way to be kind to everyone. This lady was not having it no matter how nice you respond to her. If you go here in a good mood, you will leave in a bad mood if she is working. I spend hundreds of dollars every week at this gas station in fuel alone and now I don't want to go back. I'll be looking for a different gas station to spend my money at.

Very rude and obnoxious. If the old woman don't like her job, then get another one. She is NEVER nice. I will never ever go back to that store for employees should have a smile, be nice and not argumentative. FYI... Woman is old, wears glasses and pulls her hair back... She needs to go!!! Many people have complained about her. Get rid of her!!!

I have shopped at this location for several decades. Not much has changed in that time and that is a good thing. Crew is always courteous and helpful. Prices are on par with other service stations and you have the option of fresh ice cream as a bonus. They have probably the best magazine rack of any gas station. Issues might be older and out of date but they have a variety of good stuff.

I love this store/gas station. They've got almost everything you may need. Honestly if I had to choose between UDF & Speedway, it'd most definitely would be UDF (Store#108)😁 Thank you UDF Employees for being AMAZIN'😃

Ice cream is always tasty here. For anyone using the compressed air station, the display is out currently and is $2 for 5 minutes of air. Air station takes credit cards only.

Went in to buy Monsters. Sign said buy 2 get 1 free. Sign above that said $2.29 each. Cashier woman rang me up at $6.41. I said aren't they on sale? Yep, this is what the computer says. I walk back and check the sign again in case I read it wrong. As I'm walking back I hear cashier woman ask the other employee if she was right as always. Well, you lost my sale. And your computer will tell you that I'm not coming back either. POOR customer service.

If you are going to review establishments, then you should know that getting "over-the-top" mad about the "little things" at a place like UDF is redundant, at best, counterproductive, at worst. But, I must say SOMETHING about a certain employee here. Name unknown, but she looks to be the older than all her fellow co-workers, with white hair, and glasses. Send her BACK to retrain, please, I have had more than one negative experience with this woman, and I don't go in there that often.

What is there not to love about UDF? It's easy to get back on the road from, either direction, gas prices are normally decent, and they have so much ice cream.The ice cream line goes quickly, as well as their register lines. It is prepay, and its always busy, but like I said the staff moves pretty decently. They have a bunch of coffees and flavoring a, and a fountain drink station, also with favors. Tons of munches and doughnuts and a decent alcohol selection is also here. Overall not too bad,

The service tends to be slow but that's because it is understaffed. Also there was moldy fruit in a parfait I purchased. The workers offered another one but that was the only parfait with blueberries they had available. Other than that not too bad.

Manager watched as a line grew longer and longer to check out while the 2 employees both waited on one family in the ice cream area. This was the latest in poor service from this location. I walked out and haven't been back.

Worst place in town!!! Employees have no clue at what they are doing! Can't even tell if your u drive card was accepted by the register!!! When I asked to speak to the manager, they just threw their hands up in the air and said we are it!!! Now they are changing you to use the restrooms!!! Will never go back to this store again!!!

Employees are very rude...the last two times I went for milkshakes they were basically just flavored milk..that was the last time I'll go to Wilmington UDF...maybe better luck in blanchester next time

Great prices on gas, clean seating area. Clean restroom and clean store altogether. Friendly staff and a lot of choices for healthy options to grab up on the go. Love this location.

Very rude service. Went in for ice cream and both workers were very rude. We were trying to decide what we wanted and was asked if we were even going to get something which when we gave our order was scoffed at. Very rude and unprofessional.
