Tractor Supply Co has a large selection or Cardhart appeal, Justin Boots and just about anything you would need for a farm animal (and your fur babies). We actually got our chicks here about 4 months ago. And I also love the the old fashioned candies and amazing discounts they seem to always have near the checkout! Smart!!!!]

I always love going in your store. And the friendly staff. BUT Today was a different story. The young guy working the front not so friendly. When I was walking in he is walking in and out of the doors on his Cell phone and could not get it out of his face. I was returning an item that was damaged he act like It was a problem to come back in the store and get off his cell phone to wait on me. I showed him the item and what was wrong with it and he act like I was bothering him and his Cell phone time. He told me I could get another one. And he took the one I brought back and literally throwed it across the counter. I just stood there with my mouth open when he done that . I went to get another shirt only took me 2min and went back to check out. And he is still walking the door way inside to the out side on his Cell phone. He is not customer frindly. And the cell phone is a big problem. As I was walking out he followed me out and I turned around to see what he was doing and he was walking outside to the inside with his face in the Cell phone. I sit in the parking lot and watched him for about 10min and in that 10min he was not worried about anything but being on that cell phone pacing back and forth from the outside to the inside. We have been coming in this story for 20 some years. And this is the 1st bad trip I have ever had in the store.

This store is quite amazing because I have a dog and last year something not so good had happened to her to where she wasn't acting like herself by no means, she wouldn't eat, she wouldn't drink, she wouldn't play, she wasn't trying to do anything but just lay there and stare at me and cry. But she is still alive today because with me being on a fixed income I had only 1 option to make her better and that was to go to this store and purchase a medicine, it was a shot 💉 (which for some reason I can't think of what it was called right now) but this store had it and shortly after giving it to her it started working and time kept going by us and by the next day she was herself again and I couldn't be any happier. So, this is definitely the reason why this store deserves a 5star rating for sure. Thank you very much y'all 😊.

I ordered one item online. It took one week for it to be shipped from Kentucky. Then when it finally got to the store, I didn’t receive any notifications. 3 days later still nothing. I had to track it down and went to the store to pick it up. Then I received an email asking for reviews. I wrote an honest review and they censored it! I took a photo of their email. Just beware of their practice.

I have not had much experience with Tractor Supply Company until here recently. I, as well, had not much experience in what it was I was going there for, which was purchasing propane cylanders, and a heating unit (Top Hat), for said propane cylander. I was brought to the attention of a young man by the name of Zack (spelling?). This young man was a fountain of information, but with precise explaining that I could understand. I would not have been able to get through this process without him. I remember thinking that I am a father of 3 sons and I hope that they all 3 grow up to be as polite, respectful, and intelligent as Zack is. If I had the power, this young man would receive a raise on the spot. As he helped me, I noticed him helping others in the store at the same time and he juggled it all with perfection. I went back today and puchased a second propane cylander, and filled that and the first one I purchased before with his assistance, and I vowed that I will now use Tractor Supply Co. for all my propane needs and specifically the store in Wilmington, Ohio because of Zack, and have alerted all my family and friends to do the same. Just ask for Zack!

Very disappointed tractor supply. Called the store and asked how much it cost to refill propane and was told $2.49 a gallon. Left my house and 10 minutes later at your location (same exact one I called) was told you were out of propane. That's pretty messed up. Don't think I will shop with you anymore. Can easily acquire my tractor supplies on Amazon. Your loss tractor supply

The staff that worked at this store 2/25-2/26/2014 were extremely compassionate & helpful thru out our circumstance. The stayed late knowing we were on our way to get parts for our roadside breakdown on our long move.

The T Shirts are good quality. The don't shrink up when washed like 98% oft shirts sold at other places. Keep this brand name please.

I went to TSC today to refill my propane tank. I went inside and talked to the cashier. He paged someone. Nobody came. I talked to a sales girl. She said she had to take in carts first, then she could do it. She said to drive over there and she'd be back.I would have thought that waiting on a customer would have come before gathering carts in the parking lot.I waited, and waited, and waited. NOBODY ever came.That's okay. I took my business elsewhere. I don't know names. I was there on June 1st between probably between 4:30 and 5:00.
