Took my goldendoodle for a bath with the doodle package add on. They did a wonderful job with him. He was happy and not anxious when I picked him up. Will definitely use them again when he needs a fresh up. All the employees were helpful and friendly.

So happy to have a full service pet store in Wilmington!! Stopped in today for their grand opening. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Store is well organized and they have a lot of stuff!! I am especially happy to see the huge selection of foods they carry which includes all the specialized foods we feed our dogs...so it will be nice to be able to get those locally. Also very pumped to have a self-service dog wash in town!! They are very nice, raised tubs and they include towels and dryers.

They have everything we need for our dogs and fish. One of the women on staff was super patient with me trying to explain to her that I needed a slow feeder (I couldn't remember the name for it at all & probably sounded crazy). Another woman staff member also helped us choose the correct sized tank for the type/amount of fish we're wanting. Overall a nice store.

First time visit, I can't remember the last time I visited a pet store other than petsmart or the pet department at Wal-Mart. Nice layout, clean and organized. Friendly staff.I was really impressed with the two lady's grooming dogs, they were very nice and really knowledgeable. Even shared some tips.
