Do not go here, it's a terrible place with very poor service quality, and the air pressure equipment at the station also doesn't work. When I asked them why they inconvenience people like this, they just said it's not working. Then, since I don't speak English, I had to write it down, and the guy says he doesn't understand. When it suits him, he understands, and when it doesn't, he pretends not to. So, I think you should definitely avoid this place, it's awful. Diesel station.

Needed diesel and I only do truck stops when towing or larger coach.Diesel price was comparable to others, but this ONE9 location IS NOT on the Mudflap app like others, which was disappointing.Had to go inside to prepay as truck lanes didn't account for RV'ers. Location and inside store were dirty and run down. Definitely needs a remodel and deep-cleaning.It was uneventful, so that was good. Please join Mudflap app. Thank you.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would came in to get subway says closed we return at 9:05 it was 730. I’m waiting this one young gentleman and a red shirt looks over and asked me if I needed help. He was very nice and play and I said yeah I was wanting Subway and he goes OK. Give me a sec. Goes back to the back. Let’s one of the other people know that there was someone out there wanting Subway, the gentleman in the red shirt came back roll his eyes and scuffs at me like it was a issue for me wanting the individual that comes in heavyset looks like he hadn’t bathed in days. Ask me what I would like for a sandwich doesn’t wash his hands. I don’t know what the man was doing. I don’t know if he was taking out the trash. He was smoking picking his nose or what He didn’t even go to wash his hands. I will not return to this place and I feel sorry for the young men that work there that at least had some common courtesy to treat a customer with some sort of respect, but the others there you’ve lost a customer and I will be telling all my friends not to set foot in your establishment Wide, so enjoy losing quite a bit of people maybe you guys should treat people with respect

Very friendly and helpful employees.. store and restroom are always clean. Inside there is a subway that is clean and serves fresh food. Store has a large selection of everything. Gas is higher then the average but it is convenient. Nice pit stop. I always find something to bring home, today it was footballs $9.99 a piece. The merchandise is very reasonably priced.Large truck parking area, scale and located next to Wendy’s and across the street from McDonalds if you do not want the Subway inside.

Super tiny parking lot... Maybe 5 spots and an extra make it yourself one or two...Subway is open 9-10 pm on Sundays. No beer, but beer at Shell across.Excellent staff, friendly.Also, i don't know who posted that fake shower photo, here are mine... Totally good and clean

A terrible place. I stopped here to fill up my semi truck on Tues 5/30/2024...Pumps dont have numbers on them ..Cashier was very unfriendly ,no hi ,no thanks ,He was playing with his phone and not paying attention to customer s .The pump got extremely slow for last $3 of the prepay amount ..This place deserves a negative stars..I will never stop by here again...

Although the parking lot is small, the store has the necessities. They only have 3 showers that are in need of cleaning and maintenance.

A great place to get some rest when traveling. A clean restroom and very kind customer service. There was no ice and they went to the truckers side to get me some ice. Kind ess is wonderful.My dad was a truck driver his whole life so I like being around big rigs and truckers because it makes me feel like he's here watching over me

Looked like someone couldn't make it to the toilet and then threw a pile of seat protectors on it. The stall clean enough to use was out of toilet paper.I approached the cacher who told me she was aware of the situation but could not leave the register and the other employee was outside emptying the trash cans.I offered to take a roll of TP in for customers and she just kept repeating she could not leave the register.

It’s an ok place. It’s a bit bigger on the inside than it looks, and it’s got most of what you need from a Pilot Flying J. The showers weren’t the cleanest but they at least were open. The app says there are 20 spots but there is only 10 spots, plus a handicap spot. Lots of bobtails parked though, so I wouldn’t count on finding a spot, but there does seem to be a couple places you could do some creative parking. Across the street McDonald’s has some parking too.

They have a 24hour Subway inside that's sometimes open 24 hours a day. Staff is always pleasant. Lots of gas and diesel pumps. Always clean, they have hot showers. Not much truck parking.

Very odd layout, busy place it was difficult to get in to use the restroom, which isboff a narrow hallway in the back, no social distancing here. They've put signs everywhere, but with all the sales stands, tables etc the walkway is really narrow. You get 2 guys passing its impossible to stay more than a few inches away.Good selection of pop, goodies etc. Employees were friendly.

I just recently traveled till Texas and the only place I would stop by gas or use the restroom was a pilot and they were all exceptional and I thought it was very consistent every time I went inside even though we're so busy the cashiers and people always said good morning good afternoon or good evening, at this particular location, I feel it was very dirty, not very sociable, and everybody was literally so quiet I thought the place was getting robbed I felt like when I looked around people were looking at me thinking the same thing. To me it's not the location of the place but it is the leadership in the people who run the place that make the location feel welcome, feel warm, and really feel like when you're traveling I need to stop by for a second you could always feel what us the home and they were you stop, except for this location, come on pilot, I know you are better than this

This is the place to stop when on a road trip. If you need something chances are they have it. Food, gas, and a wide variety of convenience items. The place is usually fairly clean and well maintained. It can get very busy, but the staff does a decent job of recovering the store.

First time at this Pilot, staff very friendly, Subway staff was also friendly and very easy to chit chat with while doing order. All in all it is a small very small Pilot,but clean, friendly and a welcome home type Atmosphere. Well worth the 10 hr break stop.

The employees here did everything they could to help me and my young daughter. The restrooms were out of order because of some plumbing problems and they opened up one of the shower rooms so my daughter could use the restroom. They went above and beyond what was expected!

Three stars because of the tiny truck parking lot, small diesel fuel island and difficulty getting onto and off of the property in a truck. The facilities were reasonably clean and well stocked and the staff friendly and efficient. In 21 years and over three million miles on the road, this was my first time stopping here and unless I have an urgent need, will probably be my last. No matter how great the staff, the aggrevation caused by the tiny property will have me passing by to a better designed facility.

Probably the smallest Pilot I have ever seen, but very nice and clean. Shelves were well stocked. Subway is open 24 hours, which is a real perk. Clean restrooms.

This Pilot is a smaller one with a Subway inside. It was still nice on the inside. The bread from Subway smelled great. There are not a lot of pumps. We were able to get in and out quickly. That is the main objective.

The only reason I even give 1 star is because of the employees. The store management and upper management don't care about the staff. I just made a complaint about the way I was treated by the GM, Yolanda. I used to be an employee there over a year ago and worked for the company for 2 1/2 years. Many complaints were made on her over that time period. New DM, Wade, came about not too long before I left and he is not much better. He just tried to assist me in my current complaint and as I was confused I couldn't understand why me making a complaint now (as a guest) was any different than making one as an employee. He said it as it is I suppose though...because I no longer work with the company, they want to try and help to fix the problem. Why? This was the same man who told me to stop talking when I tried to talk to him before. The employees in this store might be great but the management in all aspects is bringing them down and nobody cares. The entire Pilot Flying J company has lost my business

Small, limited or no truck parking. Needed to have an item printed from email. We were told it is their store policy not to do that. No spray cleaning product on shelf, 409 or simple green. The staff is nice and professional, just couldn't fill any of our needs. As professional drivers we are stopping less at pilots and flying js. We are just going in now to use points at Subways.

Worst I've been too so far. No flow. Un organized. No parking. A$$ backwards. Defenantly not a good place to stop. Wont do it again. Had to reverse out of the whole parking lot to get out due to no parking and a huge trailer in a horrible spot. Awful to be honest but comical.

Miranda is a top notch employee. And probably the only reason I'm giving a five. I've been here a few times and wasn't impressed with the stoic staff or the organization.But Miranda obviously understands customer service.Not only did she help two others in line, but she also said over to the subway part and assisted me too, all while another employee took his time and never noticed me standing there for almost five minutes.Props to her!🤗

The people working were nice. The customers all left there cars and trailers in front of the pumps. It was strange I went in and ask if we need to pay inside. He said I could if I wanted to. It was very strange and frustrating after being stopped on the freeway for about an hour because of construction.

This Pilot right off of Interstate 71 exit 50 has very limited space for truck parking but besides that it's not too busy on most days so you should not have a hard time getting assistance from employees, it's a Wendy's and Dairy Queen walking distance.
