I have been shopping at our Kroger for 30+ years. Been doing self checkout as long as there's been one. I go full grocery shopping once a week. All of the workers are great and never give me an issue except one this week. I left the store in tears. I'm always nice and respect every hard working person but this girl "Kate" was rude and very disrespectful to me. After years of shopping at my local store I will not be shopping there any longer. She needs to be put getting carts and not socializing with the customers. She even had my daughter crying.

Went to this Kroger's so that a family member could get vaccinated. There were no appointments at the Krogers in my local area. Store was clean and well maintained and the process for the vaccination was very quick. The person at the desk explained everything asked the right questions, in the pharmacist quickly gave the vaccine.I did walk around the store and took some pictures prices and Wilmington maybe a little higher than other places. But the store was well stocked. If we lived in this area we would shop this store.

The people that work in that pharmacy are the rudest that I have encountered. If I had ANY other option, I'd move my prescription from that store. They're rude in person, they're rude on the phone. Just rude period. Every. Last. One of them.

RE: MAGIC SPOON CEREALThis should be called Un-magic Spoon.Please do not waste your hard earned money for this cereal. I bought this at my local grocery store for $9.99. This product's quantity is so deceiving the CEO/Investors should be ashamed of themselves! #GREED This is no OK! Its literally 1/2 full if even that.Plus, it is gross. You are better off going for "Keto-Friendly" product. You'll likely get more bang for your BUCKS!!

The liquor store lady with blonde hair would not sell to me because I had children with me. She let me browse the store, select a product, then at register asked for my minor siblings ID. they are not old enough to have an ID let alone drink. Just ridiculous and waste of time.

I avoid shopping here at all costs. They no longer open early, they are expensive, and their food spoils very quickly. I drive to Loveland to go to Meijer instead. When Meijer is the cheaper option, there's a problem.

Worked here years ago. They thought only minors needed to take a lunch and if you asked as an adult it was this huge to do. I was 19 and was acused of pretending to be a minor to get a 30 min lunch even tho working I was working an 8 hour shift and I was supposed to get one even as an adult. Don't recommend this store.

The store overall with parking, shopping, coupons is great! Customer service wise I’ve not had the greatest experiences, but they added the Starbucks portion to it recently and it’s been horrible, waiting over 20 minutes for 1 drink when only 3 other customers in front of me, and it’s happened 4 times now, I would rather make the extra 15 minute drive to the other closest Starbucks and get a drink there..

The guy in the meat department is absolutely unpleasant I dread when I need shrimp. I try not to get any meat here because I always have to wait for him (it’s always him). Today I waited 10min. Finally found an employee and asked if anyone was working. He came out with no apologies or hello or how are you. Not one word. His energy drains me. I thought maybe it was just a bad day but it’s every single time.

The store is always clean, but I've been to other stores where the staff is much more friendly. Don't get me wrong. Anyone I've ever asked for help here has always been polite and nice. It just seems more warm and welcoming at other stores I've shopped at. Wilmington needs a market place!

Well, Wilmington has its surprises. I went into the Kroger supermarket with the assumption that it would be another go-into-store-buy-2-things-then-leave-miserable-bought-way-too-many-things mentality but had the delight of superior customer service. The first employee was amazing and I, of course, forgot her name and the second employee named Autumn totally gets it and is young! I was rather impressed with Autumn because she was incredibly personable, had a wonderful personality and I left saying to myself, “If that was my kid, I did something right.”Nuff said. This review was far too long but it was every word.

Last night while shopping I placed a visa gift card on the belt to purchase. When I got home I searched everywhere for it, even thinking I might have left a bag, several things went through my mind about what could have happened.I called the store as soon as I found out I didn't have the cardI asked the gentleman on the phone with me to have the cameras pulled, The manger took my name and number to call me back, I never received a call. However, I called today and ended up going in because it seems that the young lady has no compassion whatsoever. When I arrived I was able to finally talk with someone who could help, I ask her to add it up, it seems I had not. The cost of my items added up to total my said purchase amount. Even when I asked her where was my gift card I placed on the belt she continued to investigate the situation, amazing reasoning skills...She was kind, and calm knew her job and she used her amazing reasoning skills in determining the it could have been an error on my behalf yet remained professional the whole time, much unlike the night time management who placed blame on me and acted as if I had attempted to steal, clearly this was a caluclation error.Thank you to the day shift manager at the service desk.

I was there one early morning about 630am several weeks ago and there were two guys in there that was walking around eating fruit from the store. They were not wearing masks. I told an employee up front and they said they can’t do anything. From my experience this Kroger’s in Wilmington is cluttered and not very clean appearing. There are boxes in the aisles and you can’t get through due to them putting away things and the aisles are blocked. I have been in many Kroger’s before this one in Wilmington. There is not enough room for all the stuff they want to put in this store. They need to expand it. From my experience Washington Court House Kroger’s is cleaner and not as cluttered. Also It is more organized. Some of the employees don’t wear mask in Wilmington either which isn’t good. They don’t enforce people to wear mask in the store. They should not allow people to walk around eating fruit during a pandemic especially. I hope it gets better in the future.

I like the quality of Kroger products but they are so much more expensive and ten cents of a gallon of gas for every hundred you spend isn't very much so don't fool yourself. They have lots of specialty items and cultural items for regional dishes. I like the place a lot but I go to the evil empire because of how much farther my money goes.

This supermarket chain would be the reason I can never move out west. It has EVERYTHING I need and a multitude of good deals. Smart shopping and comparing prices coupled with the use of the Kroger's card, allows you to be able to prepare meals at home for as cheap as possible. Being able to see the amount of savings you accrue as you shop through the year motivates you to look for deals, clip coupons, and use the Kroger's app so as to increase your savings. The amenities in Kroger's are too many to list, but suffice it to say they could keep you shopping there for the better part of the day, but still come away with a real sense of accomplishment due to the amount of savings obtained.

Clicklist is super useful and they have a great team there for it. The employees are a lot more pleasant as of recent and the quality at this store is pretty good. They could use some updates on some sections of the store, such as fresh sushi, a hot bar, and just updates in general. But overall definitely the best place to grocery shop in Wilmington.

I love Kroger and I've always shopped here! The only issue I ever have is with a cashier named Meghan. She's extremely rude and I will only go through her line if I absolutely have to. All of the other staff is exceptional!

This is one of the better staffed Kroger locations I know of. This could be due to the lack of viable substitutes in the area however lanes are open and employees are always around to help. I have noticed that they are always quick to keep the shelves stocked. Features of this location include the Kroger pharmacy and a Liquor store.

Fast and friendly customer service, the store seemed pretty well stocked, and there were some beautiful flowers on discount in the floral department. My only complaint is that some of the produce wasn't very good quality, but you'll have that at most grocery stores.

Trying to use the digital coupons first time out was challenging. It took me a little time to scroll threw the coupons. Most of the stuff was out in the aisles. Which made it easier. Got to make it a simple way. It was a great learning tool.
