I resently worked here, but quit Feb,2024; Still braids crew and we have great people who are regulars and they take care of us as well as we do them . We been known to have the best store in town ! On another note, sorry but the company itself is not great if your just starting out in the rat race as a youngin it's a very good start . I don't mind the job and the experience and the expectation of my job, I loved it, but I didn't like was the fact that Dollar General lies and says they care about their employees if they did as much as they cared about their customers we were making them plenty of money we'll be happy to go to work happier not dreading to go to work and barely making it because of the stress were under because of the workload because of the fact that we aren't making anything and the more we work the less we make. Get it together Dollar General you would think that paying us more put more acknowledgment and love and kindness into your employees it would make you more money think about it guys. I mean I would be glad an honor to do my job better if I made more and if they actually heard my voice and saw me. Don't get me wrong I love the job I love my people it's most of them, LOL. It actually was great in a way. The workload being thrown onto US ended up making me realize that all the work that I was doing and putting in was not being reciprocated and pay acknowledgment and respect. They talked down to us especially the managers like we're dumb, they expect us to perform miracles all the time stuff that they know is impossible and and think that they can just tell us we can do stuff that's literally impossible to do. And that they probably wouldn't do themselves, I mean I hate bashing things and people and companies but this company is getting ridiculous maybe if you put a lot of effort into respecting your employees and paying them more it would reciprocate and make money a person that's appreciated is going to naturally return the favor equals more money for y'all think about it though. Rant over thank you guys.Sorry but it's facts ! 💯

It’s a great place to shop. They have everything u need. My best experience was yesterday. I lost my prescription glasses somewhere in the store. I gave the ladies working my phone number. Two hours later they called and found my glasses. I was so happy. It’s really nice someone goes that extra step and help someone out. I will always go back there

First time and last time I stop here it was 12 minutes ab4 close and we entered the store and the two employees was arguing because the dark haired girl locked door b4 close she advised the younger employee that it would cost both thier jobs and younger girl said she would let them know she locked door b4 close the younger girl that locked door was very rude and adjetated and rushed us out the door I mean I was waiting on a push from her because she was practically stepping on my heals. If u don't want a job then don't be there customer service is number 1 and this girl clearly doesn't care and it showed tremendously.

Best dollar general in Clinton county. Clean organized in every area, and even better more affordable prices on several different items.Please keep it up. I know employees were a great need in the beginning. But it is maintaining very well. Thanks.

Store was much cleaner than all other DG stores in the area. Only downfall was some of my digital coupons did not deduct automatically. I didn't realize this until I was in my car looking at the receipt, I will have to pay closer attention prior to paying.

Love the location of the new to me store. Much more handy to my home. I didn't have to go through or around town. Tried using DG customer wifi with my phone app. Even a 60+ internet dummy like me finally figured it out and will continue to use the different tools and coupons that were available. Both employees that I asked for help were great. Overall a very good experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and organized. Good location...it is nice to have a place on the west side of town if you need to pick a few things up

Love this dollar general. They have everything stocked nicely and in order. They have a craft isle a cake decorating isle and just about everything you might need. Wonderful!!

Newer store with competent people. It is a Dollar General and they got a smattering of everything. It is on the way you don't have to drive across town to get to Kroger or Walmart.

Was in need of food for my dog and the hours online said closed at 10pm. Arrived at 9:03 pm to find an empty parking lot & closed store. Dissapointed.

For a brand new store, it was very messy. No one wearing a face mask. Aisles blocked with stock. No hello when first entering the store.
